Fast shipping but the instuctions that come with the DIY kits are hard to understand. I purchased a CarPC that has the mp-atx psu and they didnt send me the instructions for that, i had to go to a different website that shows the diagram.

I have bought items from LogicSupply for several years now - their prices are always competitive; reasonable and fast shipping. There technical support is excellent - providing informative and helpful replies to my questions within 24hrs...they even called me once to offer additional help without asking - talk about Customer Service!! I will definitely continue to buy from LogicSupply for my mini itx needs. Thxs!

I used this site because it was a lot easier to figure out what boards were compatible with which cases and how the specs compared than other sites I used. My order arrived on time and was in perfect shape and I built my machine with no problems (my first time).  
 
My only critique is that the description of the dual 2.5 to 3.5 HDD adaptor does not make it clear (enough) that it is only for IDE drives. I ordered SATA drives so it did not work for me. Unfortunately I'd already taken it apart before I realized this so I didn't try to return it.  
 
The above is minor. I found the site well organized and helpful and the ordering process was professional and smooth. I will use them again.

I was very impressed with the entire process. The support request was quickly responded to before I ordered about some questions I had on what I was buying. The order process was simple (checkout and all) and it was delivered very quickly. Overall I was very happy with LogicSupply. I'll definitely be using them again when I buy more Mini-ITX stuff.

Without a doubt, the absolute best online retailer I work with. Prices are competitive, tech support is very personable and knowledgable and shipping charges are not abusive. Actually, this order arrived at my door less than 24 hours after ordering... and that was with the most basic shipping charge! We actually track shipping charges as a percent of product cost and Logic Supply is always in the top 10%. This verifies that the published product price is not depressed and covered by outrageous shipping charges. I wish all of my online purchases could be handled by Logic Supply. Maybe I'll sell my business and move to Vermont and apply for a job at LS- its gotta' be a great place to work!

Prices are pretty average within industry for Mini-ITX boards - but the website is highly functional, and the sales team is very helpful with quantity ordering.

Unfortunately the system turned out to be defective... however the skill and responsiveness of the engineer, plus the communcation at each stage of the RMA process was second to none.  
 
I would have no hesitation in fully recommending this company - excellent service!

Logic Supply was very good. I order my system and needed and non-standard setup. I asked for assistance and got it. I also had the information I needed to get me going printed on a page included in the box and while on the telephone a link was given to the same information.  
The order was received when promised. Everything was in the box and it all worked the first time I plugged it in.

The employees at Logic Supply are very helpful and AVAILABLE. This is one of the rare (if not only) times where I called the company with some questions about the new pico-ITX board I bought, had a very knowledgeable technician (in person) on the phone who could give me the exact info I needed in no time. I called a few times, for the board add ons etc with the same result. Doing research and get instant practical/technical answers is a HUGE time saver.  
 
Also, when I forgot to order a $4 cable and called a day later, Logic Supply didn't even think of charging me for extra shipping and and 'tossed' in the cable as a courtesy item.  
 
GREAT service, GREAT products, guess where I buy the parts for our next hardware projects at our university.

Excellent service. Ordered an open-box motherboard that came without an I/O shield. When I called and asked for one, they were very helpful and courteous. While they did not have the part, they offered to let me return (normally, no returns on open box) or refund me $10 for the missing part. I was happy with their service.

First, the navigation into the check out process was easy and clear. (one of the very fast check out).  
The response of the merchant is fantastic and fast. They help me to find the right product for me and they priced it adequately... I will definitively order more parts for my next project.
