Exceptionally poor customer service. Still waiting for shipment to arrive. Customer service department refuses to respond to provide information on delivery status and has never responded to multiple phone calls and email.

Item was in stock. I have learned from experience with OpticsPlanet to call first to check stock status. If the web page says out of stock... it is out of stock. If it says in stock, it only means it was in stock recently. If you are buying a popular item, check first. The positive side is that this only takes a quick toll free call with the item number. Free shipping - Quick ship - No issues. I have ordered from them several times before and most likely will again, after checking stock.

I purchased this scope for a ruger charger, the clarity and long eye relief was just what I was looking for and the 1/4 moa was another feature the scope had to have. I am looking forward to long enjoyment of this scope.

LOVE THE 50 MM NIKON RIFLE SCOPE

The scope was delivery on time but when I install it I have notice there lens inside was ¼ inch off . I call Opticsplanet but the wash the hands and no help from them since I have install it even I didn’t use the scope , I will never by from this site . Greg---- March 20 I have call them for the second time and got different operator , the problem was solved without any problems and Optics planet have send me new scope after receiving my old one and by doing this the have saved them self’s a old customer .Greg

Great customer service, answered all my emails promptly. I placed an order for prescription sunglasses and forgot that i wanted the AR coating on the rear of the lenses. Emailed them and the gladly contacted the LAB on the change, shipping was faster than expected. Great experience, and would do business with them again.

Ordered merchandise on February 15th because the website stated "IN STOCK". My credit card was charged immediately. I received an email on February 23rd stating the vendor has just plain ran out of stock. Funny Huh!! I called on February 24th to see when the item will ship and the customer service representative told me the item is being drop shipped from the manufacture and will being shipped the next day on the 25th. Saturday the 28th comes so I decided to check on the status of the order and the website does not show the item as being shipped yet. I then called Optics Planet to see what is going on. The customer service representative was very rude and condecending towards me and could not understand why I was so angry that my card was charged and don't have anything to show for it after being told the item was to be shipped 3 days ago. I spoke to a supervisor and requested a refund for the item since she also could not tell me when the item will be shipped and never offered any type of resolution or alternatives. False advertisement and credit card fraud on behalf of Optics Planet. I had someone warn me about this company thinking maybe it was bad luck on their part but I guess I was wrong. Stay away from this company. Bad internet business.

Product arrived ahead of schedule and packaged well. I have ordered a few times from OpticsPlanet.com and all shipments were on-time and as requested. Very helpful customer service as well with any questions I had.
