Ordered an LG Blu-ray DVD burner on Amazon which went through ANTOnline  
 
Terrible experience.  
 
Blu-ray burner arrived in a "supermarket" plastic bag without any manual, installation instructions, warranty card, or driver CD disk.  
 
Called ANTOnline customer service which insisted that it could only be returned via their RMA website. The RMA website has no provision for when they send you something that is not packaged, instead your only choice is to imply that you opened it and are failing to return it in the manufacturer's packaging. And as a condition of data entry it requires you to declare that you will accept a partial refund.  
 
Rather than using their unethical RMA website, instead, I filed a claim with Amazon's AZ guarantee service.  
 
After several phone calls and emails, I eventually got an RMA and I had to ship it back at my expense. Then Antonline still only issued me a partial refund, refunding me around $30 less than what I paid.  
 
I then had to file more complaints with Amazon, and eventually got the rest of my refund. Still I was out the costs of shipping it back and a lot of time and trouble.  
 
It appears that Antonline's method of business is to ship "new" products completely devoid of manufacturer's packaging and accompanying materials then charge a big "restocking" fee when they are returned before selling them again to the next victim.

We ordered a print cartridge for a card printer from ANTonline. We received an entirely different print cartridge than what we ordered and have been notified that since we opened the package, we cannot return it. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

Below is the feedback I posted  
on Amazon.  
"Outrageous! Third of three items finally rec'd after complaint. Packaging appeared RATS had eaten thru; severely battered & parts missing. Refused to replace/reimburse due to 30 day limit. Clearly my delay an issue for replacement/refund but damage to packaging was clearly NOT from UPS shipping. Creepy...I want nothing from their warehouse."  
 
My complaints to Antonline went unheeded regarding this order. I have actually purchased six of these prior to my final order of three for my sister.  
 
Let me please clarify. Ordered three. Two were shipped. When I telephoned I was told they recognized an error in the shipping department and the last one would be shipped. I wish I could include a photo of what was shipped, missing parts and all. RATS ate that box....not shipping damage. No interest from them to correct the issue.  
 
What stinkers.

I sure wish I had consulted this site prior to purchasing from these crooks. Basically they advertise a low price and then gouge you on the shipping. Problem is if you need to return the item, they keep the rediculous shipping AND you have to pay to ship it back. I typed 'large kong dog football' into google and their ad came up with the lowest price. When I clicked the link, it took me to a medium kong football page, which I didnt notice until I got the email confirmation after I ordered. I ordered 10 footballs which was $37.80. Shipping was $19.19. So I called CS immediately, they were closed (Saturday). So I sent them an email asked then to correct the order and charge me the difference. Got a return email on Sunday saying no can do. So I responded and said okay, then cancel the order and I will re-order the correct size. Again, they say no. So on Monday I call CS and get a supervisor on the phone. He says he cant do anything because the package already shipped, although he is unable to provide a tracking #. Of course this doesnt explain why the person answering the emails did nothing. So a few days later I get the tracking info and turns out the package never made it to UPS until Tuesday night. So the guy lied. I couldnt figure out why until I spent $12 shipping the package back only to get a $37 refund. So it cost me $32 to return $37 in product. Horrible company employing liers, avoid at all costs.

I purchased anX XD Picture Card Reader, very inexpensive and came with a ton of terms and conditions. the shipping cost more then the reader but I resent the waste of my time and effort because the reader was worthless. The card would not fit within...The refund policy is to repackage in original shrink wrapped hard plastic, boxed etc, rediculous for a dysfunctional product that should not have been sold at all.

The item I have ordered was wrong. I called ANTonline to obtain RMA number and shipped the item unopened and in the original packaging. When I shipped the item back to ANTOnline - I paid for shipping, I was only refunded the actual price, not including the shipping cost which was over 200% of actual item price. Customer Service did not want to help and did not help. After talking to Customer Service for several days in order to resolve the issue and get remaining balance refunded back to me - they simply hung up on me. Unacceptable. Would never buy from them again. BAD

Ordered item through Amazon, seller sent an inferior and less expensive item and so far has been non-responsive.  
I finally had to buy the correct item elsewhere.  
Have since filed a claim with Amazon A-Z 100% satisfaction claim that ANTonline has yet to respond to as well.

Ordered a KVM Switch and matching cables. First suspicion came when shipping charges were absolutely outrageous. $25.00 for a couple of pounds UPS Ground.When the box arrived it only had the cables (the cheap part of the order) and not the actual KVM switch. The responses I got from ANT Online have been clones of what I've seen posted here...including the wording of emails. I offered to show them that THEIR box with THEIR shipping labels is no where near large enough to accomodate the switch. I might as well have been talking to an ameoba! They will have to do "an extensive warehouse audit" which will take 5-7 business days. Well anyone with an IQ over 50 knows that NO major company is going to do a warehouse audit to see if a $150 piece of equipment is there or not! This company is pathetic...and I am angered that Google, Amazon and Buy.com still allow them to do business. Perhaps enough of us need to band together and get the State Attorney General of Georgia to open an investigation. BTW I had the Consumer Protection Group review ANT Onlines Invoice and Agreement and was informed that it is full of illegal statements. NO ONE can be forced into accepting a policy if it goes against the law...and for example, accepting my payment DOES constitute acceptance of an order!

