I made my order on 6/4/2009 and received it in working order on 6/10/2009, which is responsible!

excellent item, brand new, perfect, fast shipping, e-mail was sent to me informing when it was shipped, excellent seller. would buy from them again. great products.

This company repeatedly mentions quick shipping on their ebay site and their web page. I haven't seen any of it. I've never got a response from them other than automated emails telling me that they received my message and someone would get back to me within 24-72 hours. They never have. I have started a dispute through paypal and am hoping this can be resolved soon. Anyone purchasing through this company beware.

My item arrive damaged and they went out of their way to NOT replace it and NOT refund my money. BE VERY CAUTIOUS!!! They do NOT answer e-mails and they WILL try to SCAM you!!!. These people are THIEVES!

Gameliquidations did not send my full order. I ordered one Xbox DVD remote through ebay and one through their website. They do not allow direct payment through ebay. so i followed their instructions to pay through the website. once there i added another Xbox DVD remote to my cart and continued to pay for the order. They never sent the second remote. I have sent several emails asking for a resolution. they have sent only automated responses that they recieved my email or that they do not allow attachments. i have not recieved any information from a real person. they claimed unpaid goods through ebay. it was reversed (I had a reciept) they still have yet to address my issue.

Never received all my games and does not return any emails when there is a problem. I have messaged them through ebay,direct emails,website and through their customer service which is a joke. Its been over a month. I think this seller knows what he or she can get away with and uses it to their advantage because ebay itself is a joke because they don't return money or offer buyer protection if its under $25

this place is bunk! i ordered 2 rechargeable battery packs for my kids gameboy colors along with a set of faceplates and when i got the order i recieved the faceplates and only 1 of the battery packs... i've sent emails and still haven't had a response... i will NEVER shop here again... all they do is rip you off!!!

I bought, and paid for these items on Nov. 30, 2005. Was charged over $25.00 for "super fast shipping". Items were supposedly shipped on Dec. 6, 2005. As of today, Jan. 5, 2006, they still have not arrived. This seller has since been banned from Ebay, but I still have no items and am out over $100.

bought some games from them off ebay. item number: 8212979902 I still have not recieved my games and no matter how many times I email them with the addreses on there website they will not respond to me. Terrible seller. WOULD NEVER BUY FROM AGAIN. I suggest no one else does either.

I ordered from them on saturday, they confirmed the order on tuesday. And well, it never shipped, but I tell you I am impressed with this company. Confused? Well I'll explain. Their customer service was awesome. This is the only company that actually calls me(from california to Texas;$$$)to tell me personally that they are sold out of the poduct. That to me is a good customer service, and even though I waited 6 days just to be let down, I got a free game for nothing. I sadly refunded, but I plan to do business with them again.

I've purchased, in total, three things from theses guys - the Neo Geo Pocket Color and six games pack, and then the two 4 game packs. I've ordered each thing separately. These guys have the best prices, and shipping is free, a definite plus in my book.  
 
When I bought the system, it was a little slow in getting to me, although both game packs arrived very quickly. I had my doubts about them (as I do about every small, web-based company), but they deliver the goods. If you want a Neo Geo Pocket color and games, this is the place to go. And they're cheap.

Ordered Friday, received Monday. Very courteous service, even made changes to my order after submission. Very highly recommened. Dealing with this compnay has been among the best internet shopping experiences I have ever had, and I have been shopping on the net for 5+ years.

Very bad experience with this company. Ordered games for my son's Xmas but never sent to me. Only communication was 2 automated emails, saying that orders before Dec14 would arrive in time. Rubbish! BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!!!!  
I've given up on the games and would just like to have my money back, but of course there's no response from anyone.

I live in Israel and ordered a NEO GEO POCKET + Additional 3 games. The contact person (Jason) was very nice and helpful.  
The NGP arrived 14 days later which is VERY fast (From amazon it's more than 20 days!), I can also tell you that orders I place WITHIN ISRAEL usually take longer to arrive!  
Also, the products came in perfect condition!  
All in all, this store is awsome! reliable, fast and cheap! I would recommend GAME LIQUIDATION to anyone!!!
