I bought a bunch of different items and they were all great!!! The website was great to use and when I had to adjust my already placed order before it was shipped, customer service was right there to help. I had no problems at all and feel they are an worthwhile company to purchase from.

Excellent service, and absolutely the best prices on the web. The quality of their cables and mounts cannot be beaten, and I spent a long time looking for my LCD mount and cables. Their HDMI cables are excellent quality, and great price. This is an example of how a real business should be ran. Most strongly reccomended for any TV mount or cable need you have.

MonoPrice.com is an excellent e-tailer for cables and related equipment. My son, who is an IT Manager put me on to them and I'm very pleased.. I have order a few other orders and I'm extremely pleased with them as a company. We heard about Monoprice from a friend. When we got on your website, we thought it was to good to be true. We kept waiting to see what the catch was.... like maybe shipping cost or something. We ordered our product and were impressed with the price and the shipping time. We received our product within the time we were told and again the price was unbelievable. This is my fifth time ordering from MonoPrice. Their products are excellent, and there price is truly unbeatable. Their customer service is fast responding, and their shipping options are affordable, and truly reflect the size, type, and location where they are sending the items too. When I lived in Michigan they showed rates for the type and speed of shipping that would best match what I needed, now that i live in Los Angeles, they offer more shipping options to match what I need here. There toner prices are amazing, and their cables, wow, what else can I say but outstanding. I have had two homes retrofitted with custom sound systems, each time I have told the installer that I will supply the cables, saving me at least usually about 200% off what they were going to charge me for cables. My only hope is that these guys go public because I would love to buy some company stock.

Purchased product at a great price, cheap shipping and shipped out the very next day, I can't always say that for a company. i definitely recommend monoprice.com and will come back to buy future products from them.

Monoprice is the only online reatiler that has ever managed to steal my business away from www.newegg.com. They are professional and have extremely quick order processing. This business is great! Where else can you find products at prices like this? Their service is excellent and you wont be ripped off for S.H. I almost used another store to get the exact same products. They wanted twice the amount for the products and were going to charge me four times the amount for S.H. That Monoprice did. Its a shame that other businesses dont treat their customers like Monoprice does. I refuse to shop with any business that over charges for S.H. so they can make an even larger profit, on an already over priced item. Thanks, Monoprice, your the best!
