I bought one item from this store, a R4, and it arrived fast. It worked fine, still working, and I have even ordered a 2nd one. Well, the 2nd one was a completely different story, a pain in the neck. Read on.  
 
Well, the 2nd one arrived and, guess what, it is NOT equal to the one I received previously. It is not the same as the one pictured in ConsoleSource's website. It does not work with the firmware that is distributed by ConsoleSource!  
 
Bad surprise. After 2 hours trying to figure out what to do, I finally found a firmware that worked with it, but it is a firmware that I disliked initially, it does not allow me to make a specific folder for the games, where I can sort the games out, classify them. In this firmware, I need to place all .nds file in the same folder, necessarily, along with SYSTEM files, which is a horrible solution.  
 
Anyway, I got kind of mad at consolesource, because I buy the exactly same product twice but I receive different ones, but after more time spent, I found that the 2nd one is actually an upgrade, it works with moohshell2 and can play video very well.  
 
I strongly think that consolesource NEEDS to have clearly stated in their website which version of R4 they are selling, which version they are going to send to the customer. This is a MUST.

They sent everything promptly, everything works great. The only issue I've had with the product has been entirely mu fault (accidentally did DSi system update, renders flashcart useless). Everything's been great with the company. Will order again (probably)

Very good company. Every time I've placed an order I've received it promptly within days. I made a mistake on my last order and ordered to many of a product. After calling Console Source they fixed the problem and returned the extra money to my Visa account. A-1 store to deal with.

When I first decided to order a Mod Chip for my Wii, I was very concerned about how hard it would be to find the right one and to correctly install it. But thanks to Console Source it was very easy to pick the correct product and find guides to install it, and they even gave a free tri-wing screw driver to open the Wii.
