1st order from BHM in 2006 went smooth. Therefore made this order which became a nightmare and only resolved last week. Ordered golf shoes and balls in Mar 07. Shoes shipped to wrong address. Balls shipped OK. Advised Brian - he arranged to ship the shoes from Fla to Ariz. So far so good. However upon arrival my son discovered they were the wrong size. Went downhill from there. Brian wouldn't ship correct shoes - finally my son paid to return them. Brian signed for them on 21 Aug 07 but refused to refund the money. This went on from then till Nov when Brian finally agreed to sent me golf balls of equal value (4 dozen) then sent only three. Did get the 4th dozen last week. First of all - even with the good prices - I would not order from BHM again. Not worth the probable hassle. Should a problem arise - immediately try to get a refund thru Paypal and or credit card company. Next contact Brian and set suspenses and let him know you mean business. If no success contact the National White collar Crime center, the FBI, the Chicago BBB, Villa Park Police Department and others you may find out about. Addresses, web sites, phone numbers are in other review of BHM on this site.  
Best advice: always check out who you're buying from - this site is great and avoid problem merchants.

I was mad at my recent experience with BHM Golf so I google searched and found this website. I ordered golf balls from them on Nov. 15th and by Dec. 10th they still had not been shipped so emailed them and they told me I had to order at least 3 dozen, even though that was not said anywhere on the website. Then I kept dealing with them and they were rude through the entire process. I am currently trying to get a refund back from them. Lets see if they will actually do that.

BHM GOLF mistake on leaving a product up their is not available from supplier. our public apology on this one. We made a mistake but now hired new people to update our site in 2009 and our ratio has 150% improved.

Long story short. If you want more details just ask and I'll send the whole story but this is when I started recording my conversation with Brian the owner of BHM golf LLC. This was our second converstation. The first was much the same before he hung up on me. At this point he has tried to get PayPal on the phone in a 3-way conversation.  
 
BHM- “Verify what you have.”  
ME- “Verify what.”  
BHm- Verify your account or whatever.  
ME- I have to give my password and all that?  
BHM- It’s on your f***ing phone I can’t do anything.  
ME- I guess I’m not understanding.  
BHM- You have to give paypal your f***ing information.  
ME- I’m not going to give my information over a 3 way phone call with you on the line.  
BHM- You have to give them your f***ing information.  
ME- “I guess you don’t understand. I’m not going to….”  
BHM- “Do you want to talk to paypal or are you F***ing wasting more of my F***ing time? Just like you did the last F***ing 20 minutes? You’re a F***ing pencil neck geek that’s what you are.  
ME- “Yes I know I’m a pencil neck geek but I was just calling back to make sure that I…  
BHM- “Say goodbye….say goodbye…  
Me- “I was calling back….  
BHM- “Say goodbye…say goodbye…  
ME- “I was just calling back to make sure that I got my refund. And I, I,….”

ME- “And I guess you have gotten hostile.  
BHM- “I guess paypal just said goodbye because you f***ing wouldn’t do anything. You just told me to call and you wasted more f***ing time. How’s that?”  
ME- No, You said that you were going to get paypal on.  
BHM- “What?”

BHM- “I’m not f**ing doing it. You have to give the information I told you.  
ME- But I’m not going to give my information.

ME- “I’m not going to give my information to paypal over a 3-way call because you will have my information.  
BHM- “I…you know what you don’t have to give any information because it’s through the f***ing phone. And you know what all you’re doin’ is asking them if you got a refund and you don’t have to f**ing verify anything. Do you think I’m going to give you my information? HELL F***ing NO.  
ME- No, I don’t want your information.  
BHM- No, you’re not getting f***ing anything because I don’t f***ing trust you.

