The sales rep was very polite but it's same scam that's been going around. Switch and bait. Tried to get you to buy their over priced warranty and when you don't then they send you a confirmation e-mail stating that it's on back order. You go check on their website and it says that it's in stock. What a load of crap.

Ordered a TV online. Received an e-mail confirmation quickly. after waiting over a week for delivery I went online to check status. It still just said pending. When I called to check on it they started trying to sell me a warranty. When I declined they said it would be another 1-2 weeks. When I asked why it would take so long they said it was not in stock. First time they ever mentioned it and the site said it was in stock. These people are crooks and only want to sell high priced warranties.

To avoid. Check BBB first! I ordered a canon Xsi digital SLR camera on line because they had the lowest cost. I then got an email asking to call to "confirm" the order. I was directed to a rude and pushy sales man who tried to get me to buy a $1000 package instead. After I insisted I wanted the basic XSi kit, I was told the camera comes only with a cheap "plastic" lens, not the original 18-55mm Canon lens.  
This is shameless Bait and Switch. I wonder why they are still in business...

Ordered a TV. Price was very good. I called customer service to see when I could expect it. After this call I noticed they had added shipping insurance to my shipping total, even though the rep I spoke to never mentioned it. When I called to complain I was told that it was mandatory on all orders, and that the rep whom I spoke to was supposed to inform me of it. Very underhanded if you ask me. Then I called the next day (to cancel order) and was told item was on backorder anyway. So they went ahead and cancelled it anyway. I found the staff to be courteous, however I suspect that the company methods are dishonest. I am glad that I took the time to read the negative reviews from other consumers, saved me a lot of hassle in the long run.

For a 65" DLP the shipping charges were listed as $279 which is what was listed in the checkout.  
In their FAQ it states:  
"Shipping Cost  
You will find accurate shipping charges in your shopping cart."  
 
Yet the shipping charges were increased to $340. They say it is insurance which they require which is OK if that is listed in the checkout. But no - they added 5% =$61 to the Bill. When I asked they say that shipping insurance is not a shipping charge, but it is to me since it was added to the shipping costs and to the invoice without reasonable notice.  
 
Beware, they have good prices but will add 5% without telling you directly.  
 
I have ordered a second 50" plasma TV and in the notes I stated I would not pay more than on this invoice. Stand by for updates when the TV's arrive.

It's obvious that the good reviews are planted there by the company. They are all one or two sentences and read like a TV add.

They run an insurance scam. They show you an invoice without insurance and then they tack on an 8% insurance fee after the order is processed. What makes it worse is they hide the insurance under a larger shipping cost. My shipping started at $19 then popped up to $39. When I checked the invoice a day later.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!! TRUE CROOKS!  
This company practice a classical "switch and bait" method! I tried ordering a TV (Sharp 46" LCD TV)which they offered very cheap. But I was FORCED me to buy the handling of $100.00 on top of the $300 shipping! And they stated that it does not have a remote control, stand, or manual and I only have 90 days warranty and of course they would sell me extended warranty for an additional $300.00. Yet they say the unit was brand new. I called the manufacturer and they stated that what the seller said was UNTRUE. All Sharp TV comes with 1 year warranty with in-house repair. When I confronted them about their business practice, they told me: You think we would sell you a TV that retails for $1,800.00 for $1,200.00 (to which they advertised online)? I immediately cancelled the order and had to inform my credit card company that these "crook" might use my information illegally. Bottomline, DO NOT DO BUSINESS with these guys. THEY ARE TRUE CROOKS. I've already filed a formal report about this company to Internet Crime Complaint Center (www.ic3.gov).

I wish I had checked the BBB before ordering from this company. They should be closed down.It is places like this that give "online" companys such a bad name.I called to order my plasma TV and the price was $280.00 higher than the price they had posted. They explained they had a price increase and not had a chance to correct the site.They offered me the step-up model for the same price, this should have been a TIP OFF but I placed the order. I ordered it with "White Glove Delivery" for an additional $159.00. I am a senior and needed inside delivery and not left on the sidewalk. I also ordered a Panasonic home theater system and a wall bracket for the plasma.  
My delivery was promised by 1:00 P.M., you had to pick a 4 hour window. At 7:10 P.M. the driver called a said he would be at my home shortly. I told him to cancel it as I had been waiting since 1:00 P.M. for my special $159.00 extra delivery. Within 10 minutes the office called and said please accept delivery and they would get me a credit for the $159.00. I did accept it but was never able to get my $159.00 back. This is only the begining with a person named Henry at this company. The home theater system they shipped me was a model that had a retail price of $200.00 less than the model I ordered and the wall mount was the wrong type for the plasma. After 6 seperate calls to Henry over a 35 day period he told me that was the home theater model I ordered and the fact that it was $200.00 less did not make any difference. Why anyone would pay more than the retail price for this he had no explanation. I paid $475.00 for a model that retailed for $369.00. To all of this add another $320.00 for delivery charges.I have reported this to the BBB and have asked American Express to drop them as a merchant.If I lived closer to Brooklyn, New York I would take them to small claims court. I hope anyone reading this will be sure to check reviews and BBB before buying anything from anyone online.Thank you for taking the time to read this.

I will NEVER shop at this store again. This store has done EVERYTHING they can from making purshasing misable. First red flag was the 112 dollars extra for a manditory shipping insurance that was NOT mentioned prior to the call back. I also bought the extended warrenty which is a JOKE, this NOT a in home service which means If anything occurs I will have to take it in to a service center, and with no way to dismount a 52 inch tv myself nor bring it in to the serice center this was a useless purchase. I also noticed the price dropped 30 dollars the next day after ordering, it but ShopDigialOneline was not willing to price match their own price. With everything said and done it would have been better to buy this from another company and only pay a FEW dollars more (10 - 30) more for the same product with no headaches....

This site needs to be shut down immediately! Why? They low-ball customers. Once I placed an order (shame on me) and they contacted me to sell a bunch of add-ons in the name of accessories, extended warranties and etc., the final price is much higher than the original. The worst of all, they charged my card right away. Now I have to call my credit card company to have this charge removed.
