Tiger.ca has an easy to read and follow website. They always have great deals and bonus savings on many of the products that I'm looking for. Today was for a Epson Perfection 4490 Photo Scanner and a data transfer cable. The items were delivered to me in a days time. Now that is what I call exceptional service! Now if all my online purchases could just go that way, I'd be super pleased as I am with 'Tiger' direct.ca. Thank you Tiger!!!

I have wanted to purchase a monitor for my computer for quite some time and was waiting specifically for boxing day because I know this is the time when the best deals come up. I went ahead and found one at tiger direct. The monitor was a samsung Reg $319 on for $239.97. Great I'm set. NOT! I ordered the monitor thinking from the advertising that it would be shipped within 24 hours. After a few weeks went by I inquired and was told that it would be coming shortly. This continued into february and after calling I decided to write them. Jan 22nd I was told that it was being investigated as to the shipping time of the monitor. After this I was told that it was shipped out and I would recieve it the following week. Feb first I was then contacted and told that the item was no longer available and that they oversold it. I waited 38 days to hear this??? Then the person informed me that he had other monitors I could buy. I told him I wanted the same deal as on boxing day and he simple said in a round about way, "no" he couldn't do it. Instead he offered me $20 dollars off another one. He send me details as per my request and interestingly enough the email had an offer of $10 off not $20. At the same time they were not shy about charging me a monitor disposal fee and shipping on january 6th for a monitor that was never shipped. At this point I wrote another letter asking that I recieve a better solution than the one they offered and again there reply was no. I then simple wrote and asked them to refund my disposal fee and shipping they charged me. I ended up getting a refund for the disposal fee of $12 and change, however they did not refund the shipping cost. I have sent 2 requests to have the refund and was told i would get it however have still not recieved it. I have since emailed them again and left a message for the credit manager and have not heard back. They still owe me $63.90 shipping. They do not seem to care at all about their customers!!!  
Wow, it's now March and I finally got a refund. Amazing what happens when you make 4 phone calls, send 12 emails, contact paypal and file a complaint with them because you didn't recieve your merchandize, then write a review on reseller ratings. And it only took 2 and a half months of BS to not get my monitor they promissed and an eventual refund!!!!!!!!

LED TV SAMSUNG UN40B6000 (ITEM #S222-4004) WAS ON SALE IN CANADA $1199.99 AND IN MY CART WITH THE ONTARIO ENVIRONMENTAL TAX ($10) SO I TRIED THE NIGHT BEFORE AND THE NEXT MORNING TO CLOSE THE ORDER EVEN GIVING MY VISA NUMBER OVER THE PHONE... THERE SEEMED TO BE SOME GLITCH CLOSING THE DEAL AND BY THE AFTERNOON THE TV WAS NO LONGER ON THE CANADIAN WEBSITE AND YET I PHONE & THERE'S 72 IN THE USA WAREHOUSE AVAILABLE FOR SALE. I LOOKED TODAY AND THERE IS NO 40" LED SAMSUNG ON THE USA WEBSITE EITHER THAT MODEL IS NO LONGER BEING PRODUCED (NEXT YEAR'S MODEL) OR THE OLYMPICS ARE PUSHING SALES UP??? I DONT EVEN KNOW IF THERE EVER WAS ANY LED TV AVAILABLE... IN CANADA. AND THAT REMINDS ME, I'D BETTER CHECK MY VISA BILL...

Excellent service! This box does everything it's supposed to. If you plan to use a wireless USB adapter rather than hard-wiring to the network you should check to see which wireless adaptors are compatible first. Good gizmo!

Great prices, better than the big box stores. Even after shipping, it was still cheaper. Wondering why Nova Scotia doesn't get free shipping though, curious! Rebate form where easy to get, however the rebate for the GeForce GTS 250 1G video card is the wrong rebate. It's for the BFGE98512GTE graphics card not the GTS 250. So it's no good. Other than that everything went and is great with the parts.
