I ordered a motherboard and was pleased with the price and time frame. Unfortunately it has broken so I am in the process of returning it, hopefully that will go smoothly. I'll update my review once this transaction is complete. So far, so good.
I ordered a power supply and a motherboard. Both were faulty and needed to be replaced. I received the power supply two weeks after the mother board even though it was ordered the same day. The power supply was bad and had to be replaced and after receiving a new power supply that worked; the motherboard would not work. The time was now exceeded on the motherboard warranty and Barebonekit.net would no longer honor the warranty. I paid almost $100.00 additional dollars to have my computer go through a System diagnostic twice only to find out the parts I received from Barebonekit.net were bad. I will not be ordering anything further from this company. I am very dissatisfied with the service I received. I have ordered computer software and hardware on line for many years. I went with Barebonekit.net because they had a large array of parts but apparently not service to match.

The ordering of the computer was easy and the choices are layed out in a very easy selectible way that tells you how your changes affect your price was able to get an AMD quad core for under $450.00
I will continue this review upon receiving my product. Lamar Morris, regarding your post, -What I want to know who is this "same company" doing business you quoted as Ascend?
It may affect my purchases in the future.

Received my order rather quickly,a HP Crossfire motherboard. Installed today, and working well. I will continue to review.

Ordered a motherboard. Received in specified time. It was defective. RMA issued immediately. Unit returned and replacement sent out next day. Up and running after a BIOS UPDATE. Great price and great service. I am bookmarking this site for sure.
The price was great but the customer support was argumentative and not customer oriented. Customer satisfaction takes a back seat to their profit margin.
Update: motherboard arrived, we had it installed, and everything seems to be working. So far, I am satisfied with my order and therefore with this company.
Found the part I was looking for with a Google search, and this store had the best price plus free shipping! This is my first order with them, but so far, so good!

I received my order a little earlier then expected! The packaging was good. And everything worked great out of the box as expected. I will continue to shop with AscendTech. I manage multiple servers and it's a great thing when everything arrives and works as intended.
The system board ordered was received in two days, worked great , E-mails & UPS tracking was received during that time. I recommend using for your PC needs. Excellent experience.
