Very Poor Customer Service- I ordered a inside wall wire concealing kit with wall plates. I paid the much higher cost for the next day Delivery On Jan 21 the order did not come till Jan 25 afternoon, I was very up set since I had the installer at my home on Jan 23 to install my new 50" plasma TV and I had no cable kit from MonoPrice, so I get to pay for a second trip for the installer. I emailed customer service three times and asked for a refund of the extra money I paid for the nextday service, and a apology for the Late Delivery. I got nothing for my time or trouble, except them telling me they did not see a problem. So I would recomend that if you buy from MonoPrice don't expect any customer service if you have any problems, they do have great prices, but the Customer Service is Bad !

I saw a product at monoprice that sounded like what I wanted but was also at a price that sounded too good to be true. I contacted their support who confirmed that the product was what I wanted, so I placed the order (at 1/7 the price of the local retailer). I'm thrilled to have done so - the product is exactly what I needed, with good quality, at the right price, and obviously with good support.

Prices can easily be 1/10th or better then you pay elsewhere. Quality is first rate. Have multiple views of there products which is very helpful, and usually detailed info.  
My orders have always been filled quickly. Shipping prices are fair and I've never had to wait more than 6 days to Canada using the lowest option. With a wide selection, including some unique products at amazing prices this is the best experience I had shopping anywhere.

If there was a ranking system, I would put MonoPrice.com as Number 1.

I don't typically order online. You hear all these scary things about ordering online, however I decided I needed to take the plunge. CNET claims Monoprice's cables are of very good quality at an excellent price. No one could touch their prices, so I ordered... online. I'm glad I did. My order got to me in 2 days. The total price I paid for 3 HDMI cables, speaker cables and a subwoofer cable, would have bought me one maybe two HDMI cables elsewhere. Thanks Monoprice! I will continue to shop with you, as long as all my information is kept safely :)

HDTV Indoor / Outdoor Antenna:  
Worked perfect when placed outside of the house.  
I was able to find 24 HD Channels.  
If used inside I can pick up only 4 HD Channels clear in San Diego, CA.  
I would recommend it over other name brands as it works just as good when mounted outside.

Time after time I have struggled with the high prices offered by retailers like Best Buy and Radio Shack when it comes to cables for my video business. Whenever I need a certain unique cable it's even higher in price. However Monoprice.com has proven to have the BEST price available even after shipping costs. The quality of cable meets my standards and after I write this review, I plan on going back to their site to get all the cables I need to install seamless in-wall wiring for my new home's entertainment center and video editing office. They also have accessories that are worth looking at too. I have been and will continue to recommend this site to all my friends, family, and clients!

Item did not function properly. Returned item and got a replacement part, which seems to be working fine.

Monoprice has not disappointed me yet. I was refereed by a close friend who I trust greatly and he pointed me in the right direction. Monoprice has very acceptable and great prices for their products. Their shipping is fast and has arrived a few days after my order. I would recommend this website to anyone.

I can't remember how I found MonoPrice.com but I'm glad I did. I just recently purchased an Apple MacBook pro and was in desperate need for some high quality converters for the mini-displayport. Monoprice had everything I needed to turn my MacBook into a multi-functional output device.  
 
I can now output HDMI (and sound) and VGA for basic projectors. The products shipped really fast and arrived in top quality packaging. Not to mention the cables are very sturdy and have a high quality build feeling to them.  
 
The prices are also unbeatable. Where else can you get high quality HDMI cables and more for a few bucks? Bulk purchasing seems great even though I've never needed a bulk order. The more you order, the more you save...so I'd imagine its great for companies in need of high capacity cables at a great price.  
 
Overall, MonoPrice is a goldmine of products. If you haven't tried them yet, I highly recommend you do.

Once again, monoprice did not let me down on the products, price, and fast shipping! I ordered some USB sync cables and earphones with mic for the apple iPhone. My items were shipped within two days and arrived exactly as described and worked perectly as if they were OEM replacements at a fraction of the price. You can't beat monoprice!
