Excellent service. The web order form reset to default options when it detected an error which resulted in me receiving a sunglasses frame color other than the one I wanted. Even though OpticsPlanet has a clearly-expressed no-return policy for prescription orders, but they happily took back my glasses, fitted the lenses into the frames I intended to order, and next-day-shipped them back to me at no extra cost.

Do not buy from this company. They accept no returns. They say 100% satisfaction but do not deliver. They sell 2nds.

I didn't realize that Opticsplanet carried quite a bit of shooting gear/packs/etc. but was happily surprised when they came up in a googleshopping search for items I was looking for.  
 
I've made a few orders from Opticsplanet with mixed results. Twice I ordered items that showed on the website as "in stock" only to be notified shortly after my order was placed that the item was out of stock, and given an estimate of when it would be back in stock.  
 
In one case I ended up cancelling the order due to the backorder dragging out, in the other the item shipped pretty much on schedule with the estimate given. Given the price on the item that ws backordered (Peltor 7S electronic hearing protection) I was happy to wait a few days to get the pricing on got on that item (very, very good compared to other reputable online vendors).  
 
Other items I have ordered (Burris FastfireII and a Leapers laser) shipped quickly and arrived in good shipping containers (marked with 'fragile scientific instraments' on the box). Both items were VERY well priced, and Opticsplanet has free shipping on orders over $29.95. A quick search around and you can find discounts codes as well to save a bit more.  
 
Opticsplanet also has an ebay store with prices that end up being the same as their store (if you into Bing cashback or ebay bucks using their ebay store is a good way to get your legit rebates and save even more money!)  
 
On the two time that I spoke to customer service they were very courteous, helpful, and friendly. I had no issues or grief when I cancelled the order I had placed that one time. AND Opticsplanet does not charge your CC until your item has shipped.  
 
I am sure I'll be shopping Opticsplanet again.

This most recent order is one of three orders placed by me over the past 9 months. the first two orders we "out of stock" although not noted on the site. i waited 3 months before finally cancelling both orders (seperate orders on seperate days) this last time i purchased another product which was a left handed holster. now, i know left handed products arent a hot seller however, i got an email the next day saying that due to the emmence popularity of the product they were out of stock but they predicted to get some more in within 10 days...no thanks, im not waiting another 3 months...three strikes.

This was a great shopping experience with OpticsPlanet.com. Ordering online was easy, shipping and handling were free, the well packaged item arrived in a very short time.

When I placed my order, I thought I was ordering multiple lenses for the Wiley X PT-3 glasses. Once my order arrived, I went back and checked the website and only then could I see that I had ordered only the light rust lens. I am very pleased with the product. However, my order was backordered and delayed for about a week. Also, please make it more clear on your website that only one lens is included. For example, the picture shows all three lenses. Also, the way the pricing is displayed is a bit confusing. Thanks for your time.

The merchandise was shipped very quickly after it came into stock. There was a problem with my first attempt because the scope I ordered was discontinued. Opticsplanet made the problem up to me with a discount on my next order and it went without a hitch. GREAT SERVICE AND PEOPLE.

This was my 1st purchase from OpticsPlanet.com. The site was easy to use and well organized. The items are priced well and shipping was fast. I would order from them again.

Ordered on Wednesday through tactical-store.com, apparently an affiliated business, got the package on Friday. Very competitive prices and fast, fast shipping! Didn't get an e-mail confirmation, but was easily able to track the order through their web site. Would definitely order from again.

4. The scope arived quickly, well packed, with original shrink wrap and in perfect condition.

service was very slow. Communication was great, they will talk to you and are helpfull. In the end i did not recieve the right item, but there is no way im going to wait for them to get it right. It took them a month to get my full order to me and then one of the items was a different brand. Please do not waste your time with this company, take your money somewhere else.

Good experience overall. I received an email that one of the three items ordered was on backorder so the entire order would be delayed. I called and ask to remove the one item and ship the rest of the order. They did so and items arrived promplty and without errors. Would buy from them again but I would call first to check if the item is in stock. It is frustrating to see an item listed for sale but nothing indicating that it's not in stock.
