BAD,BAD,BAD! They sold me a defective, used motherboard as an OEM. I spoke with the owner, Jim, who claimed every board was tested, and OEM did not mean new, but a mixture of new, used, and refurbished. The listing said nothing about the board being used. I was furnished a RMA, and had to pay $7.69 of my own money to send it back. When they received it I got an email claiming it was "good" and to send an additional $10 to have the bad board returned to me! (probably a bait and switch, they just don`t want to pay to ship a good board back to me) Or option 2, a refund with a 20% restocking fee minus shipping costs, which would have netted me about $4! TOTAL BS! I`ve bought 9 motherboards from them, and as a small business owner with 11 years of computer experience, I know a good board from a bad one! You`d have thought customer service would have accommodated me by sending a new board to keep a good customer, and to ensure future sales. All they have done is lose me as customer, and I have asked my friends not to purchase from them anymore. I`m currently disputing the sale with PayPal to recoup my original cost.
************** UPDATE **************
Apparently PayPal doesn`t care if the product purchased is defective, and has been returned to the seller. They only deal with, or care about shipping disputes. Therefore the claim was denied. I had to settle for the 20% restocking fee minus shipping. (I haven`t received it yet)My advice is NOT to use PayPal, but your credit card so you can file a chargeback instead. This company ONLY cares about the sale. If the product is good, you might be OK. If it`s defective, you`ll pay a hefty toll! Check out the BBB website for their wonderful "F" rating!
