They sent me the wrong size shoes three times in a row. The good news is, there was free shipping both to and from -- and they did credit me back each time -- but I thought I was going to have the shoes in my hands a full NINE WEEKS before I actually did. They said it was because of a computer glitch, which I can understand, but someone should have intervened manually at some point!

Took 3 tries to get a briefcase that was not damaged. Case was not delivered as per specified promise time. Shoebuy personnel tried to skirt the issue and make excuses for their inability to perform. Not a good place to shop if you need quality on a timely basis.

This company does not appear to honor their own guarantees. They have what they call a "110% price guarantee," however they apparently use this only as a marketing tool and don't actually honor it.
I ordered 3 pairs of athletic shoes for about $53 each, then 7 days later saw a sale at a competitors (shoes.com) for about $11 less per pair. I called their customer service number then, and was told I must send an email in and that it would not be seen until 2 days later, on Monday (after the competitor's sale would be over). I did send this email in.
In addition, I purchased 3 more pairs of the identical shoes from the competitor, proving, beyond doubt, that the shoes were available at the lower price, from a competitor, within the 10 day "110% price match" time period.
Shoebuy.com refused to match the price, saying the shoes were no longer available. I then copied the sales confirmation from the competitor and attached it to my email response to the initial refusal; they have not responded to my 3 subsequent emails.
When the package arrives from shoebuy.com, I will refuse it and have UPS return it to shoebuy.com for a full refund. I will also notify my credit card issuer.
A previous review of this store, here in RR, complains of essentially the same practice I am documenting here.
My suggestion would be to deal only with companies that honor their own guarantees. Shoebuy.com does not appear to be one of them.

Great! Normally, I wouldn't buy shoes online but if one is already familiar with the brand and sizing, not much risk - particularly so when they have a no-cost return policy. I ordered my Dexter Navigators. I received 10% off for just registering. I found another coupon for an additional 10% off, making their already very competitive price, unbeatable. Add in their free shipping, no tax.. and it's a no brainer.
My shoes arrived in good order, but for some reason, I wasn't real comfortable with the fit.. though in the past, I think I bought the same size and they were satisfactory. Returning was a breeze. They allow you to print out a UPS label yourself, just affix it.. and return the shoes for the proper size. FREE! No shipping costs.
They credited my account properly for the return, billed me again, and reshipped. A perfect fit.
I really want to buy more shoes just to use this company, but alas, I only wear just a couple pairs, and it would be a waste. Highly recommend!

I puchased a pair of Ecco shoes which on delivery didn't fit well. It was extremely easy to return the shoes as you could print a mailing label directly from the site. Just put the shoes back in the box and drop at the post office. I exchanged these for another Ecco sandal that I knew fit as I had one already. There were no questions or problems and the shoes arrived on time.

I made a purchase from them earlier today, and I called in later to discuss their 110% price guarantee with customer support. The customer support person I talked to was helpful but was unable to help me so I requested to speak to one of the managers. She was very rude during the call and displayed the attitude that she was annoyed to talk to me (a paying customer). Even when I pointed this out to her, she still talked to me in the same demeaning manner. While I was happy to find a site with such a great collection of products to select from, I am less than happy with their customer support. A paying customer should not be talked down to. While I probably would have been returning shopper at this site if it hadn't been for this incident, I will take my business elsewhere from now on.
About the price match, I later received an email saying that they will not honor their price guarantee because the other retailer has a minor difference in the product description (different names for the same color of the shoe) for the same shoes. In spite of this difference in the description, it is clearly obvious that these are the same product. The manufacturer's website associates both the different color names with this shoe (two names for the same color, shoe only comes in 1 color). You make your own judgement. Poor communication. I never received an email confirming my shipment. On the bright side, I ordered my shoes on the 19th, and UPS delivered to me this morning. FAST Shipping. The shoes looks great, though they could've worked on the packaging a bit better. All in all, very satisfied! Thanks!!

I placed order on Apr 21 for $43, on Apr 27 I found another place selling the same pair for $30. So I wrote email to ask for the price match. They are very helpful, giving me back 110% price difference. Cool, I think they are very reliable.

I am very disappointed. I ordered shoes in hopefully plenty of time to get to me, any reputable business would have had them here by now, or atleast have shipped them. I was supposed to have them for tomorrow for my bridal gown fitting, in a week from the order, but not only did I find out expedited shipping was not available, I come to find out they hadn't even shipped it yet, 5 days later? I even asked to get expedited shipping, I would pay more, but on my brand I ordered it's unavailable? Doesn't that sound crazy? If it's in their warehouse, they should be able to ship it however I want it. They probably order it from somewhere else. I definitely will never be ordering from them again.
