Completely badass. Everything arrived on time, was cheaper than the competition and they actually had it in stock, whereas other places did not- and they had a cool bundle that I got instead since it was only a few dollars- I really maximized my value per dollar here.

Shipped quickly, nice product!

Order was for Windows 7. Order shipped promptly on 10/21 (day before launch) and delivered on 10/22 (launch day.) Price was excellent. Product was well packed for shipping. Price was very competitive.

SuperBiiz had one of the lowest prices (including shipping) and, more importantly, was one of the few vendors with the item in stock. I could track the order and it arrived well packed and fully functional. I am a very pleased customer and will return for future electronics purchases.

I ordered a CPU-MB combo deal for a nice $20 off market price vs. other stores with free shipping. The item arrived within 7 days and was packaged well. Both are currently working fine. No complaints with my order!

Prompt delivery, product arrived, looking as advertised.

I made 3 purchases purchases over the past 2 years and din't have a problem with EWiz: competitive prices and prompt shipping.  
In one occasion I requested an RMA to return an item. After a few days I called and they didn't seem to have a record of the request. The fellow I talked to asked to resubmit it and everything went smoothly. Money was credited back to my credit card within a few days.  
As long as they prices remain competitive, I'll shop from them.

I order 5 memory sticks the site claims to be SuperTalent DH series memory sticks. The first thing I noticed is that these sticks didn't look exactly like that of the ones on the SuperTalent website. So I decided to bench test them and all 5 of them gave me the same score of 17 MB/s which is no where near the 30 MB/s the SuperTalent site says they should be at. I was then informed by the support people that it was because of my computer and the test I ran. So I then ran the test on a different memory stick which scored 27 MB/s which exactly what it has been reported to run at. So long story short I was totally disappointed with the product since I was mislead into thinking it was something it was not.

I recently discovered this company through a google search for a product. I had spoken with Anthony in sales and I was looking for an item that was on back order with other companies. He was easy to deal with, very friendly and always responded to all my emails, phone calls and questions very promptly. His customer service and help in getting a discount was greatly appreciated. He made sure I got my new video card as soon as they were in inventory. His help alone was enough incentive to be a returning customer in the future.

Horrible customer service. Pray that you never need them. It's almost been a month since I placed my order and I have not received my item. I messed up and forgot the apartment number, so ups shipped it bach to california, from texas. So they re-shipped it after I convinced ups to make the return trip free, their guys would not do that. The package never should have been returned. Well upon shipping it back to Texas, the genius customer service rep puts the same label missing the apt. number on the box. So again its shipped back to california. At this point I'm ready to explode. Thet cannot ship it back until they receive it on the 16th, meaning i will not get it until past the 30 day mark from when the order was placed.

Great products, fast service, terrific prices!

Do not order from them. There are plenty of resellers who are more trustworthy. Their return policy is terrible and unscrupulous. They will not comply with their return policy and seem to do whatever they can to avoid refunds.

The website was easy to navigate. And my items arrived in a very timely fashion.