BHM- I don’t f***ing trust you. You already have an email that the money has been refunded.  
ME- “Well…..”  
BHM- “Do you think I f***ing trust you. I don’t trust you more than I can f***ing throw you.  
ME- “The first one looked….  
BHM- “OH, you got me soooo f***ing pissed off that I’m ready to drive….  
ME- “Ok the first email from paypal had their information and all of that on there and the second one had….the second one was just sort of….  
BHM- “Ya, you know what  
ME- “Yes?”  
BHM- “Guess what?”  
ME- “Yes?”  
BHM- “It’s from paypal. It was refunded. Just like when you got a f***ing email that you paid me $349 I clicked on the link in my account. Just like you know paypal and it said f***ing refund and I refunded it because you said that you didn’t want it.  
ME- “OK.”  
BHM- “And you went and you f***ing said….Fine go ahead go and call your f***ing credit card company. It will hurt your f***ing credit too.”  
ME- “NO, I…  
BHM- “No because you’re a f***ing person that won’t f***ing resolve it with individuals. You go to f***ing somebody else to resolve it.”  
ME- “No, I was trying to resolve this with you.”  
BHM- “That is exactly what it is. You know what? You just f***ed somebody and I just want to let you know that.”  
ME- “No, that’s…That’s why I called I wanted to resolve it with you.  
BHM- “You know what you just f***ed someone. I was willing to f***ing give you $30 off because I already f***ing ordered it. And you said, “It’s Sunday night it can’t be f***ing ordered” well sir yes it is because I order everything via email. When I f***ing place orders via PO by email. You should know f***ing by UPS that they work electronically. You should know by f***ing if you really work for UPS.  
ME- “Someone has to take the package…  
BHM-“UPS is a central f***ing office because everythings done electronically.  
ME- “Yes, but someone has to pick the parcel give it a shipping label and only then is it picked up by UPS.  
BHM- “Guess what Sir…everythings done by electronics and it all goes in the process. You know what that process is already ordered. Ya, you know that unit is already ordered and if you get that unit I will sue you if you don’t return it.  
ME- “So are robots going to…”  
BHM- “I don’t have you card. I don’t have your charge…I don’t have your number. I refunded the transaction but I still have your address.  
ME- “OK.”  
BHM- “I can still sue.”  
ME- “That’s fine.”  
BHM- “And that’s what I’ll do.”  
ME- “I….I’m glad that you have my information. That’s…that’s good. Uh, I can give it to you again if you don’t.”  
BHM- “Ya, ya, you can call me back at this other number…630-279-7505. You can call me back at that number…goodbye.  
 
Anyway, he called me back again when I did not call him back…more swearing and name calling. I then told him that I recorded our previous conversation. He said it f***ing illegal to record conversations. Swears somemore then hangs up. He has now called back several times apologizing to me. He has offered the product at cost. I read the reviews and knew what was coming when I asked for the refund. I did call paypal and my credit card company and he did refund my payment.  
 
I think everyone should this as often as possible...Invite some friends over for a few beers. Order the cheapest product on his website like a bag of tees or a glove, whatever. Drink a few beers with your friends then call and cancel your order using speaker phone. His antics could be the nights entertainment. If you don't get the refund you're out $10 but your friends will get hours of entertainment listening to him go on and on. Trust me it’s funny.

DON'T BUY FROM BHM GOLF!!! I ordered TaylorMade clubs on Oct. 24, 2007. BHM processed my payment immediately and sent an e-mail saying that the clubs would ship by Nov. 7th. After receiving no notice that my clubs shipped, on the evening of the 7th, I e-mailed Brian to check the status of my order. He e-mailed back, saying that he would call me. Or course, he didn't call, so I called him. He was curt, saying that he sent an e-mail (to whom, I don't know) and that he would let me know when he found out something.  
 
After reading reviews on BHM Golf (research that I should have done before I ordered) I realized that I was probably Brian's newest victim. On Nov. 10th I e-mailed Brian to request that he cancel my order and issue a refund. On the 12th I received from BHM a copy of my invoice stamped paid. I e-mailed BHM, reminding them that I had cancelled my order and requested a refund. On Nov. 13th I receive an e-mail stating "refund issued". By the 16th, when no refund appeared in my account, I e-mailed Brian. He replied, saying that it could take 1-2 weeks to appear in my account (we all know that's crap). I replied, expressing my doubt, but he insisted that a refund had been issued.  
 
After I threatened to file a dispute with PayPal, Brian called me on the 19th, first telling me that my order had shipped, then he told me that my order was on back order. I reminded him that I had canceled my order over a week ago and that he had already told me a number of times that he refunded my money. I contacted PayPal to file a dispute. Brian quickly resonded to PayPal, informing them that he had issued a refund. Armed with this false information, PayPal considers the matter to be fully investigated and they promtly closed my dispute. By the way, there is still no credit in my account. The only deal that you will get from BHM Golf is a bum deal.

Tracking #: is the tracking number from our taylormade supplier that shipped direct to custom late , that is why she complained. We do apologize for the delay. We have changed our methods and have updated our site on products based on how fast our vendor gets our orders so all consumers are notified.

I am very disappointed from BHM golf. They sent email stating that the item will be shipped in 7-10 days. I waited for 3 weeks, but they didn’t contact me anything! They finally replied and told me item is still in manufacture’s storage. I asked refund for a week, but they haven’t responded me yet. I strongly recommend you avoiding this provider.