I purchased a photographic lens from ANTOnline through Amazon.com's Marketplace (ANTOnline is an Amazon.com reseller). Shortly afterwards I found the same lens on sale from a reputable online reseller at a lower price. I tried to cancel my order but Amazon.com reported that the order could not be canceled and that I had to contact the reseller. ANTOnline refused to cancel my order. All correspondence was computerized. I never felt I communicated with a person. All replies were scripted. I was told the order was packaged within five minuted of my placing it and thus could not be canceled. When the lens arrived, it was placed in a large box WITHOUT ANY PACKAGING MATERIALS. The high precision lens was left to bounce around in the box during shipping with no protection.  
 
ANTOnline has the worst customer service of any reseller I've used online. I will never use them again.

I purchased a DVD/VHS player through amazon. I figured amazon has a great reputation they would not be working with a bad seller. That is not the case. I received the item and called and emailed numerous times and they basically have no customer service support. I followed there return procedures and had car problems and couldn't not get to the post office within the 10 day time frame that they require and they would not accept the merchandise back. It was never even opened. One would think that it being the holiday and given the circumstance they would have made an exception but they didn't, and I couldn't even talk to a representative. Don't purchase from Antonline. BEWARE.

I purchased a flat panel LCD TV thru Amazon. For some reason the US Post Office chose not to deliver the product and returned it, despitemany earlier deliveries to the same address. Rather than try to resolve this problem ANTONLINE refunded my money. WHAT KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THIS! My pet monkey could do better, not to insult the monkeys at ANTONLINE.

I guess i should have come here BEFORE i made my purchase. yes, same story as everyone else. placed the order, got a tracking number, and then some weird email that it was damaged during shipment, even though UPS never scanned it in. then they claim amazon will be reimbursing me for the payment, and still nothing. so i emailed them to see if i could get a replacement order or one of the 7 different styles that they still show in stock and are still advertising on google. good thing i used my amex card...no hassle there.

I placed an order on Dec 8... now Dec 17 and no order... I check my account on their website and find they cancelled the order for an unknown reason and never even emailed or called to notify us. I called them by phone and THEY CANT EVEN FIND THE ORDER IN THEIR SYSTEM!!! And here I am staring at it on their website. The person I spoke to claims it must have been credit card rejection... although there was no reason for that to be the case. I use the card ALL the time and the billing and shipping matched and matched the CC company file. I checked and the item price is higher now, so my supposition is they didnt want to sell at that price I ordered at and conveniently nuked the order so as to not have to take the profit loss. And never once did the rep offer to do anything about the order... just wanted to make excuses. So I will not be ordering from them again. My business doesnt have time to fool with companies that are so careless they dont bother contacting/emailing customers at all when and if there is an order issue... never mind one with an ordering system that SUPPOSEDLY deletes orders- that is LAUGHABLE! Which are the main reason why I disbelieve the credit card rejection excuse. If they actually wanted my business you really think they would let that happen to an order? Very dis-honorable and careless. Won't do business with them again.

AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE  
I placed an order for an "in stock" Denon reciever from ANTonline (via buy.com). My order was stuck on "processing" for a week. After waiting a week without hearing from them, I called, the rep on the phone wasn't able to tell me anything other than, you will recieve a tracking number. If you don't get a tracking number in 24 hours, call back. Approximately 24 hours later, ANTonline sent me an email "cancellation" notice saying that my item had been "damaged" in transit. The email was EXACTLY the same as others have reported recieving:  
 
Hi, my name is Amanda and I'm a manager with the Customer Service team at ANTOnline.  
 
We have been notified that your product order was damaged in transfer from the regional warehouse to the shipping hub.  
 
We apologize for the inconvenience and are notifying Buy.com and filing an insurance claim for our lost goods.  
 
Buy.com will issue a refund based on their policies. We do not control and cannot speed up Buy.com's credit posting time frame.  
 
Again, we apologize for any inconvenience.

Either ANTonline has some unbelievably bad luck with shipping or they are complete liars who sell items they don't actually have. Based upon my experience and the experiences recounted on here, I believe the latter. I will never, ever, buy anything from ANTonline again and will encourage everyone I know to avoid them as well.

This by far has to be the WORST place to order from ever. I wish I had read their reseller rating prior to ordering through this buy.com marketplace store. I ordered a 1TB hard drive, and got a 640GB instead, and while noone would get back to me they finally said their product engineers have to research the part number and get back to me. In the mean time just ship them back the hard drive.. well they never got back to me, and now I have to thank american express that im not out of my money... avoid this store at all costs!
