This is a unsafe site.
Proflowers provided my credit card number to a merchandising outfit called EASYSAVER which has been charging me $14.95 per month for their program.
I never approved such a thing nor received any email notification that I was enrolled.
I will not do business with ProFlowers ever again.

This order was for my wife's birthday. I wanted something florist arranged instead of the usual ProFlower sent overnight bouquet that you have to arrange and set up yourself. So this time I chose something from their Florist Express offerings that are delivered by the florist.
I chose a nice arrangement that was shown in a yellow vase with a yellow ribbon, soft pink roses, creamy white roses and yellow lillys. What was delivered was a couple of hot pink roses, no white roses, a couple of lillys and mostly purple asters and something else I can't identify. The vase was a standard clear glass vase. The arrangement looked nothing like what I ordered.
I emailed customer service that night. I can say they did contact me within a few hours. They were apologetic and said a new arrangement would be delivered "today". Well "today" came and went, no flower delivery, no email, no phone call. That night, I replied to their email and asked that they just issue a refund. In a few hours I got a reply that they issued a refund.
Unfortunately, I would have much prefered a good delivery the first time. I have had problems in the past with ProFlowers sending old wilted flowers overnight before but in general, they had been pretty good. I was pretty confident their florist delivered items would be fine. I was wrong.

I used pro flowers several times over the years and was
completely satisfied until the one order in which they, without permission shared my CC info with a third party"easy saver" this caused unauthorized charges on my account and Semi-pro flowers had the gall to insist it was my fault that
they had shared my cc info with this easy saver company .
done and done I hope they go out of business soon for using this scam. ,

I ordered an expensive bouquet of flowers to be delivered to my sister's address in Maui, Hawaii. This was one of the few florist websites that allowed me to place an order to her zip code. After informing me that a Saturday order could be delivered, I placed the order and my credit card was charged. The day of intended delivery, I received a voice mail message that her location was "too remote" to make the delivery. Her 30th birthday bouquet never arrived, and when I called to respond, they took a message and ensured me the call would be returned. Instead, I received a form e-mail. Although their website allowed me to place the order, charged me the price of the flowers as well as a 14 dollar "Hawaii delivery fee," and sent a confirmation of the order, the flowers never arrived. Their customer service was cold and rude, and this was the second time someone in my family has run into this problem with ProFlowers. Please don't patronize ProFlowers.com or their subsidiary, FloristExpress.net. They will ruin your order and your sister's 30th birthday.

Worst experience ever! I normally order flowers late for Mother's Day and end up spending a ton to get them delivered on time. This year I remembered to order flowers more than a week and an half early. And shipping still cost me a fortune and the flowers weren't delivered until Monday..the day AFTER Mother's Day. Even worse they started charging my credit card additional charges for a Super Saver fee. After you place an order you receive a messages saying would you like to save $15 on your next order. There wasn't a disclaimer stating they were going to charge your account for it! TERRIBLE I will never use this site again and I will be telling everyone not to use them.

I would rate Proflowers -5 on a scale 1 to 10. I was charged 3 delivery charges on a $49.99 order. These charges were not revealed until I received an email statement. I will NEVER order from them again -
Mother's Day Weekend Delivery $9.99
Saturday Delivery $9.99
Standard Express Delivery $14.99

I ordered "Assorted Tulips for Mom". It is 20 tulips with different bright colors as shown in the picture on the website. But my mom received half tulips and half iris. The tulips are just plain white and light purple - not colorful at all.
And on top of that, like everyone else, I got 2 extra charges on my credit card. I still have to complain to them to cancel and try to get a refund. They said I wouldn't be charged if I cancel within 1 month, but I got charged immediately for the 2 stupid clubs! I probably have to file a BBB complaint and change my credit card number.

I ordered "fresh" roses to be deliveres to MOM for Mother's Day. Be aware:
#1. If I had wanted them delivered in a box (via UPS with the vase seperate for Mom to "arrange herself" at her job and "just add water"), I would have purchaed elsewhere and brought them to her myself.
#2. Since when did UPS or FedEx start using "refrigerated" trucks to deliver "fresh" flowers??......They don't. If I had known they would have been in a box in the back of a HOT truck in Houston, TX, I wouldn't have given them my money.
#3. You are required to give all credit card/billing information before getting the total amount due. After selecting the rose "special" (advertised from internet to radio to TV) for $19.99, upon "checkout", this company still charges the "regular" price of $29.99 no matter what. NICE flagrant bait and switch!!!
Next time I'll be sure to stick with my local florist for all my future floral needs. For the amount of $$$ we pay for fresh-cut flowers, taking the time to make a phone call to your local florist will result in a more personal, FRESH, flower delivery for my Mom, wife, girlfriend, etc.
Thanks but NO THANKS to a "get-rich" on-line flower supplier.

