I ordered some flowers from this company for my girlfriend on Valentine's Day. I ordered 4 dozen roses, and recieved only 3 dozen. The flowers that she did recieve were of very poor quality; many were crushed badly and/or only partially developed, while some were even browning. I will never deal with this company again.

I use ProFlowers *a lot* the last couple of weeks, they are great, great email notification, customer service (I've contacted them via emails and phone, no problem, very polite and useful people). They sell over Amazon now which is even better!  
 
They ship flowers directly from the fields, which means they are always VERY fresh, they last a long time. Each order comes with free glass vase. Their packaging is very nice too.  
 
They send you complimentary discount coupons if you use them a lot.

Refused to call and update High School address... Product is going to school across town. Asked to speak to supervisor and was told I could not and that she was on AOL instant message with the supervisor? Sounds like a weird way to run a business... But the I was hung up on by the customer service clerk... and my order was still going to the wrong school... Same City, State, Zip - just needed a new street address... 1800Flowers made a smililar adjustment the same night to my children - No issue... Why do service providers limit service during their busy times? When you actually need the services...

I ordered flowers from ProFlowers' FloristExpress.net website for same-day delivery. The order was delivered on time but was the wrong order.  
 
I've sent two emails to their customer service group but have received NO reply whatsoever. They offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee and I've requested that they either deliver the correct flowers or refund my money.  
 
I'm not at all impressed that they have not replied at all to either email. At this point I'm going to have to contact my credit card company and refuse the charge.

ProFlowers contacted me TWO days after my initial email and have refunded my fees. Although I wish their response was more timely, I'm pleased with the level of service I received once contact was made.

I have used ProFlowers in the past a few times, never had any trouble until now. I ordered flowers to be delivered on 09/02/04, well the flowers never arrived on that date. After a few phone calls and emails I finally got a full refund and have the flowers delivered on 09/03/04. It's 8:00pm on 09/03/04 now, and still no flowers. I'm not very happy with the customers service at ProFlowers because there has been no real effort from their side to keep the client satisfied. And that's bad, a way to loose business.

Very please with my order. Send 2 dozen long stemmed red roses which came with a free vase. $70 for flowers, but still cheaper than anyone else on the web. They arrive overnight for AM delivery. A+

I purchase flowers from ProFlowers frequently. The ordering process is easy, the flowers always arrive on time and well packaged, their prices are resonable (actually extremely low compared to some other places), and the flowers last. I would like to describe how they handle problems but frankly, I have not had any.  
 
Like I said, I order from them all the time. Occasionaly I look elsewhere but I have always ended up buying from Proflowers. The wife has never been dissapointed. :-)

I was offered a $100 AWARd for completing customer satisfaction survey - how do i do so?

I went with proflowers over 1800flowers.com because of a recommendation from a friend. I made a change to my order the day before it was supposed to be shipped and because of a glitch in the system it was never shipped. I called them up and didn't have to wait at all to get a helpful representative. She felt terrible that my order had not been delivered on time and put in the order for overnight shipping for the next morning and gave me 10% of my order. Thankfully this was not an order that exact delivery, but I am confident that ProFlowers will not make this mistake again. I will definitely order from them again.
