Absolutely great customer service. I emailed them asking if a current case would fit my Toshiba e355. They were prompt to email me back. They let me know they were going to be releasing a new case that was designed for my pocket pc.  
 
They even took the time to email me to let me know when they did release it. I ordered it immediately.  
 
Shipping was extremely fast eventhough they are not based in the United States. I spent the extra money for Fedex shipping(not expensive at all) and I received my case three business days after I ordered.  
 
Quality case and great customer service. Couldn't ask for anything more from InnoPocket.