My husband and I placed separate orders in February. Soon after, we started seeing charges for $14.95 for Easy Saver on our bank statements. After doing some searching, it turns out that this is an affiliate of Proflowers and somehow during the checkout process you "consent" to this service and start being billed monthly. Check online- many people are complaining about being tricked into paying for Easy Saver after using Proflowers. I will not be using this company again.

Here is my recent feedback I gave to ProFlowers with a request for a refund.
I am writing to give feedback on the order I have referenced. This is actually the second time I have ordered roses for for my wife that I have been disappointed. The first time was for Valentine's Day 2008, and now for Valentine's Day 2009. I have had success with my other orders, but it seems that the roses just aren't working out. My wife received this order of roses on 2/13/09. She followed the care instructions that were provided with the roses to the letter, but they still turned out to be a big disappointment. Only two days after the delivery the yellow roses in this arrangement were looking half dead and by 2/17/09 they were completely dead looking. Other colors were also starting to fade significantly by 2/17/09 and by 2/18/09 approximately half of the roses were either completely dead or half way there. In keeping with your policy where your arrangements are guaranteed for 7 days, I am requesting a refund on this order. I will still consider ProFlowers for future flower orders, but I just don't think I'll consider roses in the future. Thank you.

This is has been the worst experience of my life and it is all because of the inept and inefficient service you provide that has messed up the whole day for me and my wife. I ordered express delivery to get to my wife for feb 13th just so that I will avoid the feb 14th rush.it never got there and just imagine that this is our first valentine's day.whole day your customer service keep telling me that this is in process.AT the end of the day Ms Patt told me that it cannot be delivered today and she will upgrade and send and apology note . NOw today i.e 14th of feb at 5pm you guys told me that it was never even ordered to the florist and that they have no order to deliver as none was placed. Now If you can please tell me who is responsible and how can you compensate it. Is just a refund enough? would you take it? if will not get the response i will leave as many negative responses as I can on all the review websites about your service.

For Valentine's Day, I ordered two dozen assorted long-stem roses to be delivered to my fiancee. The price was reasonable, but the shipping ended up doubling the cost of my order because of all the extra charges (guaranteed Friday delivery, guaranteed morning delivery, day before Valentine's day). The description on the ProFlowers website specifically said that the colors of the roses range "from deep red to blush pink to delicate salmon tones and bright yellow." The picture of the bouquet also showed red roses. When my fiancee received the roses, however, there were NO red roses in the bouquet. That was particularly disappointing considering that it was Valentine's Day! I'm sure they left the red roses out on purpose because they are in such high demand. I contacted customer service, but they just responded to say that they do not guarantee the color of the roses in their assorted bouquets. To say the least, I will NOT be ordering from ProFlowers again.

Scam Warning with Proflowers and EZSVER RW:
If you have ever bought flowers from Proflowers and clicked to receive a $15 coupon off your next purchase, check your bank account/credit card to make sure you are not receiving a monthly charge of $14.95 or $1.95. EZSVER receives all your information from Proflowers and if you click to receive that coupon the monthly charges begin.
I did not sign up for a membership with EZSVER, nor did I give them my credit card information.
You can receive your money back, (they told me it would take 7 – 10 business days to receive it back). You have to call the number of the company, which is listed right next the name of the company on your account statement (800-355-1837), and demand the full amount to be refunded. At first they will cancel your membership and say they can only refund you 2 months, which is a lie to get you to go away. Then they told me 6 months, so I asked to speak to their manager and the manager said they would give me the full amount back. Do not accept 2 months for an answer. My money is supposed to be refunded in 7 - 10 days and if it is not there they will be receiving another phone call from me and I will continue to do so till I get my money

I recieved 18"WILTED Red Roses" today at work for Valentines Day from my husband. This was the first time he had bought me flowers in 10 years so I was extremely excited to get them, However I was so very disappointed and Totally Embarrassed when I opened the BOX to find very ugly wilted roses that were already dead! I had to call to thank my husband and of course I didn't have the heart to tell him the truth about the flowers. However I did call Proflowers and told them that the roses arrived wilted and dead! They apologized and offered to send me new ones. According to just about every review on here the second batch is worse than the first.......we'll see. I'll let you know.

Do not use this company. They are affiliated with marketing companies that will deceive you into believing you can get a 15 dollar rebate on shipping cost. That "rebate" will immediately turn into a 15 dollar "membership" due that will be debited your account on a monthly basis until you contest it.
ProFlowers' representative was aware of this situation - which leaves you wondering why anybody would use a service that promotes itself by deceptive means.