I placed an order April 2007 and I am still waiting, and fighting for my refund. I never received my order and have been promised a refund since June. Brian keeps promising to refund but it never happens. WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EVER!! I am going to an attorney who specializes in INTERNET SCAMS, that's what Brian Meyers does best, scams people!! Stay away from BHM Golf!!

virginia tech titleist hat/ we had 144 coming in but titleist pulled it and then re did it and cancelled order. made alot of customers unhappy. this is BHM GOLF fault and we have made a new policy not to sell anything we can not get. We confirm getting the product before it goes on our site in 2009.

I learned too late from Mizuno USA that these clowns are not authorized to sell Mizuno golf products, yet they continue to advertise and "sell" them on their website. Hard to believe they can stay in business - what a country! If you paid via credit card, save yourself time - contact the card company directly and have the charge removed.

alot of websites are not authorized actually anyone that sells on ebay or advertises a low price works with a authorized retailed to fill all orders. We did deliever the merchandise to this customer and he disputed the charge. Thanks for this country!

Purchased golf bag for $99.95 as shown on invoice. Found out credit card was charged for $109.95 the same day even though item was not available. Was told next day item was not available and money would be refunded. Brian kept saying he refunded the money but to date (11 Oct--almost a month later) he has not. I hope my credit card company can get it back! My worst online experience ever.

We have a handling option on our site. but we refunded the transaction to the customer and delievered the product for $99.99 not the handling fee.  
 
We have stressed on our site that it is FREE shipping except for oversize boxes.

This was the worse experience I have ever had dealing with a store owner. I was just trying to find out the status of my six year old son's golf shoes, ordered in the AM of 9-26 that were to be received in 3-5 days. I sent an e-mail and got a response that they just received the order on 10-2-07 and would be shipping them to me on 10-3 with a tracking #. I never received a tracking # or the shoes, so e-mailed them on the evening of 10-3 inquiring to the shipping #. When I did not receive a response, I called the store on 10-4. Brian was very rude, put me on hold approximately 10 times, was talking to me then someone else until I finally asked him not to put me on hold, I just need information. He became very degrading and told me to "please stop doing the voice thing, it is very annoying." I have strep throat! At that point, I knew he had zero customer service skills and should not be permitted to interact with other humans! He told me I should receive them next week. I said that was unacceptable since he told me that last week. I said I would have to talk to my husband and he told me to have my husband call him back! When my husband called him, at first Brian acted like he didn't know what my husband was talking about and then became belligerant with my husband for no apparaent reason. My husband told him that we are cancelling the order and he told him to go f*** himself and hung up! Brian obviously missed the course on human interaction, let alone customer service. I am amazed the man still has a business and I will never shop with him and would urge others to save their aggravation with this so called "business."

My only advise is NEVER BUY FROM THIS VENDOR . I have place the order for Bag Boy 180 golf cart. To my suprise when it was delivered the box was torn and retape. Furthermore the color was not what I want. When called their customer service Ms Rebacca i was told that they open every box to check the item which is a pure BULLSHIT. Do you think they would open all Golf balls casing. When called thier personel Brain he told me that a replacement was made out but waited for 4 days no tracking number was given. Its always promises which is purely empty. I believe they are not responsible and professional in their work. All complaint made was not responsive. NEVER NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Tracking #: here is the replacment cart. Our bag boy supplier shipped the wrong cart . we corrected the situation and he wrote a VERY BAD REVIEW. Just wanted to let you know in 2009 we have corrected the mistakes and we are responding to all the reviews to see where we can have a better situation.

BHM is a SCAM!! I ordered an SF Giants golf bag and contacted him several times to get the status. He then tells me it will ship the next week. Surprise..NOTHING! After weeks of nothing I finally file a complaint with paypal and he refunds my money back. He then comments stating that Callaway lost their license on the MLB bags, but why is he still advertising these bags on his website? And why didn't he tell me this in the first place if that was the case so that I could get my money back? He then emails me on my reguarr email address saying that I will be contacted by his lawyer and will be sued for liability?!?! Good luck with that....I think we all need to contact Dateline and put this guy out of business for good! THIS GUY IS AN IDIOT and SCAM!  
 
He'll take your money and run if you don't act fast!  
 
I had to revise my response since I got an email stating that maybe I wasn't satisfied with BHM because maybe the time frame was too short...here's my explanation.  
I could have waited for the item if I new that he had it in stock. I asked for a refund and he didn't respond...(maybe bc he didn't want to give me my money). I only got my refund after filing a complaint with paypal. The bag was not even being produced anywhere since he tells me through paypal that Callaway lost their license to make the MLB bags. Why couldn't he have shared this information when I politely asked for a refund in the first place, which I would have been entitled to if the bag was no longer being produced? And he was also still advertising the bags on his website as IN STOCK and ready to ship in 3-5 business days.

