I order an Antec case from them and considered the option for pick-up. Before I did, I called support and ask how pick-up worked as for some reason I could not find any FAQ of where this pick-up location was. I knew it was in CA but not where it was.
Anyhow, I call support and apparently English was not her first language so I had a hard time asking her about it until she just said you need to order it and they'll give the address and repeated that. After that, I did a google search and found the address but still had doubt because there was no link to the location address I found on their site but it was part of their site as well; as if they're hiding the link in their site.
So I took a risk at it and order pick up and luckily it was the address I found on google. After heading there, I want through a good clean process to come in, show ID and proof, wait, and picked up the case. It's been a few months now and it's been working fine.
Overall, it's between an ok-and-good experience; I wish they updated their site on where they were going to pick it up. Just saying CA doesn't cut it.
