I also porchased the W3J, originally ordered and paid from the UK, transaction was very smooth, just transfered the money into their account, I had regular updates and I found the service to be honest and outstanding.

Ordered my W3J on May 30 and received on June 2. Very friendly customer service. Responds quickly to emails. Only problem is that they offer only 2 day or over night shipping.

I too got a W3J from proportable. I purchased way back in March the 29th or 30th. It was a preorder then, when the laptop was estimated to come Mid April. But Asus Delayed untill "End of" april. I bought this laptop thinking i would be able to it with flordia with me. I was going May 10th. So i though ok i will still get it in time. Nope. Delayed again. Then it was going to arive beggingin of May and i was just going to miss getting it for flordia. Wrong again. I finally got some good news in E-mail that they were shipping my laptop on 24th. Little did i know they got a bigger shipment in and i received my Laptop on the 24th!  
 
Through out the entire process i was Reciving e-mails on what was going on and happening. I also talked to Justin Threw Aim Many Many Times.  
 
My experience with them has been great.  
 
I recommend them to anyone looking for a laptop or accessory. Only thing is i dont think i will need another laptop for a long time. So i most likely will not be purchasing from them again, but i will recommend them to others.

My exprience with PROPortable (and CEO Justin specifically) begain in late March when I pre-ordered the Asus w3j. The process didn't go as smooth as planned. The laptop kept getting delayed and the specifications even changed at one point (both of these occurences were entirely out of Justin's hands). Throughout the whole ordeal Justin was more than fair. When the specs changed he offered to refund our money. When a delay was issued he told us the day he found out. He kept us in the loop as best he could. Justin even rejected a significant shipment of another product because the specs were changed without him knowing and not up to his standards thereafter. He did so at his own expense. He may come off as arrogant at times but you will never find a better, more just, dependable, and punctual business person...what more could you ask for?

As a business owner, I respect Justin's business practices. His communication skills, attention to detail and honesty are a breath of fresh air in the cold world of internet sales. I would not hestitate to make any future purchases from ProPortable.

Justin and his team have shown the utmost respect and service for their customers. I ordered a laptop (W3J) from them and despite delays, everything was handled pefectly. It was nice to see Justin personally write constant updates on the forums AND emails.  
 
Also, Proportable was VERY prompt in answering any questions that I shot to them via email.  
 
Family operated, excellent communication, personal service - These are things you don't get with sasquatch companies.

My experience with PROPortable centered around an advanced order for the hot-ticket Asus W3j. This was the result of months, not weeks, of research. Despite numerous hang-ups with Asus itself, PROPortable repeatedly proved itself to be exemplary in it's customer service and far above the call of duty in it's drive to inform their customers of anything pertinent to their shopping experience. I thoroughly expect to be enthralled with my new computer, and as such don't anticipate having to buy another for several years. However, when that time comes I won't hesitate one second to return to PROPortable for my needs. I fully expect that they'll still be around.

Ordered ASUS Z70va based on recommendations and reviews posted by many users on NotebookReview.com. Just as promised, unit was shipped ~ 7 days after ordering. It has worked flawlessly and I am very pleased with it and ProPortable.

Bought an ASUS ensemble unit (W5F) from PROPortable. Received very helpful pre-purchase advice from the CEO (Justin) via email exchanges. Emails were responded fast (within mins), day and night & weekends! I was totally amazed and unexpected about the good & personal service they deliver, something which you absolutely cannot find in big corps like Dell. Tech support was also great. My inquiry was answered on a Sunday evening! And despite that the inquiry should be directed to the manufacturer, they offered assistance to follow up with the manufacturer in case I didn't hear from them.  
 
Most important quality of PROPortable is that they give the consumers a feeling of trust, like a counsellor whom you can rely on, who's always there in case you need help or expert advice, someone you feel comfortable purchasing from.  
 
I'm totally impressed with PROPortable.
