I've been dealing with Console Source for a couple of months now and I am very please with their service. Their site is well organized and easy to use and they offer really great products. On this last order placed, I did have some difficulty using a coupon code they had sent me via e-mail. This is, however, the first and only issue I've had with them. I rate them high in customer service, product and value.

Quick simple ordering process.  
Received my component with in three days, well packaged.

This is my first experience with ConsoleSource.com and actually my first order outside the US. The order process is very straightforward, easy and fast. The shipping time is not that terrible and ontime. The package got crushed on one side and luckily the content did not get damage, wish it had more cushion for the content. And wish they include instruction to tell what those items are. Will have an update when the item is installed and checked out.

Shipping was fast from Canada to Illinois. I would definitely order from Console Source in the future. They have a really nice selection of products at really good prices. Shipping is very reasonable.

Did a first time order of a CycloDS + 4GB microSD card. Shipped the same day and arrived in Calgary, Alberta in 4 business days. Would highly recommend consolesource.com and am quite willing to order from again.

I like the layout of ConsoleSource - it doesn't swamp my browsing/shopping with useless junk! The payment and shipping terms are decent and accommodating to me as a Canadian! I have recommended this site to a lot of my friends. I'll be back again!

I received the item in good condition but it didn't have any instructions. took a little while to get it to work properly. Quality of the r4-ds is good there are no complaints I would recommend consolesource.comfor all your home brew needs.
