I purchased from Zappos before but this is the first time I write a review.  
Zappos is the absolute best on-line store. They carry a wide variety of top line foot wear, handbags and a lot of other items. Their customer service, fast and free shipping w. upgrade is without equal. Many other merchants on the web could learn from them. I never had a bad experience with Zappos and highly recommend them.  
We will remain a loyal customer. Thank You - Zappos!

One of the lowest prices for Nike running shoes I could find, only about $3 more than "questionable" vendors. I placed order at 12:07am (that's after midnight) on SATURDAY. I received product at 11am on MONDAY by UPS. Fastest shipping I've ever seen all my years of mail-order purchases. Genuine Nikes, safely packaged, with followup after the sale emails to make sure I was 100% happy. I've recommended Zappos to family and they've all experienced the same great service. My sister had a pair of shoes she just was not happy with and Zappos was extremely friendly about return and even paid for shipping back to them! (return shipping label emailed to her) Very few companies will do that!

Got some nice shoes for my son for his birthday, way cheaper than Footlocker too.

Zappo's is excellent even if their prices are higher than other places. I will gladly pay more at a store like this that has such a great return/exchange policy even though I haven't had to use it as of yet. Every time I have used them they have upgraded my shipping for free. I was worried about their service diminishing when Amazon took them over, but that appears not to be a problem.

I ordered a pair of shoes at night. They shipped it the next day and it ARRIVED ON THE SAME DAY! Never in my life have I ever had something arrive so fast!  
 
Their policies are great. Free shipping both ways and you have a whole year to decide if you want to keep them or not. Their customer service reps are very friendly and helpful.  
 
The prices are a little expensive, but they carry shoes that no one else does and for the service it's worth it. No more worrying about sizes.

Once again, Zappos has performed beyond my expectations. I placed my order early Wednesday morning selecting standard shipping. By lunch time, I had received a message that the order would ship the same day. A short while later, I received a message that the package had shipped via UPS overnight!  
My item arrived Thursday around lunch time. It came well packaged and in excellent condition.  
 
I will definitely buy from Zappos again.

For a last minute Christmas gift we needed a pair of Nike shoes in a style/color/size combination that nobody seemed to have in stock either locally or on-line. Zappos was a company I had never heard of, and when they showed the shoes to be available I called to double check that they were actually in stock. Their service rep was a pleasure to speak to, and after receiving reassurance the order was placed. This was on a Saturday - the shoes were delivered the next Monday, exactly as specified. Great Service!

Purchased a pair of RocLite 318 GTX. They recommended going up one half size when ordering and so I did. The shoes arrived on the second day after ordering them. That is impressive shipping time. Product was as described as was advice to up on size. Very satisfied.

Zappos is the best place to get shoes online. The prices are great and the selection is amazing. Every time I have ordered from them my shoes are delivered the next day. Returns are easy and exchanges are even easier. Will continue to buy all my shoes from Zappos.

I have had a horrible experience with zappos.com In addition, they advertise ultra low prices on google product search that do not exist! beware, this is both illegal, in violation of google policies, and a scam to drive traffic to their website

By far the best shoe store on the internet:I ordered free ground shipping and they sent me the shoes next day air for free...how do you like that!! excellent selection of shoes,great prices,customer support people very nice ,helpful, a real pleasure to deal with.No I am not married to the owner's daughter,nor I'm a relative,just a very happy and pleased customer.

Zappo's online store is one of the best I have used.I have place three orders in the last month, one was a return whicn was taken care of very fast. The return shipping was paid by Zappo and they credited my account a day after confirming the return. The other two orders were as described and shipped to me very very fast. They have the best selection of Running shoes I have seen. They not only had what I wanted but a good selection of colors too. I will definetly shop with them again.

The New Balance shoes I ordered for my wide-footed son were priced right, arrived quickly and fit well. Unfortunately they started to fall apart after about 10 days of normal wear. I told the good people of Zappos and they made good right away. They apologized, issued a refund and upgraded me to VIP status for my troubles. I was already a happy Zappos customer, now I am practically an evangelist.

I did a search for a pair of shoes. It listed a great price, and it was at Zappos. When I clicked on the link the price was not what I had seen at the search site. I emailed Zappos, told them about the difference. I can't tell you how nice they were, except to say they honored the lower price and were more than helpful in placing my order. There policies are in the best interest of their customers and from my experience, they bend over backwards to please & help you. Their Customer Service Rocks! I will shop their first when I need any of the items they carry, especially shoes. Bonus, Free shipping both ways too!!!! Zappos, is one great place to shop!!!!
