Customer service fucked up!  
 
I ordered HP laser printer from TD as I was pretty loyal to them  
 
After one week printer didn`t arrive and I decide to check status of my order and in result found that they didn`t proceed it and put on hold by some reason. After that I was told that I need to wait 2-5 business day to investigate what`s happened with my order and maybe only after that they will be able to ship it to me.  
 
Well much easier just to go to local Future Shop and get it by the same price but without frustration and pain in the ass.

This has been my first purchase at your store, and it will not be my last. I am very pleased with  
the service you provided. Have since purchased two  
wireless mice.

Prompt shipment. Prior to ordering under the item description, it advised it would be shipped the next business day, however under the payment confirmation web page I was advised it would ship out by Sept.17th, which caused some confusion because on the item description page, it guaranteed a shipment the next business day. The funny part was that it did in fact ship out the next business day, so I don't know why it said otherwise on the purchase confirmation page. The product contents in the box came with everything it should have (nothing missing). Very happy with this purchase!

From reading the e mail from Tiger, picking and odering the item to the shipping by UPS was a pleasent experience. The item arrived today 14 Sept. I would recomend Tiger Direct to everyone

The merchandise was exactly as described and works very well. The shipping was quick and as scheduled without any hitches. Will do business with them again.

Delivery was fast. All components ordered arrived and worked without problems

The items arrived ealier than I expected. All the parts in their original package. They are all working perfectly. Only one question, I shopped in Tiger Direct Markham store before ordering on the web, however the part being offered on the web are not offered in the store. Two little pieces totally weigh less than 20g, one 19.97$, one 34.97$, I have to pay 11.53$ shipping cost. The good deal turns into regular prices. My previous online shopping from Qubec, states, shipping could be cheaper if I chose different shipping methods. Maybe my understanding of online shopping is wrong; online shopping may be not about deal but about to extend your shopping distance. Anyway nothing is perfect, the overall experience is not bad at all.

Last time I tried ordering an item I had a horrible time trying to confirm details and ended up cancelling the order while talking with a customer service rep. It has been ages since this past experience so I decided to try it again since the price was phenominal. The order was processed very quickly (with absolutely no hassels). The estimated shipping date was 1 1/2 weeks. I received the item 3 DAYS AFTER ORDERING!!! Completely surprised. Product is exactly as ordered and agian, the price was fantastic.

The web site is well designed. There are a lot of products and the design help to choose the right product without having to browse a lot of page. I have passed my order on sunday evening and I have been surprisingly happy to receive it on friday. I have nothing bad to write. I will buy again from TigetDirect.

Product as ordered was delivered within 3 days from the date of the order. Box was intact and product was as advertised. May have to test the return policy later as it turns out that my motherboard only accommodates a graphics card with up to 256 MB RAM whereas the one ordered had 512MB RAM - but that is not Tiger Direct's fault, rather it is mine. I hope to be able to exchange it if I can't use it in my daughter's PC. I am very pleased with Tiger Direct and will use them again. Gary Mohr blackbean@sympatico.ca

The only downside is the stock that they have. Some of the items are out of stock so it takes a little bit longer to ship in,but nevertheless the service was good overall
