Terrible customer service.  
 
I ordered a television receiver (ENCORE ENXTV-X2 External TV Tuner Pro). It was advertised to accept over air signal in the U.S. and play it on my LCD monitor. It does not work as advertised since it's an analog tuner and all over air signals in the U.S. are transmitted digitally.  
 
I would understand if this were an oversight on the part of Superbiiz. But I've followed the return procedure outlined on the website, and have basically been ignored for two months.  
 
As far as I'm concerned, Superbiiz stole my money via false advertising and now won't respond to me.  
 
Don't buy from this seller.

Purchased from Ewiz instead of Amazon because of a savings of about $9.00 which included Bing cashback.Hard drive sent to me was bad out of the box. I had to pay $10.49 UPS return shipping out of my pocket(for a bad hard drive), which has now negated any savings. Hard drive was received by Ewiz 0n 1/15/2010 replacement drive sent out on 2/15/2010, a full month later which is unacceptable to me. The small savings are not worth the limited and restrictive return policy and 1 month to get a replacement? I will not be purchasing from this company again.  
 
I was mistaken about time for product to be sent back out to me. Ewizs' ship times in reply are correct but I stand by the original negative review for having to pay return shipping on a defective item.

My first impression of eWiz was probably not the best, as their website is kind of cluttered and poorly organized. It was navigable though, and I was really impressed by the speedy order confirmation and shipping. They gave me very conservative estimates for shipping time, but the box was on my front step in 2 business days, and that was just with standard ground shipping. They followed up quickly with this review request. Overall, I would say I was pleasantly surprised.

NEVER order from this site.  
 
Ordered a LCD Photo frame as gift for in-laws from this store, never got any notification about order status change until I checked online -- it said my ordered was CANCELED! Asked the customer support, they responded with low stock and couldn't fulfill the order & missed communication to me. will NEVER order from this site again.

I ordered a netbook for my father. Before we ordered it, my husband and I looked over the item online to make sure it was returnable. Since we did not see anything in their online return policy or on the actual invoice stating it was non-refundable, we proceeded with the order. When my father got it, he was unable to see the moniter so we proceeded to ask for a refund and return the netbook. We were then told that all netbooks are nonrefundable. I think that this should be in big bold letters on your website and in your return policy. We did not see it and now are stuck with a computer we don't want. I will never order from them again. The customer service was no help. NEVER AGAIN!  
***thanks for your concern superbiiz but I would seriously consider putting the netbook return policy on your return policy page and definitely on your invoices so that people can really see without question that it's nonrefundable. My husband and I remember looking for this information and we both could not see/find it.

This is a very bad company with no professional practice. If you read this comment, please do yourself a favor and do not shop with them. I placed an order of iMicro DPF-IM80B 8 inch Digital Photo Frame and received an order confirmation email on 11/28/2009. However, I have not received my order until today. So I went to their website and check my order status. I am shocked that my order was cancelled on 11/30/2009, without notifying me of the order cancellation by phone and email until today (12/12/2009). This makes me wondering if this is a company from the Stone Age, without any modern business sense and knowledge of how to use communication tools. My alternative thinking is that this small company is trying to trick people to go to their website, increasing their popularity. Now, they got it. I will make sure that my family and friends stay away from a company like this.

This company is very unprofessional. I purchased a Digital Photo Frame on 11/28 from them and received an email confirmation of my order after I paid. Thinking I would see tracking information, I logged in yesterday to check the status of this order only to find that it had been cancelled. Not only have I NOT received a refund yet, they also NEVER contacted to let me know of the cancellation. This company needs to learn that customers will not be happy with the excuse that "we ran out." This is very poor business practice. I will not be shopping here again, and I will be informing my friends and family to stay away as well!

An online merchant WITHOUT honor  
 
Placed order for a digital frame on 11/28/09 and paypal a/c was charged and invoice was issued on the same day. Then there is a surprise cancellation on 12/1/09. Ewiz/SuperBiiz did not provide any reason for the cancellation. the best part is: I wouldn't even know It was cancelled Had I not just checked my order status on Ewiz website! I don't know how this merchangt got a 8+ rating but my experience is telling me this is a questionable or even dishonest practice. I will not do business with this merchant again.  
 
***UPDATE***  
After emailing SuperBiiz asking the reason for cancelling my order, I got a quick reply saying they only have about 100 pieces in stock but overwhelmed with 3000+ orders for that item. I ordered it as a gift for family and have been expecting delivery ever since. The reason might be legitimate but why they did not send a "sorry" email informing customer of the situation immediately? as a basic courtesy? Why does a customer have to ask to get the story?

This was the worst experiance i have had. I placed orders with Superbiiz, Tiger Direct, Ebay, Newegg, and quietpcusa.com. on the same day. Everyone has shipped my orders except for superbiiz. I sent an email to ask when they would be shipping my order. I received an email back stating they had tried to run the card and the address did not match. I had used the card to buy several other orders online and had no trouble. I also called my bank to verify the address whice was correct. I called superbiiz back and told them to just cancel my order. If they could not do a simple task and run my credit card I do not believe they could get the shipping right.

Everyone I know who ordered this has had their order cancelled. I think the vendor made a price mistake and is now cancelling EVERYONE's order. Completely irresponsible.

Do not order from them. There are plenty of resellers who are more trustworthy. Their return policy is terrible and unscrupulous. They will not comply with their return policy and seem to do whatever they can to avoid refunds.
