I've ordered several items from them over the years without a problem. But 2 days after I made my most recent order with them someone ordered over $500 of airline tickets on my debit card & cleaned out my bank account. I hadn't used my debit card in months. It stays in my wallet. My wallet is always with me & I live alone. My computer is password protected & nobody else uses it. So now I owe the bank $430 while the case is under investigation. Someone at ANTonline bought airline tickets with my bank card numbers, or their site is not secure!

Purchased some RAM for a PC worth $178.09 including shipping.
Was coming from Atlanta, GA to Charlotte, NC (240 miles) and was supposed to take a maximum of 7 days.
Because Atlanta is close to Charlotte, regular ground UPS in next day delivery (great, isn't it?) but after 10 days the package has not arrived.
Emailed ANTOnline and got this response: "Please contact us after 21 days from ship date if item is not received so we can open a Shipping investigation and claim".
This is totally unaceptable; I have to wait 3 weeks before they would do anything about it? It is not my fault that the UPS Mail Innovations is so screwed up.
The tracking system is pretty much useless and the shipping cost was $11.45 for a 0.3 Lbs package.
I have ordered many thousands of dollars of merchandise over the Internet in the last 10 years and never seen anything like this.
I consider their response unaceptable because 3 weeks is a long time to start a tracking request.
They should offer to send the order again. If they want to wait 3 weeks after that, I don't have a problem, but in the mean time, I have the PC up-and-running.

I searched for a place to buy navigation software for my Garmin GPSMap 60C. The best price was from ANTOnline through Buy.com. I ordered the software, installed it and found it was incompatible with the GPSMap60C. I contacted customer service at ANTOnline and they responded that they could not accept a return for opened software that hed been previously installed. I explained that they sold me software that was supposed to work and it did not. They did not care. They refused to exchange my software for the proper version. I told them this was unacceptable and that I required further service to resolve the matter and never heard from them again. I will NEVER shop at Buy.com or ANTOnline again and I tell everyone I know how badly they treated me.
There was a good ending to my story though. Garmin International picked up the ball where ANTOnline dropped it and gave me FULL Credit for what I had paid to ANTOnline and exchanged my software for the proper version even though they did not sell it to me. Kudos to Garmin. Boo to ANTOnline and Buy.Com

I had an extremely poor experience with AntOnline. Before making an order, I discussed the return policy with a customer service representative to make sure I could return the item if not happy. After the order was received, I requested to return it and was subsequently denied. Customer Service was subsequently very rude, did not follow up on my appeal and basically told me tough luck. I will never order from ANTOnline again.

ANTOnline sold me an item through Amazon.com. After 48 hours in the middle of business week, I received no order confirmation or tracking number. After e-mailing them, they then decided to explain that the they actually don't have stock of the item I ordered, which is hilarious because their "order status" page said they were in the process of shipping it. I realize now that page is probably fake and just made to appease people. I immediately requested a refund and they have avoided all my e-mails and phone calls since. Amazon can't do anything because it's still in the estimate shipping window. This screws me because I needed the item for an event I was having later in the week, and by having to re-order the item from a different company, I won't be able to get it on time.

STAY AWAY FROM ANTONLINE. FALSE ADVERTISING, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DIRTY DEALS
I ordered a thermometer from ANTonline which was falsely advertised as a max/min thermometer. When I received the item, I attempted to get an RMA, but only received irrelevant automatic Emails from ANTonline. Even after the listing for the item was pulled from Ebay for false and misleading description, I could not get ANTonline to address the issue. I finally had to resolve the matter by filing a Paypal dispute. Even then, I had to pay return shipping even though the item clearly was not as advertised.

Never, ever, ever, buy anything from ANTONLINE.com. Their policies are un fair. You return something and shipping is your pocket. Even if the item did not work. Never buy from here.

This is probably the worst company doing business on the internet!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! Ordered 100 items from them (over $900 dollars) received 10 of the items called in to get this fixed it has now been a month and have still not received the remaining 90 items. They have been giving me the run around for over a month now with no resolution. As of right now i would say that they have literally stolen my money. Also per another review below my credit card number was stolen the day after i used this site and I had not made any other purchases prior to this one for over a week. Repeat DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!! This is the worst company ever. They sent me the wrong item, I returned it, and they still tried to charge me a restocking fee.

Watch out for the ANTonline return policy. I purchased an iPod speaker from them through Amazon.com. The item turned out to be faulty on delivery. They do not exchange items which is what I wanted. They only refund. I had to pay $17 to ship the faulty item back. This totally killed any advantage of buying online. I WILL NOT buy from this vendor again.

Purchased Turflon Ester 1 Pint. Box arrived intact, no visible damage. The Bottle of Turflon was opened, not factory seled. Contents spilled inside the box and plastic bag. At 42$ a pint I could understand why the company would like to remove some contents of sealed bottles and make some more ;).

FRAUD! BUYER BEWARE!!!! THEIR PAY SITE IS NOT SECURE and it claims to be. So long story short literally someone bought a plane ticket to Kenya with our credit card, this card is NEVER USED, only once at Frys months before, so there is no possibility that these people didn't do this.
The merchandise was AUTOMATICALLY cancelled immediately after ordering, they just want your card number to screw you out of money. I reported them to the FBI Computer Crimes Division, Georgia BBB, etc. BEWARE!!!!!

I ordered a box of 1-1/4" 15-Gauge "FN" Style Angled Finish Nails, Bostitch part # FN1520 as I couldn’t source them locally. I came across ANTOnline after doing a Google shopping search. I ordered a single box from them (3,655-Qty). When the item arrived the Bostitch box was smashed and nail strips were all broken apart inside. This did not happen during shipping as the outer UPS box was in pristine condition. They shipped me junk. There's no way this could have been packaged without knowing the product was bad.

I am a reseller and purchase a tremendous amount of items online. This is my last dealing with these "people".
I bought five MS mice from Buy.com who sources for them and went through google checkout. I didn't see the shipping or missed it. When I got my confirmation, I saw that they charged me $72.oo in shipping and immedietley went back to buy.com to cancel. And I clicked cancel. I also emailed Antonline about the cancellation as well. I thought I was done. 2:54pm the next day they ship the item. I spoke to the supervisor the supervisor at Ant and he tells me that charging individually is Buy.com's policy.
No, I have bought from buy.com for 15 years and they don't do that. Buy.com confirmed this. Johnnie told me to get an RMA but I would be on the hook for shipping back. In any other case, I would agree, but not in this. He refused and now I am on hold with Buy.com. If buy.com doesn't resolve this theyr'e gone too. I should have used my Amex card.
This is my second time with Antonline, and the last. Smile when your order works out, but when it doesn't, you wish you heeded this warning. This review was modified by its author, djlightman, on
