i have ordered from them in the past and they seemed pretty complete with a great website and lots of products for my goped. decent prices and even better sale\clearance prices. i ordered my front brakes for my goped sport on sep 5 and they arrived today on the 7th. the tracking number they gave me was kinda more like delivery confirmation than tracking. A-

purchased 2 gopeds 750 and 750EX. started fine placed order then next day Neil an employee hanging up on me telling me he's part owner, and that my call is bogus. Seat arrived damaged on the EX they refused to pay shipping other seat never arrived at all still waiting. BAD STORE RIPOFF delayed delivery damaged product. Don't support that type of behavior

My initial enquiries re 2 Bigfoot Go-Peds were answered promptly and effeciently and this company emphasised their International Sales and "top notch" after sales. The goods were received quickly after despatch by airfreight courier but both items were damaged and the warranty paperwork that accompanied the goods had not been completed by Daves. It took several emails before getting an answer from Daves (they were able to respond by return before they got my order and money!) and they said if I returned the paperwork and faulty parts, they would send out replacements. I took the parts with me on my trip to Florida and gave them to a friend to mail from Michigan. Again, several unanswered emails, then eventually in May an email from Daves saying that they would honor their warranty and were despatching the parts. After 3 months, $1400+ and numerous emails still no replacement parts and they have not bothered replying to my last 2 emails
