I placed an order on a weekend, but realized I had ordered the wrong item for my DSi. I called their customer service first thing Monday morning trying to make a correction on the order. However, my calls were made throughout the day but no one picked up the phone. Finally in the afternoon with the n-th attempt, somone answered the phone. I told him the problem. He said it was too late and the order was shipped. About 1+ hour later, I received an email saying that a shipping labeled was printed. How interesting. I had no choice but wait for the item to arrive. After I received the item, I submitted a return ticket through their online RMA department. It has been more than a week, I still have not heard from them. According to their rules "you must request an RMA number by submitting a ticket to the RMA department before the product can be returned". That means, I cannot return this item. I have a lot of items on my shopping list, but I will never, ever shop with this site again. It's the most horrific online shopping experience I have ever had.
