Monoprice is AMAZING! There was a shipping error with zip code, but I think it was my fault. Luckily, it only got delayed by 1 day.  
 
Their merchandise is high quality, and very competitively priced!  
 
There was one issue with the LCD wall mount I installed. One of the plates was not level with the other plate, so when I mounted it level on the wall, the actual TV was not level. I submitted for an RMA, and MonoPrice was able to troubleshoot the issue with me and avoid costly shipping!  
 
I will be using MonoPrice.com for anything and everything they sell, whenever I need it!

Monoprice is by far the absolute best in their business. As a Senior Director for IT I have personally become sold on their service. How often do you place an order, get an e-mail saying it is ready to ship 10 minutes later, and receive it a few days later with standard shipping? Do they sell stock?

MonoPrice.com has been and will continue to be my primary source for cable and connection products. They are fast, accurate and now have a less expensive yet fast delivery system. A while back on a previous order I received a cable that was damaged. This was not perceptible by a visual inspection. When I called to advise MonoPrice of the situation they immediately sent a replacement cable without hassle or additional cost to me. I strongly recommend MonoPrice as a reliable,very competitively priced on line electronics source.

I purchased two wall mounts for 22" LCD security monitor. Great price and quick shipping. I really like the in-stock indication on their order page. The mounts worked great except for one thing. On one of the mounts, the holes didn't line up. Once you attach the mounting plate to the back of the LCD and hook it on the arm, there are two holes for the screws to secure the plate in place. One hole was misaligned and I could not put the screw in. I'm debating if I should go through the hassle of getting it replaced. It's already mounted and it appears to be secure but I would feel more comfortable if both screws were in instead of one.
