This computer was ordered Dec 15, 2005. We had it for less than a week, during which we worked with your support department. It appeared to have a defective onboard video adapter, and a defective CDRW drive. It was RMA'd and signed for by SAK. We needed this system, and reasonably expected it in 2005. We can now obtain an equivalent system locally, so a refund would be acceptable, and it is hereby requested. Please advise about the status of this order. Charles
I have not recieved my product yet but I have had a wonderful experiance so far. Today I spoke with an employee who answered all of my questions without annoyance or making me feel rushed. Alex seems like a great team member and I hope that my continued interaction with the company is as great as it has been so far.

I ordered a computer case and components seperately - just to be nice they assembled and configured all I bought into the new case - I didn't even ask! While this only saves me about 30 mins it is a BIG gesture towards customer service. I am very happy with the price I paid and the condition everything was recieved, shipping time was also acceptable.
I ordered a system from them and recieved no update on the status despite multiple attempts to contact them through their customer service email address and phone number. I would highly recommend not purchasing a system with this company.
Advertised on Pricewatch.com $9.99 shipping but wasn't available at check-out. Website made me log in 3 times before I could finalize checkout (didn't close browser).
They didn't ship my product for 8 business days. When I emailed them, they sent me a tracking number thinking that would suffice. I emailed them back and they said that they had 500 computers to build besides mine. Very poor customer service skills. I don't care how many people you have to build computers for, your success shouldn't hurt me. Get more people and stop making excuses.

CAUTION: ALL POSITIVE FEEDBACK ON THEIR SITE IS FALSE. Absolutely from start to finish the most UNPROFESSIONAL company. EROSION SLOW processing. DEFECTIVE PRODUCT. UNTRUTHFUL and UNREASONABLE. They know exactly how to take advantage of you. They should take lessons from Newegg, Mwave, etc. If you want to throw money and time away use them! To quote them: "Major brand and generic are one and the same." "Crayola" Crayons or K-mart Brand? Is it all the same? So, if you do order from them ask them to send the complementary lubricant and start practicing by grabbing your ankles!!!
