The salespeople were very helpful when it came to picking out a computer. My order arrived promptly, with no hassle, and I was given the tracking number in a timely fashion, so no complaints there. I had a few issues with the laptop itself but the proportables.com staff really bent over backwards to address my problems.

I had a fantastic experience purchasing from PROPortable. Their sales team was extremely personable and helpful. My notebook (ASUS V6Va) arrived swiftly and in perfect condition.

Proportable is one of the best small internet retailers that I've ever purchased from. Communication and shipping were fast and the product arrived exactly as described.

I ordered Asus V6Va last week and I got it in couple days. It arrives in great packaging and in perfect conditions. This store is very impressive in answering questions, helping decision making and simply by being knowledgable about the stuff they are selling. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking to buy excellent Asus notebook. This is the best reseller out there.  

Ordered a z71v (minus cpu and hard drive) after asking some pre-sales questions. Answers were helpful and to the point. The stuff was shipped in very well put together packaging and included every last piece including unused stickers, etc. Probably much like it was shipped out of Asus. There may be 2 dead pixels but with the 'frosted' looking screen it's hard to tell (more can be said about this, but this isn't a review of the z71v! I will just say that I find the screen easy on the eyes). I did have to assemble everything, as the ram and dvd drive were not pre-installed, but I expected as much with a barebone system, and it wasn't difficult. Would definitely buy from ProPortable again.

I had heard of PROPortable through numerous recommendations found their service to be fast, informative and reliable.

It was easy ordering once I decided which system to get. Sean was very helpful in the last-minute decisions of which features to add/delete. My machine works great, the software loaded just fine and no problem connecting to our server. I would have like to have had more bundled software, but understand their position on selling hardware.

Excellent experience. PROPortable responded quickly to all my questions before purchasing my ASUS W3V. I even got emails at past midnight from support! Ordering process was easy and my laptop arrived promptly. I felt I was getting expert advice and help throughout, which is rare these days. Yes, you are going to pay more, but for me it is/was worth it. If I every do have a problem with my laptop I am sure PROPortable will be there to help me out. I will look to them again next time I am in the market for a reliable, state-of-the-art laptop.

After getting frustrated with the inability of another reseller to furnish extra power supplies for  
our asus notebooks (they indicated they were not available yet), we found proportables site with the correct parts listed. Within a week we had the extra  
power supplies and they were identical to the originals. Proportable was on top of their game, while other retailers languished!

I would most definitely recommend PROPortable to anybody looking to buy notebooks - especially of the ASUS brand. I was genuinely surprised by their excellent options, prices, and service.  
 
And I love my ASUS W3. :-)
