We constantly make purchases from Chief Value and have been since 2005. I have not had any issues with any purchases in all that time except for a memory chip going bad (after about 4 months which the manufacturer took care of). I would highly recommend this website for parts.

I have used ChiefValue for several purchases over the course of the past few years. I have dealt with a few other places for PC parts in the past, with limited success. I have yet to have any problems with ChiefValue. I have always gotten any orders in a timely fashion, and for the most part they've had what I've needed. I originally found out about ChiefValue from PriceWatch.com. They usually have pretty decent prices on hardware.

I am very happy to order the item from Chief value since I paid for it on Saturday night and it came on the following Monday. It's a nice induction cooktop with fast shipping. Will buy from Chief value again.

Rosewill (house brand for Newegg & CV) case. Quality and layout easily the equal of Antec at roughly half the price. Excellent value and they get the packaging right so it gets here in 1 piece undamaged.

This company not only gave me a great deal but also gave me great customer service. I would not hesitate to order from them anytime. I watch their daily specials and got a great deal on a computer case from them.

I needed a replacement hard drive in my Dell c610 and this 80 gb did the trick, excellent price, happened to be free shipping(gets me every time) and I had it in a couple days. I keep ChiefValue.com as a quick link on my toolbar for the daily specials.

Recently made my third order from ChiefValue for a Seagate Barracuda ES 250 GB HDD. I made the order in the evening and the next morning it was processed and shipped.  
 
ChiefValue and NewEgg have a lot of the same deals and both ship fast. For me where CV excels is in their packaging. For all three orders I've made the items have been placed in an oversized box filled with sytrofoam peanuts.

This is one piece of crap company. I order 2 32GB flash drives on 10/29/08 and the website site says it was in stock. Later, they claim it was on backorder and that my order would still be valid. Now, they say my order is canceled and if I want to reorder it is more than double the price for each one. Freaking crooks w/ their bait and switch tactics.

The hard drive was DOA. They made me pay for return shipping, and still have not sent the replacement drive. It's been over two weeks since my original order, and a week since I returned the drive.  
 
They said it will be shipped in 1-2 days, yet it has been 4 and there is no indication that it will ever ship.

Fast shipping for my order, initally, but then I was not happy with the M'board/cpu combo I bought. I requested an RMA, and then used Live Chat, and asked for help with return shiping.  
 
Newegg is paying for the return shipping, and I am Very Happy.  
 
While I was deciding to RMA this combo, I bought a Better M'board/cpu combo, from Newegg.com;  
that I am much happier with.  
 
I have bought from Newegg since 2002 and  
will continue to shop with them.

After submitting my order, the product shipped out the very next day. The product was well packaged and arrived exactly as described and shown on the ChiefValue.com website.  
 
Great pricing and shipping rates, and quick order processing and shipment. They kept me updated regarding the order by email every step of way, so it can't get much better than that.  
 
I'll certainly buy from them again!

I ordered a printer on 7/21/08 and my credit card was charged on that same day. Waited a week and tried to contact them about the order status and was told I would get a call back ASAP. 4 more days later I got a call that the printer somehow is no longer available and I would receive a refund. I would not consider to order from them again in the future.
