I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to TV Authority and its complement of professional, courteous and helpful personnel. It was not an easy decision for me to place and order for a relatively costly purchase over the internet and from a company with whom I had not done business before. However, once the decision was made and I contacted your company to place the order, the experience turned out to be a pleasant one thanks to your people.  
 
There were a few glitches along the way such as the first delivery being damaged and having to be replaced, but even in this instance your folks rose to the occasion and reacted in a timely and professional manner, keeping me informed and expediting the replacement.  
 
I can assure you that if I or anyone with whom I associate wants to buy a product you sell, I will certainly be a repeat customer and will highly recommend your company to others.  

Got a great deal on some Samsung LCDs, they even threw in some cables I needed, and I didn’t have to leave my house to do it!

Its kind of ironic, i am against "sayings" but in this case its really true, so when they say " don't believe everything you read" in this case its very true......Despite some reviews that i read about TV Authority in the market, my buying experience with them was a total satisfaction... I searched for BENQ projectors on line, and TV authority came up , i read about them and i immediately decided to give them a call, from there is was like a 5 star vacations, it was perfect , from sales to customer services, i even got a courtesy call from one of the VP's. they explained so well and answered all my questions, that after about 20 min, i had put in the order.... my card was charged, and within two days i already had a tracking # for my order. Needless to say that it showed up within 3 business days in perfect condition.  
I would like to say that i have been shopping online for a long time, i would recommend buying from them at any time, i know i would....  
 
TV Authority thank you for a great experience, I know i will soon buy again.

Wanted to take a minute and let you know how much I appreciate your helping me with selecting the BENQ PE7700 projector. I wasn't sure what projector would be the best for my application. The one you suggested is perfect and was much less expensive than others we considered. It arrived as promised with everything we needed to connect it. Thanks Silvia

It is unfortunate when a great company grows faster than they can manage. TV Authority has received a bad wrap because they have excellent pricing on their electronics. I have been looking to purchase a DLP TV for about 8 mos. TV Authority made it possible. Yes, you will need to be patient in receiving your merchandise. Yes, I found frusteration in contacting the company as I needed my TV for a birthday gift by March 17th. I finally contacted the sales manager James, (ext.508) He did return all of my phone calls and made sure my TV arrived in time. DO NOT BE AFRAID to order from this compant. As long as you are patient this company will stand by their customers. It was worth the $700 dollars I saved by purchasing from them. I understand they are going through a difficult growth period, so if you need instant gratification go spend extra money at your local retailer. If you want to save hundreds maybe even thousands of dollars and can be patient, then TV Authority is the place to shop. I would order from them again!!! Absolutly

Well, I took the chance with TVAUTHORITY and it paid off for me! I received my Samsung HL-S4676S at about 8pm on March 12/07. It was only 2 days later then promised because the freight company Mach 1 screwed up, not TVAUTHORITY.  
I did send a note along with my order about the bad rap they have been receiving and I hope I am not to be included in that group. I received a call from Neil Kusens, president of TVAUTHORITY, super guy, told me about some of the things that have gone on in the last few months had how he was resolving these issues. He jumped on the shipping company right away, but they already put in on a truck. It was suppose to be on a plane!  
Being that my TV was only 2 days, (well 4 with the weekend), he threw in a 2 year extended warranty and 2 HDMI cables. I think that is super.  
As far as I am concerned, I got the best deal on my TV I could find, with free shipping, a free extended warranty, some cables and great customer service.  
I will most certainly buy from TVAUTHORITY again.  
I also love my new TV. It is just what I wanted. I can’t wait for my digital service and my HDMI cables to arrive so I can hook up my DVD/CD player to the set.I love my TV and I am a happy camper!

I am very satisfied with my TV purchase from TV Authority. They carried the best price for the TV I wanted, the web site was easy to use and communication post order was prompt and efficient. There was a problem, however, with the shipment, which was the fault of the trucker, and TV Authority promptly handled the issue. TV Authority is a great store to business with.

Tico was our sales rep and he was very helpful and courteous. We received our product in a very timely manner. I recommend this store highly.

My boyfriend and I purchased a Samsung HL-R4667W from TV Authority and were pleased with the attention and information the customer rep we dealt with provided as well the great price we got on the TV. It arrived safely and on time with no problems. I would, and do, highly recommend TV Authority to anyone with no hesitation.

Excellent experience. Ordered a Panasonic TH42PH9UK plasma screen monitor and received it promptly, and at an excellent price. The agent at the store was very helpful in assuring I got delivery on time. Very responsive to my needs.

Normally I would not take time to write a review on a store unless something went terribly wrong. I am making an exception in this case to highlight what I would consider stellar service from C.C. at TV Authority--from consultation on what product to purchase all the way to assisting me with warranty questions well after the purchase was concluded.  
 
I purchased a JVC HD-70G886 D-ILA TV from TV Authority nearly the day it was released to the market for sale. In addition to being one of the first retailers to have this particular TV available for sale/delivery, they also had it for the most competitive price I could find (and I am very thorough)! The unit was shipped and delivered as promised. A few days later I received a hand-written (gasp!) thank you note from TV Authority--a nice touch.  
 
Usually, that is where the experience would end. In this case, I ended-up burning out the lamp on the TV after 4 months, 4 weeks after the factory warranty on the lamp bulb expired. I contacted my sales representative C.C. and--despite the fact that this was not her fault or issue--worked closely with me to find a local authorized repair facility, ultimately resulting in getting the bulb replaced (a $250+ value) for free!  
 
Just a few weeks ago--more than a year after the sale--I called C.C. at TV Authority again. I needed some repair work on the TV and had failed to properly register with the extended warranty service provider per procedure. She took time out of her schedule to help dig up my extended warranty information despite the fact it was well outside her responsibility as a sales consultant and the root cause was clearly my mistake. Another example of going above and beyond to exceed the customer's expectations.  
 
I currently work in an organization that aggressively fosters World Class customer service so when I see it in other vendors it's easily recognized. Having a technical background, I usually end-up being the "Go-To" guy when people need help purchasing any type of electronics related product. Based on my exceptional experience, TV Authority gets all my Audio/Video referrals. Highly Recommended.

I buy everything that I can on the internet, from my computer to the mattress that I sleep on. I'm so happy that I found TV Authority.  
 
Everything about my order was perfect. Aaron was very knowledgable about flat screen TVs. He helped me to decide which one was right for my situation. I was notified immediately of my order status. I was sent e-mail tracking notification and my order arrived earlier than I had anticipated, which was great!  
 
The delivery company called me to set up an appointment. They even waited while I inspected the television. Aaron even followed up to make sure that everything was okay.  
 
I highly recommend this company to anyone who is thinking about making their next purchase on the internet.

I am very satified with TV Authority. I ordered the HDLP TV. I called the next day to get the shipment # which they provided. They told me they would send the tracking website link to my email and that the approximate date for recieving my new TV was two weeks maybe sooner. I got the tracking # and a link that was updated daily to let me know where the TV was. The TV arrived 1 week sooner than they said it would and they made sure it was easy for me to be there when it arrived. Got a great TV just what I ordered and Super Service. I wanted to purchase a small LCD TV for my Rv, and found that TVAUTHORITY had the best price. I ordered the TV on November 5, and received it on the date they promised. I was given comfirmations and tracking numbers by email, and very satisfied with their service.
