Order:
(1) Placed order and paid with Paypal - Bank account. Immediate status/message update indicated that the order was being reviewed by credit department and I had paid with Paypal - Credit Card.
(2) Called customer service. Neither customer service or credit department could rectify - and had to cancel and re-enter order.
(3) Re-entry created same message.
(4) Appears that TD's status/message cannot distinguish between credit and debit payments. Recommend adding guidance to customer service scripts to prevent re-occurance.
Product:
Order correct. Products as described. 10/10.
Shipping:
(1) UPS did not deliver to shipping address, and did not provide notice of attempt or instructions for arranging delivery.
(2) I initiated contact with UPS and was informed the package was located in Concord, ON. Options provided were to pick-up in Concord, or arrange delivery in 3 days.
(3) Timing constraints ruled out an additional 3 days, so I was required to rent a vehicle and pick up package.
