I was a little leary of ordering from this company, because of all the bad reviews it got here on 10/20/04. But the reviews since then have been good, so I decided to take a chance. Besides, there price for the Sandisk Ultra 256 MB SD card was WAY lower than everyone else.  
 
So I ordered two cards on 1/11, which shipped on 1/12, and I received them on 1/13! And I received 4 emails keeping me informed of the progress.  
 
All in all, I can't think of anything that could have been better.

I purchased $ 1200.00 worth of items from Chief Value (2 orders)( p5ad2-e mobo, p4 @ 3.4, kingston ddr-2,2 maxtor sata 160 hd,asus video card) and everything arrived in 1-2 days. Their prices were cheaper than ZipZoomFly, including overnight shipping .I was especially pleased when chief called me to verify credit card info, it seems my bank had no ph. # listed on my acct. Being a victim of credit card fraud twice, I appreciate their thorough verification, before having money taken from my acct. " Keep up the strict verification process" I will definately order from again, prices are low and staff is very professional.

Ordered the parts on Saturday night, and they were received by Tuesday afternoon! The site was very well layed out, and the packaging was outstanding. It's this sort of great customer service that will keep me coming back!

Outstanding service! Filled my order the same day and I had my digital camera in 2 days. After New Years I contacted them because they forgot to send the invoice (needed for rebate). They E-mailed it to me within an hour of requesting it. I'm very satisfied with their responses and rate them A++. I will deal with them again if I need anything they carry.

I ordered a Foxconn/Casedge case and Logitech keyboard from ChiefValue. Ordering process was a breeze and I recieved my shipment in less than a week through FedEx Saver Express.

I’m very pleased with this seller. This is my 3rd order and all have been perfect! You always know the status of your order. They send emails to keep you up to speed while they prepare to ship your purchase. Then you get the FedEx tracking number once it ships…this is how it should be~!  
 
Give them your email address and they will send you the daily special. These are killer deals! The last one was a Canon Color printer (IP 3000) for $42 total! Needless to say I bought it and it is outstanding for $42! It out prints a $250 HP and the ink is so cheap you simply won’t believe it! Genuine cartridges cost $5.95! Canon separated the ink tank form the print head so you buy just ink instead of the expensive print head!  
 
BUY FROM THEM…Period!

Ordered an oem CDRW Drive and it shipped the same day and was delivered on time, although I discovered upon opening the box that they forgot to include the Nero burning software that was supposed to come bundled with the drive. I called them soon after receiving the delivery to try and get them to send the missing Nero to me, and they are very courteous, but not very helpful as they took two days and a handful of phone calls to even start the ball rolling on getting the Nero sent to me by finally sending an order for it to the warehouse to start the process of getting it shipped(If I ever see the software it will probably be sometime next year). The CDRW is pretty much useless without the Nero. I will not order from them again and will not recommend them to my friends and family either.  
 
Gist of my shopping experience:  
 
If you order something and everything is included and works, you'll be happy with them. If you ever have to contact Customer Service for an order, you'll avoid them from then on.

I purchased a digital camera from them on 9/16/2004. I shipped it to the office and billed it to my home. I get an email from them the next day telling me my shipping address is not on file. I know the address has been on file with my credit card company for months and I really don't feel like jumping through hoops to prove it to them, so I just cancel to order and go to a vendor I've used in the past. The camera cost me an extra $10 but it's worth it to avoid the hassle. The next day I log on to my bank account and find out chiefvalue has withdrawn the full $160 for the camera from my checking account! I paid for this with a Visa check cashing card. I called the company and they explained something about "holding the money as soon as I place the order" and "returning it soon". In all the 5 years I've been buying things online I've never seen anything like this, would not do business with them again, or reccommend them, and it looks like I may have to fight with them to get back the money they've basically stolen from my checking account!

Ordered online late Saturday night.  
Received CF memory card Wednesday (3 working days) with free shipping. Same excellent price as listed on pricewatch.com without having to mess around with coupon codes, phone calls, etc.  
Product arrived in retail packaging with no damage.  
All companies should be so easy to do business with and fast.

Great price, great experience. Item shipped quickly, and the order status was available online and was kept updated. Package arrived a day early. Detailed email invoice with tracking number was highly appreciated.

I ordered a DVD burner from them. No attempt at an upsell; great communication (an email about what I'd ordered, another when it was shipped with a tracking number); very reasonable shipping rates; GREAT price!!

OUTSTANDING! i ordered a JUST released video card on Monday. while they stated 24-48 hours to ship, they shipped the SAME DAY!!  
 
i received my order on wednesday. WOW that was fast. the card works great, and was a full retail package.  
 
again, OUTSTANDING!

I ordered on a Sunday, paid for overnight shipping. Held order for days, finally shipped and received on  
Friday. Emailed customer service, no response after 2 weeks, still waiting. Inexcusably poor experience.

This is my second order from ChiefValue.com and was a complete pleasure to deal with these guys! They ship so fast it's amazing. I ordered late on a Friday and it arrived to me the next Wednesday morning. Prices are awesome and I even got free shipping. There's not much more they could do except to give the stuff away for free and drive it in their cars to your house personally!  
I will be checking ChiefValue.com FIRST for my next electronics purchase.

wow a company that makes a price mistake and honors it!!!!!!!! Excellent customer service (ask for edgar if you have any problems) and if it wasnt for stupid fedex denting the case in route this would have been perfect.
