Shoebuy.com is the best company I've dealt with for internet sales. I had to return the first pair I ordered and they immediately e-mailed me a return shipping label.My credit card account was credited back the same day they received the shoes. Both times I ordered I received my shoes in 3 days with free shipping. I'll be ordering my shoes from them in the future.

Never buy anything for this crappy company "Shoebuy.com"
I ordered my shoes 9days ago and it is still "in process"
One of the representatives told me "Shoebuy.com is not responsible for this delay"
Then, Who????
Never, ever buy!!!

I was surprised to recieve my order in three days with free shipping and the discounts they offer on their site made this one of those deals that is to good to be true, I was waiting for one of those out of stock notes. But here it is in my hand, with no hassles a Kangol beret the real thing. I will definetly give this store another go.

After placing an order and wondering 10 days later when it would actually be here I looked up the tracking number and saw that they had shipped the order to a random address in Menifee, CA when I am in fact in Florida. I contacted them and asked if they included the wrong tracking number or if they just shipped the address to a random address. They told me they shipped it to the wrong customer but refused to send a replacement shipment and instead told me to wait for the other customer to return the order. When the other customer returned the order they still didn't ship my order so I asked them again and I was told that they shipped the order to the address I provided (yet my order confirmation and order tracking both have my correct address) and I returned it so the matter is closed. They wouldn't even acknowledge that it was their mistake and they tried to blame me. It's 3 weeks later and I still do not have my shoes and they have told me that they will not be sending them. I will not be ordering from Shoebuy.com in the future, I'll spend a few extra dollars and order from Zappatos or Endless.com and actually get what I ordered.

I purchased this pair of shoes last week, tried them on, and they seemed extremely narrow. Upon further inspection of the shoe, it quickly became evident that this was actually a size 7 ½ Narrow. You can clearly see that the “M” is actually an “N” with an additional line drawn on the side to try to make it appear as it is an “M”. I’m not sure what kind of business they are trying to run, but I don’t appreciate receiving merchandise that has been intentionally altered in such a manner.
I previously purchased a pair of shoes from their site, and was not happy with them as they were very uncomfortable. (The leather was very rigid.) I was asked to review the shoes and of course, wrote my opinion, and though not very surprised, saw that they never posted my review. I never attempted to return them though, because I unfortunately wore them for a complete day of work. My 4 year old daughter now wears them for “dress up”.
Today, I spoke with the customer service department, who told me they would send a shipping return label for the mismarked shoes. I did some internet research today about company complaints, and found some similar complaints about their business practices, such as not posting all, or editing reviews, to show only the positives. This is probably great for initial business, but it does not allow the potential buyer a fair unbiased opinion, which of course eventually results in really bad future business, including mine. I believe this company needs a little work in the quality control department. I also kept pictures of the intentionally mismarked shoes, just in case anyone is interested.

Ordered on Sunday, 9/21, shoes arrived Wednesday 9/24. Confirmation e-mail and tracking info was also sent in a timely fashion on Monday afternoon.
Shoes were actually sized as advertised which was a relief, I usually end up sending them back for being too narrow. They seem to carry plenty in my size so I'll probably do business with showbuy.com again soon.
One minor complaint: they need to put a "logon to my account" button on the top of their page next to the "view cart" button the way most online stores do. I don't know how I managed to find their "logon" button but I'm glad I bookmarked it.

Scammers - in league w the scurrilous company, Trilegiant, the company behind "Great Fun" service scam that covertly subscribes you and makes monthly charges to your credit card.

i will never buy from them again. i ordered shoes on 09-02-08 and called today and they told me that they will be shipped today. way too long for shoes. i called customer service and they refused to help

I ordered a pair of ladies Reeboks for my wife from Shoebuy.com. The shoes were originally $59.99 but I Googled and found a 20% coupon, and I also signed up to Shoebuy, which gives 10% off on your first month of orders. I was pretty sure that these discounts would not stack because these types of savings rarely do, but they did! So I ended up getting these for $42.80 (a savings of $16.75). I was also pleased to see that the shipping was free.
I ordered these shoes on Sunday, August 24, 2008, in the late evening, and received them on Friday, August 29, 2008-- Not too bad for free shipping, I thought.
The shoes arrived very well packaged and in perfect shape. My wife loved them.
All in all, I was very pleased with my purchase from Shoebuy.com and will shop there again. Highly recommended!

Bought a pair of Doc Martens and followed their steps exactly for the 110% price guarantee because I found the same shoes for significantly less. Received email stating they were refusing to pricematch stating other site didn't have a size 11 shoe. I ordered a US 12 (UK 11) pair of shoes and the other site showed a 12 in stock and they are a US store and if they didn't clearly indicate whether it was US or UK it only makes sense they were advertising the US size. Sent two emails to shoebuy.com stating that the other site had matching size and that I needed a response and from them within 2 days, and that was over a week ago and they refuse to respond. I refused shipment and will be disputing charge with my credit card company. Pretty poor service when I followed all the steps of the price guarantee exactly.

I have had the worst experience with shoebuy.com! I ordered a pair of shoes for a friend to be sent to her as a gift on June 3rd. Today is the 18th and I was just notified that they have been shipped. For the past two weeks I have been waiting for that email and I called customer service about 4 times, each time the line was busy. I emailed customer service 5 times, and got one response saying I will get another email in 24 hrs. That never happened. I am so furious, finally I talked to someone and they gave me no explanation on what happened to my order. I only hope they actaully get there at some point. Bottom line, I would not advise shopping at shoebuy.com, they are unreliable and their customer service department is unreachable and not helpful.

I recently ordered two pairs of shoes from shoebuy.com and I am very satisfied with both transactions. They both came promptly and I was able to track their expected date of delivery via the provided tracking number which makes things very convenient. One pair of shoes that I ordered didn't fit so I had to exchange; it wasn't a hassle at all and I was worried about it after reading some of the more negative reviews below. They paid the return shipping and send a confirmation when they received the return. It was fast and easy. I would definitely shop with shoebuy again.

Ordered shoes from the store for the first time.. THese were not available in nearby local stores. But I knew the product that I wanted to buy.
Although they say on their website that the shoes will ship in 5 business day, It got shipped the following day itself.

So far, I have placed three orders with Shoebuy. I've been very impressed on all occasions. Their prices are great. Make sure to take use of coupon codes that you can find simply through Google. There are also a lot of Cash Back opportunities to be had. I will try on the shoe and check the colors at a retailer before making a purchase on ShoeBuy, so I have never had to deal with returning any merchandise. Free shipping can be slow. An order I placed very late on the day April 27th was not shipped until May 1st, and not delivered to me until May 6th. There are options to upgrade the shipping for a cost though. I would highly recommend ShoeBuy based on personal experience!
