PROPortable sets a new Platinum standard in customer service!  
 
Justin took the time to personally answer my numerous emails regarding an Asus A620 that I was after. Being an international customer (from Australia), I needed to know very specific details, and what little he didn't know he was happy to investigate for me. Best of all, he had no problems shipping the item here!  
 
Although I initially made a large order, later on I had to cancel part of it. Justin was extremely accomodating, helpful, and understanding.  
 
Justin has provided some the BEST customer service I've ever had (and I expect a very high standard wherever I go). Their products are excellent, and their prices are very competitive.  
 
As far as online stores go, PROPortable sets a Platinum Standard -- the best products, excellent prices and most importantly, the unsurpassed customer service. They're better than most stores I've visited, and I will most certainly consider buying from them again. In the meantime, I would highly recommend that anybody who looking for a handheld or notebook consider Justin and PROPortable.

I placed an order on there web site on Sunday  
evening, got and email late sunday nite confirming the order and  
telling me it would ship Monday morning.  
The item arrived as promesed on Wensday,

Great company to deal with. I cannot say enough good things about PROPortable. Justin at PROPortable is a great guy to deal with. I e-mailed him back and forth for a while about their notebooks and PDAs asking multiple questions and he took the time to e-mail me back a personal response on every one and answered all my questions. He obviously has a great knowledge of all the products they sell. I ordered an Asus Pocket PC and was given a tracking number and my order was received well-packed on Friday. I am very happy with my experience and I am considering a notebook purchase from them.  
 
It's tough to find sellers online who really care about customers and take a personalized approach but I think PROPortable is definitely one of them. I will be doing business with them again in the future.
