Good deal, very good price and a professional salesman.

Went well EXCEPT: I ordered 3 USB drives as their system said they were in stock and I needed them within 10 days. 2 days later I got an email saying "out of stock, backorder, expected in 15 days", too late for me. So I bought elsewhere. Then come home to see new email that same day "it has been shipped". Annoying cross-info. I did get them in time (6 days), but only after buying duplicate thinking it would be backordered longer.

I ordered this graphics card to use in an older Dell 2400. I have already tried another on (9250) which didn't work. This one worked perfect right oout of the box. It works in Win 7 for the Areo effects. Was recognized right away but, still had to install drivers from the included CD. Works great even has 3D drivers that I still have yet to try.

I would recommend TigerDirect for their ability to provide an immense amount of product diversity. Over the last few years I have needed the odd computer accessory and many times have only been able to find what I'm looking for at TigerDirect.  
One of the best things about them is, they have a presense on the net in Canada.Many companies will only ship in the U.S. or another company will ship and when it crosses the border, I get hit with all kinds of extra fees, exchange rates, customs charges, brokerage fees, etc.  
One time I had a problem with a PSU and couldn't find my paper work for it and TigerDirect did an  
incredible job in helping me with the details of getting a warranty replacement. They are great to talk to and are fast workers.  
Now, as great as they are, there's still no such thing as absolute perfection and so if there was one thing I would ask of them, it would be to take greater care in packing the shippment because when I open some packages there seems to be inadequate shipping materials, bubble wrap, stuffing paper, improper box sizes, etc.  
Having said that, everything I've received from them has been in perfect working order.  
I will continue to order from them and I'm glad they are there when I need them. Thanks.

I ordered a refurbished Kodak digital camera from TigerDirect on January 5th, 2010. I received the order on January 7th - very fast delivery! The item was as advertised and works great.

The Box office is an awesome unit. Most of my media plays perfectly on it. Installing the hard drive was simple and fast. Setting it up on my home network was very straight forward. I am interested to see what the WIFI key will be able to do so that I don’t have to run an ether net cable to the living room.

tiger direct is easy to order from, my order arrived on time and in good condition as was as described on the web site would recommend this site to anyone looking for upgrades for computers

The order was shipped next day, but was returned to TigerDirect by UPS without reaching its destination. It has been quite easy to get the credit issued even if they could not include the shipping cost into it.  
 
In the meantime, I had looked at another brand offering better performances at a slightly higher price (10$ on a 389$ item). So I placed the order and it was shipped prepaid to make the total credit on the first shipment.  
 
My wife and I are very satisfied with the purchase; the time lost on the phone and the delay in receiving the new TV set were worth by the quality and the look of it.

Purchased BenQ E2420HD 24" LCD Monitor. Price was good, free fast shipping was great. Nice monitor but did have problems getting the USB ports to work. Sent the original back after getting an RMA ( Return Merchandise Authorization ). I found the Support Staff for TigerDirect available but not as clear with instructions for returns as they should have been. I ended up having to call two times and spoke with three people to get clarification of the return process and how I was to pay for the replacement unit. The replacement unit did arrive fast and I will be sending the original back tomorrow. We will see if they reimburse me for my out of pocket shipping costs and also how fast they reimburse the original purchase ? Nice monitor,all was good on the order side of the house but the Support Staff could be more thorough with the return merchandise and reimbursement process.
