I found the website easy to use. The price were very good. I have already e-mailed them to inquire about my purchase and my e-mail was answered the same day.
It has been more than a week since I have ordered and my credit card was billed two days after my order.
Now I am waiting for them to finish "testing" my purchases so that they can ship it to me.
I will update after I have recieved my purchases.

Easy to find Had what I needed at good price. I will check first with them before I buy my next computer part. Seemed to have many good deals.

Ordered a replacement SCSI disk drive on January 20th. Was charged, got the receipt, never heard a peep from them. It's now Feb. 14th, a full month later, still no drive. I've called, I've emailed, no response at all. Better yet their site has no record of the sale in it's history search. Fortunately I Have the receipt, and a record of my emails to them regarding my questions on when they will ship the order.
Even if they do manage to ship the SCSI drive I would not recommend them.

The worst online purchase in my life, and I've made hundreds. I bought 2 computers from this company and had issues with both. Their tech support was unreachable for weeks then flat out defiant. One of the computers had missing parts, was configured incorrectly and had 2 defective parts. Their response was that's how they got it and they could not do anything about it. I'll never buy from this company again, ever.

I used my PayPal Debit Card.
This company:
1. questioned my shipping address - I provided verification from PayPal
2. Returned my Purchase money.
3. Claimed that my card was declined (It was Not - It was Paid immediately)
4. Canceled order
5. I found the same product $14 cheaper elsewhere!
I rate this Company 0 in all respect.
I will NEVER RECOMMEND ANYBODY purchase from this company.

I GOT THE MOTHERBOARD, CHIP AND MEMORY, BUT IT WON'T POST. HAVE NO IDEA WHAT IS WRONG AT THIS POINT. tHIS COMMENT WILL BE CONTINUED WHEN I GET THE PROBLEM REMEDIED.

My purchase came very fast in the mail, vai UPS, which is very reliable. I have not yet installed the hard drive but I don't doubt that the thing works. would buy again

This computer was ordered Dec 15, 2005. We had it for less than a week, during which we worked with your support department. It appeared to have a defective onboard video adapter, and a defective CDRW drive. It was RMA'd and signed for by SAK. We needed this system, and reasonably expected it in 2005. We can now obtain an equivalent system locally, so a refund would be acceptable, and it is hereby requested. Please advise about the status of this order. Charles

I have not recieved my product yet but I have had a wonderful experiance so far. Today I spoke with an employee who answered all of my questions without annoyance or making me feel rushed. Alex seems like a great team member and I hope that my continued interaction with the company is as great as it has been so far.

I ordered a computer case and components seperately - just to be nice they assembled and configured all I bought into the new case - I didn't even ask! While this only saves me about 30 mins it is a BIG gesture towards customer service. I am very happy with the price I paid and the condition everything was recieved, shipping time was also acceptable.

I ordered a system from them and recieved no update on the status despite multiple attempts to contact them through their customer service email address and phone number. I would highly recommend not purchasing a system with this company.
