On 12-6-05 (order number 3xxxx I ordered two L4IGEM2 motherboards from you. One worked but lacked an AGP port. Since the motherboard had on-board video, I ignored the lack of AGP. The second board was DOA, and I RMA-ed the board (#3xxxx) AT MY SHIPPING EXPENSE back to you. It took you three weeks to send a new board, although there is a chance it was lost in shipping and you did send out a replacement.  
 
Here's the problem: after several attempts to make the replacement board work, I am forced to conclude that it too is bad. In a few attempts it would boot, but then crash. After several attempts to determine if the CPU, memory, or power supply (a cotagen PS which was also from you) was the cause, the motherboard simply failed to boot properly!

I am reporting this to resellerratings, cnet, and techbargains.com ratings, as well as posting this in several hardware related sites. If you wish to make this right, please contact me by email (xxxxx@forums.gotapex.com) or by phone at 702-xxx-xxxx and I will gladly retract my ratings.  

Got an Abit AI7 from these guys. The title stated refurbished, but I recieved everything show by review sites in the box and they were sealed. Shipping costs were a bit high, but the board got here in 2 days so no complaints here. And it works fine. Will consider for future orders.

I've placed several orders over the past couple of years. The customer support is nearly ZERO. Despite having my alternative address listed with my credit card carrier in advance, they have yet to give me a tracking number. V-e-r-y s-l-o-w service is typical - althugh they SOMETIMES ship faster. Prices often are good but read the fine print carefully. Motherboards may not include I/O shields or drivers, etc. Mistakes by them may be next-to-impossible to correct.

Ordered a refurbished motherboard. They refused to ship it to the alternate shipping address on file with my credit card. Shipped it to my house instead where no one is home and the delivery person just leaves it outside. All I received was a plain board. No drivers disc, no manual, and no I/O shield plate. I received to response to my emails requesting the I/O shield. The only sound driver available on the manufacturer's website does not work properly. I had to make an I/O shield out of posterboard.

Ordered an ATI video card and an external hard drive enclosure from them (USB/Firewire). Items arrived in a timely manner, and everything worked fine, no problems, and were as advertised, no deception at all. Would order from again.

Ordered a MSI barebone computer and it was almost brand new. I couldn't believe the deal that I got from them. It came in very good condition. this was for an upgrade so all I did was install some stuff from my other computer and that was it. It worked perfectly from the first time I turn it on. The shipping was very fast and I do not have any complains. It came with everything in the box even though they say it didn't come with it. I will buy more from them again. I highly recommend

The Item was just as described, I also recieved my order quickly in 3 days. It was a refurbished item without instructions (just as they stated in their description) I was able to download the instruction manual from the manufacturers website and I saved over 50% off new retail price by purchasing my item with them. I'll be shopping with these wonderful people again..

DUMP THEM! They are selling X Copy DVD software "no support" but they fail to disclose that you cannot obtain any activation code. This is called "fraud by concealment". DUMP THEM!

I ordered a motherboard from them and they sent me the wrong one. I tried to contact them with both phone numbers on the website... no luck. I also emailed, but got no response. I checked back at their website and noticed they changed the address and took out their siute number. I had to call my credit card company to claim a despute. I shop online frequenlty... trust me, I wouldn't buy from them.

This company is downright AWESOME. They ship the very next day usually, and have absolutely the best prices. I have placed 10+ orders from them in the last 6 months or so and they are just unbeatable. I have tried to call and they didn't answer, but it isn't really a big deal to me because everything is always herk immediately and better than advertised. Way to go guys!  
 
To everyone who hasn't placed an order yet: Do it. You will thank yourself for the cash you save!

I purchased many times from this site. First of all, I had no problems. My last order was over $300. Just got one DVD drive that makes a bearing failure kind of noise (Still works fine), but to be honest, I think that their prices are so low, that you should expect something like that. Even thought I recieved a drive like that, I will still do bussiness with them because it is acceptable. If you want everything perfect, go out and buy a retail-box item from CompUsa or a similar store and get bitch-slapped by the high price witch will be triple of what dumpinggoods sells it for, sometimes more. People have to understand that these items are obiously refurbished.. so EXPECT something like that and dont cry! Go out and get yourself a retail box if not satisfied. Also, my orders came on time and well packaged. As of customer service, I never talked to nobody so I couldnt tell if it is bad or good.

They suck, website said they have product, they didn't. They say they emailed me a credit on charge card, they didn't email. Buyer beware. Mike Dwyer

Purchased a hard drive and a stick of memory from dumpinggodds.com both where junk. I have called 3 x a day since 12/26/04 and have never gotten an answer. I have emailed them multiple times as well with no response. My opinion is they SUCK!!@

I purchased a double layer dvd recorder, memory, hard drive and several other items. I was very pleased with the quality of the products I recieved. The customer support was not the best, but when I emailed thier technical guy Ray, he replied in less than 10 minutes. Great job Ray. It took a while to get an answer on the phone, but it seemed like they were extremely busy. I expected it since it was the holiday season. Overall experience was really good. I will order again

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS!! Scam!! All I have to say is just call the number they have listed on their website under 'Contact Us' and see if anyone picks up. That should give give you clue enough. As for me, off to dispute the charges with my CC co.
