This is the second order I have placed with Gameliquidation.com. This is also the second time they have messed my my order. The first time, after I paided and waited 3 weeks, I was refunded my money because they never shipped my product. Then I placed a second order of Feb 29th and they shipped the wrong product. I am very dissatisfied and annoyed.

Ordered a neo geo pocket handheld system along with some game cartridges. Price was very good, especially on the games.  
 
The store offered several shipping options. However, the shipping option I had selected on the on-line ordering form (UPS ground) was ignored in favor of USPS air shipping with no warning or confirmation e-mail.  
 
In the end, USPS did turn out to be reliable and fast (less than 10 days from US to Canada), but offered no tracking.  
 
I was offered apologies and a reasonable gift certificate upon expressing my dissatisfaction with the shipping process.

I was very pleased with this seller. Shippment was fast and on time. The game I ordered did have a crack on the front of the case, but it was easily fixed. Overall an excellent seller and I would gladly do buisness again.
