I sent Valentine's Day flowers to a lady friend and she received them on February 12th but complained that some of the stems on the roses were broken.
I notified Pro Flowers and they said that they would duplicate the order and ship it by FEDEX next day at no cost to me which they did. The flowers arrived on February 13th and were in excellent condition. That's what I call customer service.
I am extremely satisfied and would certainly order from them again. All is good.

If you have ever bought flowers from Proflowers and clicked to receive a $15 coupon off your next purchase, check your bank account/credit card to make sure you are not receiving a monthly charge of $14.95 or $1.95. EZSVER receives all your information from Proflowers and if you click to receive that coupon the monthly charges begin.
I did not sign up for a membership with EZSVER, nor did I give them my credit card information.
You can receive your money back, (they told me it would take 7 – 10 business days to receive it back). You have to call the number of the company, which is listed right next the name of the company on your account statement (800-355-1837), and demand the full amount to be refunded. At first they will cancel your membership and say they can only refund you 2 months, which is a lie to get you to go away. Then they told me 6 months, so I asked to speak to their manager and the manager said they would give me the full amount back. Do not accept 2 months for an answer. My money is supposed to be refunded in 7 - 10 days and if it is not there they will be receiving another phone call from me and I will continue to do so till I get my money
I recieved 18"WILTED Red Roses" today at work for Valentines Day from my husband. This was the first time he had bought me flowers in 10 years so I was extremely excited to get them, However I was so very disappointed and Totally Embarrassed when I opened the BOX to find very ugly wilted roses that were already dead! I had to call to thank my husband and of course I didn't have the heart to tell him the truth about the flowers. However I did call Proflowers and told them that the roses arrived wilted and dead! They apologized and offered to send me new ones. According to just about every review on here the second batch is worse than the first.......we'll see. I'll let you know.
Do not use this company. They are affiliated with marketing companies that will deceive you into believing you can get a 15 dollar rebate on shipping cost. That "rebate" will immediately turn into a 15 dollar "membership" due that will be debited your account on a monthly basis until you contest it.
ProFlowers' representative was aware of this situation - which leaves you wondering why anybody would use a service that promotes itself by deceptive means.

I purchased flowers from www.proflowers.com on December 22nd. I chose overnight delivery. The flowers were due to arrive on December 23rd. They were finally delivered - December 27th. They were delivered at the right house, but the delivery person (FedEx) did not put them in a spot where they could not be found. This person walked through the deep snow where it was obvious that no one had walked before and placed the flowers - in the snow, and left them there. It took over 5 days for these flowers to arrive using "overnight delivery, Guaranteed." I called Proflowers and was promised a refund. I waited a week or so. No refund. A week later, no refund. Here it is, January 30th, 2009 and still NO refund. Do NOT do business with these shady characters.
Terrible. Flowers did not show up on the day I requested. When I called, 2 days later, I was told they hadn't even shipped yet. Refund received, and free voucher given. When the voucher was redeemed, flowers came wilted and only lasted 2 days.
This online vendor submitted an unauthorized credit card transaction for "Easy Saver" which is a subscription to a dubious coupon service for a monthly $14.95 charge. This was only discovered after reviewing my credit card bill. They also have misleading offers for free shipping which then enter you into another agreement with another subscription service. Very deceptive web site. I will never order from them again and would advise anyone looking for florist service to stick with a local vendor you can deal with in person.
I ordered two dozen roses from ProFlowers for my wife on Valentines day. I bought them because Glen Beck talked about how fresh they would be on his radio show. He must have gotten different service than I did because almost 1/3 of mine had wilt and brown spots on them when they arrived. It was a very embarrassing Valentines day gift. I sent them an email stating how unimpressed I was and that I wanted a refund. They sent me an apology email that offered me a replacement for free. I ordered another set, and those came wilted worse than the first ones did. They were all dead within 2 days. I would never buy from them again.
DO NOT RECOMMEND PROFLOWERS.COM - BEWARE OF THEIR MISLEADING WEBSITE:
- says shipping is free, but there's a catch as you have to go through a third party website and sign up for membership on this site with a monthly fee!!!!
- they did not arrange the flowers as they are depicted in the pictures on the site, was soo embaressing for my recipient to recieve a gift that she had to peel out of packaging and then construct/arange the flowers herself to make them look nice! What kind of a gift is that?!
- extra charges on the regular shipping charges were included (Saturday Shipping) which was not originally disclosed (tricky tricky....)
- they did not include the card with the personalized message in the delivery - how was my recipient supposed to know who sent the flowers?!
- customer service is a joke - when I complained, all I got was an appology for all my trouble! That is NOT customer service; I expect full reimbursement for their fraudulant and misleading services!!!
Do not buy from Proflowers.com
After purchasing flowers from Proflowers.com for Mothers Day, I was offered a coupon for $15.00 on my next purchase. After entering my email and zip code they sent me a code for the coupon. So far so good. Until I received my July credit card statement. The coupon was a scam to get me to unknowingly sign up with EasySaver Rewards. Proflowers.com gave EasySaver my credit card information without permission and EasySaver began charging my account $14.95 per month for a $15.00 coupon. What a deal.
I have contacted Proflowers.com and they have said they will take care of it, but they continue to defraud their customers with this program. Dishonest companies should be run out of business. Stay away from proflowers and tell your firends to stay away as well.
This is unfortunate since they delivered on time and provided a good service in all other respects.
Terrible service. I would not use them ever again. Mother's Day flowers and candy were left on the front porch in the Florida heat - very disappointed.
These flowers arrived in a box, which is fine, but its doesnt quite have the same effect as being handed a pre-made flower arrangement.
However, this is by far the least disturbing thing about my purchase. The flowers arrived on the stated day, but some had already wilted. The following day all the flowers are wilting, and my girlfriend said they stink also.
This is just unacceptable for a 50$ purchase! I suggest calling a local florist and spending an extra 20-30$!
This company is horrible and I will never purchase from them again. They should be ashamed to do this kind of business.
Not happy...1) only 22 flowers out of 2 dozen arrived, 2) flowers arrived hot and not looking very nice from being in the delivery truck for 9 hours, and 3) I was charged $22.98 for a vase that was listed as $12.99 on the website. To their credit, they did send out some more flowers but I still wouldn't order from them again.
PLEASE BE AWARE OF THE PROFLOWERS SCAM AND DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. WHEN YOU ORDER ONLINE THEY SHARE YOUR CC INFORMATION WITH A THIRD PARTY COMPANY THAT CHARGES YOU MONTHLY 14.95.
CALL THEM AND REMOVE YOUR CC INFORMATION.
CANNOT UNDERSTAND WHY SUCH A BUSINESS NEEDS TO SCAM PEOPLE. READ ABOUT THE EASY SAVER SCAM AND CHECK YOUR CREDIT CARD STATEMENTS
I ordered a few times from ProFlowers and was please with their prices and flowers. However, in my last order, the flowers got to my girlfriend dry and the rubber bands and packaging left substantial creases in the flowers.
Furthermore, I found that a charge of $14.95 from an affiliate company has been on charged every month since my first purchase there. I never authorized these charges nor authorized ProFlowers to share my info with anyone. I do not recommend ProFlowers. They are shady, take your money elsewhere.
