I ordered a lot of 10 PCI LAN cards from this seller. They are refurbs and claimed to be tested and working. All units appear to function perfectly. Shipping was prompt and seller was quite courteous. Price is reasonable for units of this condition/type. I would purchase again as needed.

I will do business with this seller anytime. Great communication and quick shipment made them a pleasure to do business with.

DO NOT buy from this merchant. I purchased a "in-stock" hard drive on 4/17/2006. On 4/18/06 I requested shippng status. No reply to first email.  
I requested a status again on 4/19/06. Finally on 4/21/06 I get a email that my order will ship in a day or two. I should have recieved it by 4/21/06. I will definately place this company on my do not use list.

I purchased a refurbished monitor and two CDRW Drives - lo9oking forward to installing them for my client. They don't need "new", but rather servicable components and rebuilt/refurbished ones are often as good as new. Hope fully delivery will be quick (I'm only one state away...)

The ordering process was very simple. The extra 30 day warranty for using the ratings site is a great plus as well. Looking forward to getting my purchase.

My computer motherboard crashed. It was time to upgrade anyway. A friend found this place online and suggested I try them. I could not beleive thier prices! I placed the order and did not expect it to be in for at least a week. It was here, ready to fire up, in 5 days. I installed my own hardware and began installing my own software, it is great. The only thing that I noticed is that the hard drive is rebuilt. This is not a problem since I purchased the 1-year warranty. As of right now, I am very satisfied with my computer.

low prices and on-line customization of the system

Do not do business with this company. I received my PC with a refurbished hard drive, that was fried. Have tried to contact them 4 times by phone (left vmail b/c they dont answer the tech support phone) and 4 emails. Still to this day have not gotten a response. Worst customer service I have ever experienced, wondering if I should contact BBB or start a fraud claim, I want a full refund.

THIS COMPANY TOOK CARE OF EVERY ISSUE PROFESSIONALLY AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM IN TO ANYONE THAT DOES BUSINESS WITH THEM.
