I went to Pricewatch in search of dvd-rw that is ide connected. Picked a dvd-rw from Asus for $25.77 including freight and then clicked to go to eWiz to make the purchase.  
They shipped dvd-roms instead at the same price, you can go look now and see they still list the "rw" at this price.  
They came in 10 days later and were boxed. I opened the boxes and saw they were Asus and not that they were dvd-rom's as I had no reason to suspect the change which I now believe was intended.  
Less than 30 days from receipt I call to get them to ship the correct drives as I opened them to use one and discovered the change today and they refuse a return as it is beyond 30 days from the order date.  
I went through a supervisor and he said the same thing and apparently no one has the authority to waive the time even though it is less than 30 days from receipt of the order.  
It is obvious these people are NG and they intended to do this and I fail to believe that no one in the building can allow a return but the last supervisor told me he was it for anyone with authority there and that no owner would change their policy even if I found one.  
I build for a living and am an Admin on a tech support forum and could not believe my ears but you all need to pass on these people they are not honorable and do not care who they offend as I have bought a fair amount there in the past which all these "customer service" people knew!  
 
 
On my third try, I finally managed to find a customer service person who would listen and they are sending a call tag and planning to issue a refund as well as a $10 credit to spend.

received the P4 3.8 ghz 670 processor within 3 days and installed it in my old dell Dimension 8400 and its working perfectly. I upgraded from a P4 3.0 ghz 530 and EWIZ had the best price on the net and I am really pleased with the purchase.

They sell you junk net books which wont even start and when you try to return they say its non refundable.My netbook wont work the first day of use it doesnt even power on so who is to blame for this? they are scamsters trying to sell faulty products with a non refundable policy.AVOID THIS SELLER YOU WILL NOT BE SORRY.

ive shopped at superbiiz for several years, recieved items as described, in great shape, none damaged, overall im very satisfied with them

Purchased an in stock video card on a Saturday from this company that was out of stock everywhere else. Order was updated very early Monday morning to show the item was in the warehouse. Call was made at 9:30 to confirm the graphics card was in stock, person on phone said that if the website showed in the warehouse, it was in fact going to be shipped out soon. I called to make sure because my local Fry's had just received some stock. Got home from work around 3:30, my card was billed so I checked the Superbiiz website to find the order status was not updated, called Superbiiz at 5:00 to find out that the card is not in stock, my order is not filled, and Fry's has since sold out as well. I now sit resuming my search for the video card and waiting for my original $300 to return to my bank.

I purchased an item Friday evening that was listed in stock. I received an email on Monday saying the item was out of stock and that my order would be cancelled. This was my first purchase at ewiz and I was hoping that I could use them in the future as I liked their site layout and their prices. However, given my experience I doubt I will come back.

eWiz had an obscure mini-ITX board I was looking for at a reasonable price. Shipped promptly and was well packaged.

Have shopped here several times now and Im very pleased with the service of suprebiiz.they even got someone answering the customer service phone.

wd3200bevt hard drive for laptop arrived timely and in good shape. hp computer recognizes new hardware which was initialized and appears to be working properly however, logical disk manager in computer management will not allow a drive letter and path to be assigned to new secondary hard drive so it is not being utilized and remains unallocated. I think on board software may need to be uninstalled and HP computer to automatically install its software but I am not sure if that voids any warranty.

Ordering was easy, shipped promptly and an excellent price. No problems at all.

Very fast shipping! Order was received the very next day and I did not have to pay extra shipping fees for the quick service. I am also very pleased with the product purchased (an older Pentium 4 CPU). All-in-all, I would say that I am pleased with the service provided and I would definitely shop with SuperBiiz again. Completely badass. Everything arrived on time, was cheaper than the competition and they actually had it in stock, whereas other places did not- and they had a cool bundle that I got instead since it was only a few dollars- I really maximized my value per dollar here.
