This is the second time I've ordered from Zappos. Both times were phone orders & both times were using their 110% price match policy. I was greeted with friendly, fast service. Their free overnight shipping is great too. I would like to order more stuff from them in the future.

This company is incredible. I have placed several orders (only reviewing one), all of them over the phone, and all of them using their 110% price protection. Their customer service is friendly, fast, helpful, and make it extremely easy to make sure you are getting the correct product at the lowest price (assuming that you can track that down yourself, they'll match it). No tax, price protection, free overnight shipping, 365 day return policy, and free return shipping labels that you can print off of your own computer make them more competitive than a real shoe store. I usually do not write a good review for a merchant but only share my bad shopping experience with the others. This is going to be my big time exception coz Zappos is one big exceptional store and they deserve my 5-star rating.
Zappos mainly sell shoes online. However, they do also sell some other sporty stuffs. My order was a Garmin Nuvi GPS navigator system. Before I'd never heard of Zappos. I ordered from them because they have 110% pricematch policy. Their price is $200 more than the merchant I wanted to buy from. In order to save an exta 10% difference, I gave it a try with Zappos.
I placed my order in the morning at 4 a.m. (yes, I am a night owl) on 09/02, the Sunday during the Labor Day weekend. Next day I picked up the phone and called them, telling them I'd like to pricematch the GPS since somewhere else sold the same item for $200 less. Unlike the jerks from Circuit City, Best Buy, and Staples, the Zappos CSR did not give me any run-around, or any unacceptable and unreasonable excuses to deny my pricematch request. He approved it with no sweat once verifying the source of my pricematch. This is one great pricematching experience, especially when the difference is $200+. Yahoo~
Later in the afternoon, I received another email from Zappos, asking me to call them back since they were unable to reach me by phone and my order was currently on hold. I was like, what the hell?! Has their corporate office changed the mind and not honor my pricematch? I called them up again. The CSR pulled up my order and explained to me since my shipping address was different from the billing address, they would like to speak to me again to verify I was the person who placed the order. He transferred me to their billing department. After another lady verified some informaton with me, then she told me my order would be processed on the same day. They would ship the order by overnight air for free of charge. Since that day was holiday (Labor Day), I would be receiving my order on Wednesday. Zappos shipped my order on the same day on the Labor Day Monday as promised. I expected the order would not arrive until Wednesday as I was advised. Surprisingly, the order arrived today on Tuesday in the afternoon at my doorsteps! I carefully checked my order and I can confim that it is new with the latest map.
I am very satisfied with this shopping experience at Zappos, not only for the lowest price guarantee, but also does the exceptional service they provide, polite and friendly CSRs, lightning order processing, nice protection for shoppers with verification of identity when shipping info is different from billing, free overnight shipping which must cost them alot. Fantastic. I am truly impressed with this store, and I am hard to impress. I called in asking for a price match, and despite the low price I was matching to, the rep was VERY kind and accommodating, and the order was taken care of in minutes. There was no hassle at all, and they now offer free overnight shipping on all orders.
I placed the order two hours ago, and I've already received notification that the shoes are packaged and ready for the carrier to pick up.
Again - great store, and I very much recommend them to anyone buying shoes, if you can find something at a competitive price.

Absolutely incredible! I ordered items last night and received them UPS today! Free shipping was included! I received email confirmation immediately and a shipping email soon after. Great Great service! Best online shopping experience I had. I was really skeptical about ordering shoes online. But they really stand up to their guarantee with safe shopping protection. I guess they are the only company who allows you to call in to get a direct discounted price after price match, without waiting to email them after ordering (with the chance of the deal being dead). And I really like that. For this reason alone, I think they are better than Endless.com.
I called in at about 3am (yes I'm a night owl) and their customer service immediately answered the phone and assisted me thru the price match process, no problem at all. She even waited while I tried to locate the free shipping page with the other web site and went to check the page as I told her to. Price adjusted easily.
Two days later, I found the other site has a lower shipping cost on one of the shoes, I emailed them the directions and they adjusted the price again within one day. And shoes already arrived in exactly two days. It was truly superb customer service! I can't believe online shoe shopping can be this good. In fact this is the first ever review I wrote for a store, just because it's so good that I had to recommend to people!

I was skeptical at first about the idea of ordering shoes online, but I found a pair that looked good and had positive reviews on Zappos.com, and thought I'd give it a try. The purchase experience was excellent, and the free overnight shipping was a great bonus. Zappos turned out not to have the best price, but I took advantage of their 110% price protection policy to get back 110% of the difference between their price and the price I found at another store. Getting $13.15 credited back to my account couldn't have been easier. The customer service representative went and found the price on their competitor's web site while I was on the phone. I cannot imagine how my experience could've been any better.

They are simply super customer service . Starting from their website , which is very informative with all the pictures , to their super-prompt shipping , to their returns , everything happened in less than a week . Unbelievable ....they truly have a no questions asked return policy , and their pricematching - very courteous.
This store is a 20/10 . Other stores should learn Customer service from zappos.com

Zappos is great to work with. Usually I can find marginally better prices somewhere else, but Zappos has a great shipping & return policy that can't be beat--and they back it up by actually following through.
I've always gotten my shipment within just a few days and have had no trouble with returns if I've had to make them. This is a really good internet retailer to buy from.

A truly exceptional store!
This is the first place I look now when I need footwear. Selection is great, prices are good, and the service is unbelievable.
I had a short time to prepare for a vacation. Ordered slippers and sandals. Slippers were too big. Returned, and ordered another pair. They arrived, fit fine, had a great vacation.
I started all this only 7 days before my vacation was to start. It would have taken me far longer if I'd tried to shop locally.

I ordered an item from this place for the first time - a sick Puma jacket that I couldn't find anywhere else online. I'm blown away by their level of communication and speed of shipment. To top it off, the shipping is free and I received the item next day. I thought Amazon was good, but Zappo's processing and customer service is untouchable. Looking forward to ordering from these guys again!

I've order several times from Zappos, and am always amazed at the quality of service. Shoes ship the same day the order is received, even if I order late in the evening. Often shipping is upgraded to overnight at no charge. Returns are painless. Nobody beats Zappos' customer service.

I specified to have the gift certificate I bought online for my brother emailed the day I bought it- 12/21/06. On 12/23/06 he still hadn't received it. I called customer service and had to wait for the clerk to finish a spell of laughing at something to find out they just plain never sent it. When I asked how I will know when they do actually send it she told me "Ï already told you we just sent it". When I replied that she told me he should be getting it "sometime soon", she told me I ought to call my brother and find out if he got it or not.
Yes, I get that they are having some kind of problem with gift certificates, but I thought that was terrible service.
My wife's experiences with them have been very good on the other hand.
