YOU SOLD ME THREE BAD MOTHERBOARDS! Do you even check the components you pull?!?
Board #1: no AGP port, although the board should have an AGP port
Board #2: DOA
Board #3: (the replacement) fails to boot properly
..................................
On 12-6-05 (order number 3xxxx I ordered two L4IGEM2 motherboards from you. One worked but lacked an AGP port. Since the motherboard had on-board video, I ignored the lack of AGP. The second board was DOA, and I RMA-ed the board (#3xxxx) AT MY SHIPPING EXPENSE back to you. It took you three weeks to send a new board, although there is a chance it was lost in shipping and you did send out a replacement.
Here's the problem: after several attempts to make the replacement board work, I am forced to conclude that it too is bad. In a few attempts it would boot, but then crash. After several attempts to determine if the CPU, memory, or power supply (a cotagen PS which was also from you) was the cause, the motherboard simply failed to boot properly!

Ordered a refurbished motherboard. They refused to ship it to the alternate shipping address on file with my credit card. Shipped it to my house instead where no one is home and the delivery person just leaves it outside. All I received was a plain board. No drivers disc, no manual, and no I/O shield plate. I received to response to my emails requesting the I/O shield. The only sound driver available on the manufacturer's website does not work properly. I had to make an I/O shield out of posterboard.

DUMP THEM! They are selling X Copy DVD software "no support" but they fail to disclose that you cannot obtain any activation code. This is called "fraud by concealment". DUMP THEM!

I ordered a motherboard from them and they sent me the wrong one. I tried to contact them with both phone numbers on the website... no luck. I also emailed, but got no response. I checked back at their website and noticed they changed the address and took out their siute number. I had to call my credit card company to claim a despute. I shop online frequenlty... trust me, I wouldn't buy from them. This review was modified by its author, superfresh, on

They suck, website said they have product, they didn't. They say they emailed me a credit on charge card, they didn't email. Buyer beware. Mike Dwyer

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS!! Scam!! All I have to say is just call the number they have listed on their website under 'Contact Us' and see if anyone picks up. That should give give you clue enough. As for me, off to dispute the charges with my CC co.

My goal was to rebuild a system for my son before Christmas. I checked the stock and ordered a notherboard, a burner and a processor. The prices were great. I placed the order on the 2nd and they didn't even pack it for shipping until the 8th. I finally got it on the 15th and they did not include the motherboard. I have documented 34 calls to them at all hours of the day and NOT ONCE did anyone pick up the telephone at their local or 888 numbers. I got one response from 4 e-mails and that was not automated. It simply told me that the order was shipped.
Why wouldn't they call me if I ordered the components to build a system if the key ingredient was not available? I still have had no satisfactory response.

BAIT-SWITCH! lists bunch of low-ball items to get you to come to the website but items always out-of-stock and will not accept back-orders.

Ordered 4 new ATX cases, 2 'refurbished' motherboards, 2 cdrom/floppy drive kits. After waiting 5 days for a shipping confirmation and not receiving one, I called customer support inquiring to the status of the order. Lady couldn't find anything on my order, promised to email me back with what she found out, never heard back from her. 2 days later I get automated shipping information, all arrived 10 days later. ATX cases and cdrom/floppy drives in good shape but the 'refurbished' motherboards are a farce. Clearly they are not refurbished in any way, one of them looked like it had been pulled out of the worst computer environment imaginable. Grime covered the entire surface with the plastic yellowed from exposure. Four of the main capacitors were also bulging at the top, kind of hard to miss for a 'REFURBISHED' board. First and last purchase for me from Dumpinggoods.com.

Thought I received a good deal on a particular item but it arrived incomplete and they've not yet responded with a fix. Buying the replacement myself made the purchase average at best. Would not recommend this vendor for poor quality control and poor C/S.

Ordered a Matrox G400 dual head 16MB video card for a very good price. When I received the package, it contained the wrong Matrox video card (a G450). The tv out adapter I purchased from Matrox does not support the G450, so I wrote an email to customer service to try to resolve the problem. I explained that time was of the essence, yet I never received a reply (after over three days of waiting). That seems pretty unacceptable to me. Luckily the card was not that expensive, so I can chalk it up to experience and never order from dumping goods again.

Ordered 4 Gigabyte 7N400PRO2 motherboards.
No accessories (usb connector, firewire connector,
audio connector) were included with 3 of them.
No reply to emails. Ugh, no more business from me.

Dear Mr. esquehull, it is unfortunate that you have chosen not to continue doing business with us. However, as you know, I responded to your email requests personally and although accessories do not normally come with refurbished motherboards, I special ordered 3 complete sets of accessories for you and forwarded them to you, at no cost, via Federal Express. As with all of our valued customers, I appreciate your business and review of our company and hope that you will continue to shop for great deals at Dumpinggoods.com. - Ray A. Horrible retailer. Item was both labelled (and described) as an Athlon XP 266 DDR motherboard when it was really an Intel P4 motherboard. They issued me an RMA but refused to pay for shipping, so I ended up wasting $14 for shipping ($7 each way). Their site has NOT been updated in ages. Most Athlon XP boards with DDR support have been sold out.
Stay away from this retailer at all costs, unless you feel like wasting some hard earned cash!
