DO NOT USE PROFLOWERS. I ordered flowers to be delivered one day before but they were not delivered. I got a call from Florist Express at 7pm the day they were supposed to deliver that they did not have the flowers (but of course it was too late). BUT... when you slect the next day delivery on PROFLOWERS.COM, they actually take you to a different flower selection that they GUARANTEE is available. SO... what can I say, PROFLOWERS.COM and FLORIST EXPRESS sucks and I am in the dog house. I called and talked to a supervisor named BURT and he tried to make light of the situation as if it happened quite regularly. He offered to deliver today (3 days later) and I just asked for my money back. They did not even offer any compensation for their incompetence. DO NOT MAKE MY MISTAKE. Choose another florist. I certainly will from now on. Remeber, DO NOT CHOOSE PROFLOWERRS.com OR Florist Express.

Ordered two bouquets for a very special day - one arrived and the other didn't. Apparently, the orders to the same address were shipped via different carriers - FedEx arrived, and UPS was rescheduled due to weather... whatever. It's possibly not the store's fault, and they apologized and agreed to issue a complete refund and everything... but the purpose is ruined. This review was modified by its author, serge_98, on

Ordered Valentines special and had delivery date for 2/12 as it was cheaper shipping. On 2/12 they sent me an email stating they would ship on 2/13/ and that was fine. Never received the flowers and today is 2/19. They gave me a ups tracking # on 2/14 but that told me nothing. Called today and they offered a full refund an a credit for $40 on next purchase but never told me why it was never delivered. Last year didn't get my wife anything for V-day and this year I try and get screwed and my wife is even wondering if I even ordered flowers. In the craphouse again.

Flowers came in a UPS box, some were ruined, the rest died in 24 hours ( the 7 day fresh guarantee is the biggest BS), the box of chocolates was 5 times smaller then advertised. The card was a printed paper. The whole thing compeltely sucked and was the biggest waist of money!!!!!!!! Do not shop with them!!! You will waist your money.

These flowers arrived on Feb 13 - they may as well have arrived in a little coffin, because upon opening the box - that's where they looked like they belong! After feeling embarrassed opening this box of wilted flowers in front of coworkers, I went ahead and read the instructions "flowers are thirsty.. 8-12 hours of water + plant food.." So I tried it out, hoping they'd perk up by Valentines Day (today) and they still look very sad. I let my husband know, he blames sirius radio. Stay away!

I was late for Valentines Day, so this is all somewhat my fault.
As with many internet deals this was easy at first, then came the added fees, many of them. Ended up with a $78 dozen roses, and they wont even be "built". When my wife got wind of the final price she flipped out, and demanded I cancel the order (this was just 15 minutes after ordering) called Customer Service, very nice but USELESS, couldn't cancel an order just placed. (SO you cannot change an order either!) Skip them and get your flowers from a human, any human, even Safeway would have been better.

Guys, do yourself a favor and order from a local florist for your ladies. I got these roses from my husband and first of all , they come in a box wrapped tightly in plastic, now I am at my office and have to take the packaging all apart, one flower was broken, they all looked dry and then I had to arrange them myself. I would have rather had an arragement made at the local grocery store. Maybe these will last longer, I will see, but I got cut by thorms trying to arrange them and they come as buds, not the full open flowers that you see online. So the effect you want your lady to have when she gets them is not surprised, it is actually confused, flowers in a box??? And the note in the box is on plain paper and typed, not even a hand written note, the whole set up is very impersonal. And this all cost about $100, you could get so much more from a local florist. Do not use this company.

There was a problem with my order being late and they went ten times the extra mile to compensate me and make everyone happy with some of the most beautiful flowers my wife, sister and mother in law ever received. They also refunded all charges to my credit card. That was the only time I had a problem out of numerous orders with them. I thought that kind of customer service was gone forever but I was wrong. Kudos’ Proflowers, You have set the mark for excellent customer service that all online merchants should strive to.

Will never order from proflowers again due to their "easy saver" scam. What a horrible way to treat their customers, by allowing another company to charge their credit card. Says I agreed to it in "terms" I thought I was signigng up for a free trial and proflowers coupon. Never received any confirmation that my card would be charged or did I re-enter my card number for another company. Very tricky & under-handed, hoping your customers don't notice, well you've lost one.

Flowers came fine, vase was broken so they sent a new one...a couple weeks later.
Occasional "specials" arrived by email, I unsubscribed.
Lo and behold, they shared my email address with another gift site, Cherry Moon. I'm getting spam from them too...read their privacy policy etc carefully

Ordered Autumn Sunburst Bouquet (w/o vase) for $20 arriving the next day. Excellent price. Excellent condition. My wife loved it. The packaging was superior to what I expected. They definitely are investing in the protection of their flowers. The flowers were not yet opened and we enjoyed them over the next week or so. The kids loved watching each one open. This is my first experience with them and so far it is positive.

They are the worst....
Ordered Roses $29.95 for same day delivery, (web Special) at check out they added a $15 uplift...seems high but OK I needed them.
They did not ship them that day, they did not ship them the next day... I had to email them 7 times and call 3 times, they double charged my card and finally after 3 days.. No flowers but I still ended up with $1.30 on my card somehow...
They bounce you around to so many stores and service lines that you get lost, half of the contact us address's do not work.
I would say stay away.
