23 days after I ordered and my card was charged over $4700.00, I have no TV, Stand, OR Warranty. Nothing. Nada. Zip. Error was blamed on the tracking company. A call to the tracking number showed that I was not even in their system- they had never been given my order.  
 
Nice people, great prices. If they just delivered what they charged for they would be an excellent company.  
 
I have never written a negative review of any company before, but this is beyond belief.

Gave them the benefit of the doubt. Placed a second order. Just cancelled after second promised delivery date passed.

I ordered a Samsung big screen TV. TV Authority offered a great price and I did eventually get the TV. Main problem is with the delivery process. After the order was approved and my credit card charged I did not get any tracking info for almost 10 days. During this time they could not give me any status on where my TV was or when the TV might be shipped. The response was always I would get tracking info "in the next few days". Now if a product is back ordered or a company is simply swamped that is one thing. Just tell me how long the delay will be. But to have no information at all on what is going on is unacceptable in my opinion.  
 
On the positive side, once tracking info was finally received the TV was delivered in a timely fashion and arrived in perfect working order. Also, I actually pre-ordered this TV and changed my mind a couple of times during the wait for it come out before finalizing the order. TV Authority was very accomodating to my changing wishes.  
 
To summarize: excellent prices from a legitimate, authorized reseller. They do care about customers and will get you the product you ordered eventually. It's just their order tracking system that needs work.

Prices are good, but you pay for it in poor customer service. It's not that they don't try; they just don't seem to be able to give out accurate information about orders. A month after receiving my TV I hadn't received my extended warranty. The first 4 times I called over the next few weeks I was told it would be sent to me tomorrow, or that it was already sent. E-mails went unanswered. It was not until my fifth call that I received it.

Competitive prices, but customer service is lacking. I was repeatedly told incorrect shipping information from multiple employees (typically that something had already shipped, only to find out days later that it hadn't yet). Still waiting (after two months) for part of my order.

ordered a warranty for tv i purchased, took 3 weeks to recieve and when i tried to activate it, it was not a valid number, i called them and explsained this to them, and after 10 minutes of explaining thry said they would call me back, which they never did, i called again 3 days later and was told they were sending another, but after 3 weeks i rec'd nothing , icalled and wastold theperson handling iy would call me, no call once again, i sent an email expaining i would disput this charge, and still no reply, so idisputterd the charge and 3 days later got email saying they were crediting my account, funny for something that was in the mail? run around no return calls,lies, and ignorance.
