everything was shipped just fine don't do next day air i did and it took 2 days

Excellent customer service and item arrived a day ahead of scheduled delivery date. This merchant is top-notch and I would recommend to all.

I'm not a big fan of the 3 names for one company thing where eWiz = SuperBiiz = newbiiz but I ordered a Seasonic X-650 and it was packed well, shipped on time, arrived in pristine condition so I guess I shouldn't complain.

Purchased from Ewiz instead of Amazon because of a savings of about $9.00 which included Bing cashback.Hard drive sent to me was bad out of the box. I had to pay $10.49 UPS return shipping out of my pocket(for a bad hard drive), which has now negated any savings. Hard drive was received by Ewiz 0n 1/15/2010 replacement drive sent out on 2/15/2010, a full month later which is unacceptable to me. The small savings are not worth the limited and restrictive return policy and 1 month to get a replacement? I will not be purchasing from this company again.  
 
I was mistaken about time for product to be sent back out to me. Ewizs' ship times in reply are correct but I stand by the original negative review for having to pay return shipping on a defective item.

Ordered Monday night, paid extra for expedited shipping, got the order Thursday. The only niggle - Comp-U-Plus website said "shipped" Tuesday, but the tracking number didn't appear until after the order arrived.

The shipping for the "ARCTIC COOLING Accelero Xtreme GTX Pro VGA Cooler" was exceptionally quick and nicely packaged. The Cooler kit kept my geforce GTX 260 video card cool at an amazing 34 degree. Overall, I'm satisfied with the kit.

I had shopped around for the lowest price on a Thermaltake Liquid Cooled case and the i7 920 CPU. I had checked my favorite vendors website (Tiger Direct) and they had them beat by almost 12%!!!! And also offered free shipping which saved me a bundle (almost $60 as this would have put me over the 100 pound free shipping at TD). So all in all I saved almost $100 by using ewiz.com. They had the LOWEST price on these two items on the net. After the products had shipped I noticed a difference in the weights from the UPS tracking page and decided to call to see if the correct case had been shipped. I was assured by the purchasing manager that the correct product had indeed been shipped. I am awaiting these items as UPS put them on a train as it's coming from CA to SC. I had expected a long shiping process (about 6-7 days). Overall this company goes above and beyond what some others do to complete the sale and make the customer happy. I was sent 4 emails concerning this order as they let me know what was happening with every step of the order which was greatly appreciated. I will definately be ordering from them again in the near future as my fellow gamers have seen what I ordered and have been asking me when its coming to come over and look at it. One has asked me to build him a rig with the same specs, of which I will be happy to order the parts from ewiz. :)
