Very fast delivery. I received an email 2 days after ordering saying it was delivered, and then I went to check the front door and there is was!  
 
Machine is very quiet and works well. It does not have an IDE controller so I can't move the disk from my old machine without getting another adapter.

Love the ease of installation. The wireless adaptor worked flawlessly even though it was on a different level in the house than the router. I am now able to play all of my movies and video without having to write to a DVD. Really impressed with the ease of operation. I'm actually thinking of ordering another! I would recommend this product to anyone who loves movies.

I decided to buy a laptop from TigerDirect.ca because I wanted an inexpensive but quality laptop. And indeed, that is what I got. I bought the Hannspree 10" netbook. I tracked the delivery online the whole time I was waiting. The delivery was quick, arriving to my door two days after ordering. I was disappointed to find that the UPS delivery person had left the package on my door step in the rain. The laptop could have been water damaged or stolen. However, I was lucky and got the laptop in perfect condition.
