Wow, is all I can say i can't believe some of the stuff people write here. I had ordered 3 pc's from this company about a year and a half ago or so, or perhaps almost 2 years, now, and i was very happy with then. I then ordered a as my son calls it a custom gaming rig for him after my good experience. I was going to go at alienware but, they're prices are just too high for the same stuff if you know what i mean. We had nothing good to say about this company, and the only reason i'm posting here, is i was going to buy a few more pcs for my company and i couldn't find the site, so i did a search and found this site. I guess they went out of business which i think is too bad, cause we only had good experiences with then, and i did some reading online, sounds to me like the only people with problem had to do with some finance computers and from what i read online, that company went defunct, and left a.i standing holding all the customer complains. i also read that they made good on all deposits as well, and that is what caused them to close their doors. Oh well, i guess i'll have to do more research here for another computer site.

I am very pleased with my purchase of 2 gaming systems from AI computers (p4's). My relationship with AI computers has been a good one, and only once did I have any serious issues.  
When I recieved my computers, one of them had issues and had to be sent back. I was not happy wit this, but the Tech's at AI really went above and beyond the call of duty with me. I was given the lead techs cell phone # and told to call him anytime (im on PST and they are on EST). The issues were fixed and the computer air-mailed back, at thier expense.I have to say that they really went the extra mile for me, and I am 100% satisfied with my purchase. Oh and these systems ROCK!!!!!. I have since ordered headphones from them, even though I can get them from the local stores at a similar price. I decided to give my buisness to them on almost all items for my computers, and have every intention of having a long term relationship with AI.They build good machines, and have excellent cuxtomer service ideals. I would and have recommended this company to my fellow gamers. Keep up the good work guys!!!

Great price, shipped my order the next day, upgraded the shipping (for free) so I could build my new rig over the weekend. Near instant answers to my emails. All-in-all I received excellent customer service, pricing, and got exactly what I wanted! (and a bonus free t-shirt!) I don't know where the negative reviews came from, because my experience was as good as it gets.

I ordered a Zalman 7000 A-Cu CPU Cooler for my P4 at a very attractive price on 2/24 and had it in my rig by 2/27. Very happy with the transaction.

My experience with AI was a very pleasant. I paid with my credit card, and did not encounter any issues. The staff was very helpful with selecting the right components for my needs, and delivery was on time. I will be shopping with AI again for my next purchase...

I have to say that my purchase from AI has been a great experience. I purchased an awesome home pc for a great price, and the customer service and technical support was extremely helpful in every aspect. They have great rebate programs for their computers. I would definetley consider buying another pc from AI in the future.  

I love the computer that I purchased. It was an excellent buy and is perfect for what I need it for. I would highly recommend AI Computers to anyone who wants a fantastic computer, in fact I have already referred two of my friends to AI Computers.

Got my down payment back today. Just as the guy at AIPCS/AI Computers promised. Looks like they are trying to turn this bad rap around. I hope the rest of you get yours back too. Upgrading my rating of this company again because they held to their word and gave me my money back..

After a long 7 months, 5 of which I have been pursuing a refund or delivery of my computer, AIPCS/AI Computers has agreed to give me a refund of my down payment on my financed order. I am told I have a check prepared and ready to be mailed. I am now setting my review of AIPCS/AI Computers up a few notches in good faith that I will actually receive the refund as promised. I believe AIPCS/AI Computers can turn this negative experience around and get back on track as a good quality company. When I receive my refund, I will post another update and upgrade my review even further.

I've heard good things and bad about this company. I saw their good review in Pc Gamer where they won a PC GAMer editiors choise award, and I thought that speaks for itself. All my friends love my pc, and wanted one too, but I guess they closed up shop, and are out of business. I've honestly had no problem with my PC, and i've been very happy. I had to call tech support once with help setting it up, and they answered all questions and seemed very professional to me. As far as these people who post here, who say things like, they hope they die and use profanity, well all I can say is, if everyone in america had such a bad attitude about things, and profanity was the answer, we'd end up being not a world power. again, i was happy, its too bad they've closed up shop.

Aicomputer.com is the same as aipcs.com - a website that no longer xists. It does not exist becaus they burned a LOT of customers, and their bad reviews can be seen on this very webpage.  
 
This company (aicomputers.com) is the SAME company, and their gig is almost up. Maximum Pc magazine has the story in the May 2004 issue. Please read it before ordering from this company.

In this instance, the deals WERE too good to be true. The got|apex forum thread covers this ad nauseum, but the aicomputers site is shut down and none of the orders from late April onward will be fulfilled. I'll give them a tiny bit of respect for cancelling my order and not charging my card early in the process after several cancellation request emails. Even then, they took action yet never ever informed me directly. Not even a one-word email response. In the future, I'll look for a good solid history and a clean BBB file before I buy from a small player again.
