No issues, fast delivery, well packed, great phone support before and after order.

The colour printer/fax machine arrived very promptly and was easily assembled. we are very happy with the price and service that we received from Tiger Direct. So far the printer is working excellently. The very next day I purchased a camera and I was very pleased with the delivery and the quality of the camera. It was received as advertised and I am very happy with the camera and the price was very good for this style of camera. I would definitely recommend Tiger Direct to others.

We bought two cameras, one pink and one red, for our daughters. They arrived today. I have not checked if they work yet but I expect that they will be just fine. Thanks.

Only concern is with way package was put together  
and marketed - supposedly everything was included  
to build system and install / run including Windows 7. However there was no CPU fan and no mention made during purchase that this was not included and should be added to order.  
Hope this can be corrected on future package offerings

Pricing that is very good and excellent service. There is not much else you can say about Tigerdirect. They always have a deal on and there is no doubt in my mind that future purchases from them will be to the highest standards. Package deals like this one are so tempting, and I've always had good results. I recommend them to my friends.

Very effective and efficient website and service--received merchandise in 2 days, and the whole process of finding product, ordering, payment was so nice and easy-very professionally laid out website and very user friendly. It was my first time, and Tiger Direct will always be the place I shop.

Though I was in a hurry the day I placed this order so went to one of the local stores to see about printers, none of the staff were helpful, at all. Tiger Direct online is great, in person, nowhere near up to par.
