I was looking for some equipment for my new "carputer" (automotive PC installation). I needed a new touchscreen LCD, slot-load slimline DVD drive, and dc-dc power supply.
After doing some quick searches on froogle their name kept poping up. They had everything I needed and great prices to boot! Because of the low prices I honestly didn't expect much as far a customer service but was pleasantly surprised. All my orders were processed sale day, within hours. I had a tracking number by the end of the business day.
I recieved my LCD display two days afer ordering. I unfortunately receieved a bad unit. I don't blame them for this, it happens every now and then. I called them for a return. They were extremely understanding and polite on the phone. They even tested another unit while I was on the phone. It was shipped out that day with tracking number. I haven't recieved it yet but feel assured that I will within two days with no problems.
I was very pleased with their service and prices. I definitely recommend them! A+

I've placed two orders so far, one for a mini-ITX case and one for an Epia MII-10000 motherboard, and both were great. I live about a half-hour away so I picked up my items at their warehouse (a bit hard to find if you don't know where it is, the road is unmarked). The staff there is very nice, the service is great and they carry everything you need to set up a mini-system. I currently have mine set up as a small webserver and a few other application servers and no problems. I would definately choose Logic Supply again if I need any other mini-ITX systems or related parts!
I have been looking for the perfect PC to run my personal video recorder application. Since this PC is in the family room, it is essential that it be very quiet.
After trying two different machines without much success, I ran across Logic Supply which specializes in quiet PC.
After consulting with the Logic Supply rep, I purchased the Hush mini-ITX PC. I've been using the machine for a couple of days now, and I am very impressed to say the least. This machine is whisper quiet!
The people at Logic Supply know their stuff. Highly recommened.

I ordered all my carputer parts from Logic Supply and I'm very satisfied with everything. Either Lisa or Roland will give you excellent attention and service. This is the best company to get your stuff. Will buy from them again at any time !
Logic Supply was very propmt in answering any questions for me, They have every thing that I need for the computers that I build-their service and delivery was excelent.

I had another great experience purchasing from LogicSupply. The parts arrived on time. Though three cases shipped with European style cords, the customer service department took care of the problem very quickly. Prices on inventory are competative, and the inventory contains a one-stop-shop for building out thin client workstations. I look forward to many future transactions with LogicSupply.
I dealt with a knowledgeable person who directed me to which product suited my needs. The price was right also and the shipping rate was a steal. Although I did have a small problem, not Logic's fault, but the manufacturer, I still received immediate service from Logic with the replacement parts and they paid for shipping them in both directions. I've already been back for additional orders, and sure to be back again. Highly recommended.
Quick shipping from this online store specializing in quiet/small computers. Unluckily, the Morex case I received had a bad power supply, but response from tech support was prompt and friendly and the supply was replaced without any hassle or delay beyond the usual shipping round trip. Overall, a good experience.
This was my second order from Logic Supply. First was HUSH Mini-ITX system, and this time is a EPIA-CL motherboard and a Morex Venus case. Zero problems with both orders.
