Happy with the product, VERY UNHAPPY with customer service...I ordered thes earpieces to have for Deer season on 11-14, they came and were missing the inner red plug on one of rhe earpieces.I guess this must be my fault because after calling your customer service he sent me to surefire direct for the piece, which i still havent got...so much for deer season...i have tinnitus and needed these, thats why i ordered them.....Herb

I'll never order from Optics Planet again. Ridiculous - Priority Mail costs $28.50 for a 1 pound package. I'll never order from Optics Planet again. I can get the great Sonic Defender ear protection anywhere.

The order was handled politely and shipped promptly. Can't ask for anything better then that.  
The product (B-square Classic Mil. Mount) required fitting and doesn't really line up with the barrel as close as I would like. But it didn't require drilling or modifying of the action. Haven't had a chance to go to the range so that is something I look forward to. I'll check you first for future needs.

I have used OpticsPlanet.com more than once recently and found each experience to be "shopping done right”. Most recently I purchased a - Vortex Viper 6.5-20x50 PA Matte Riflescope - for my rifle. (I haven’t had to use customer service because they’ve delivered every time exactly as promised but I bet it’s as good as the rest of the store!)

Your Packing slip does not call anything on it an invoice number - above is the order# and the Reference number is 776399.  
The item shipped to me without the Tripod adaptor#AB11052, so I called and Tom had me call Barska at my expense to request the missing part. I still have not recieved it and worse yet is the Binoculars are not true zoom 12-60 as advertised. They do not stay in focus when you zoom and I would like to know how to return these for some other binoculars that work, even if they are more exspensive.Please advise.