I can't believe I saw this website!!!!! I am so infuriated by the BHM Golf. I put in an order three weeks ago. The item never arrived. I went to another store I received in less than five days.I was charged TWICE for the same item. DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH BHM GOLF. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE AND RUDE. I HAVE TO GO TO MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY TO ENSURE BOTH CHARGES WERE TAKEN OFF. BHM GOLF SAID THAT THERE WAS ONLY ONE CHRAGE.HE DID FINALLY REVERSED BOTH CHARGES, AFTER HE SAW THIS REPORT ON RESELLERRATINGS. THEY ARE LIARS AND FAKES. I AM GOING TO REPORT THEM TO THE BBB. HE ADVERTISES ITEMS HE SAYS ARE OUT OF STOCK. THEN HE TRIES TO GET YOU TO BUY ANOTHER ITEM. I DON'T TRUST HIM.

God I wish I saw resellerratings before dealing with BHM Golf. I used BHM Golf because the prices were great. I saved about $15-$20 ordering from here. The headache I had to incur for this small amount of savings was absolutely not worth it. Here's what happened.  
 
I ordered a golf bag, I was VERY VERY specific that I wanted the black one. of course I get the gray one. I'm thinking no big deal, mistakes happen. I call them to see if I can get some kind of return label or something. They said they would get UPS to come pick it up. A week goes by and UPS never comes. I have to call them repeatedly and leave messages and e-mails and finally they got UPS to come pick up their mistake. All during this time, Brian, the owner, promised that he is shipping my correct bag. I'm thinking great, I'll have my bag for my game this weekend. I ask for a tracking# and he ignores me, saying he'll call me back. He doesn't give the number nor does he call me back. Of course, it's getting closer to the weekend. So I call a few more times. All I'm asking for is a tracking number that HE PROMISED ME. Again, the run around or he ignores my messages. Finally, I get a hold of the guy and he becomes very rude and says my order is cancelled and that I'm not getting my bag. He has the bag right there and he didn't appreciate my calling him a few times. The guy either never had my bag or never intended to ship it. Either way this Brian fellow is a fraud. Stay away from him. Not worth it to save a few bucks, cause in the end, you don't.  
 
Thank goodness, I used my visa card so if I had to dispute the purchase it would have been an easy chargeback. But Brian refunded my money relatively quickly so it wasn't necessary. Either way, stay far away from this place.  
 
UPDATE UPDATE UPDATE 7/29/2009: Looks like BHM Golf discovered reseller ratings and tried to defend themselves against my review. Please carefully read my original review and their response to it...you'll see it doesn't make much sense.  
 
First, the tracking number that they throw out there, it doesn't work! They're just throwing up any old number hoping you won't verify it. Nice try liar!  
 
Secondly, the main issue isn't that they sent me the wrong bag, its that they gave me the run around over and over and over again. And then when I got ahold of someone to speak to, they became unbelievably rude. I was polite from the very start and this Brian guy became beligerent. Quite frankly, I think he's nuts. Honestly, if this was a face to face meeting, I probably would of punched him in the face.  
 
Thirdly, he lies, he lies, he lies, he lies...in his response he says that I didn't update my review after I was "completely satisfied". WHAT BS!!!! My original review already said that the only satisfaction I got was that I didn't lose money because he refunded my purchase. If you read the reviews from alot of other customers they were not as fortunate. Who knows, maybe in this guy's mind that is customer satisfaction.  
 
Again, I have to reiterate that this guy just lies and lies. He said he sent me the bag, but he is lying. HE NEVER SENT ME THE BAG!! When I got ahold of him on the phone he actually tried to antagonize me by saying that he had the bag right there next to him and was NEVER going to send it out. This guy is nuts!  
 
Brian is such a friggin liar, he completely gave me a bad taste to ever do online business with a small merchant again. I'm all about helping the mom and pop stores from the giant retail chains, but seriously after this episode I've only dealt with the major chains.  
 
Listen guys, in the end, you form your opinion by doing some research. Go ahead and google BHM Golf complaints, you'll see news articles about how the state of illinois is suing him and he also has quite an extensive complaint record with the illinois police department. You guys form your own conclusion. Like I said before, forget trying to save a couple bucks here, the headache you have to incur is not worth it.  
 
And this message is for you Brian, what you think I wouldn't know that you made some BS response to my review. They e-mailed me about your response!

Tracking #: [removed] we shipped the product to him but the product was delayed and it was our fault for not communicating to the customer 100%. But the product was delievered and satisfied. Customer did not go back and update the review. Call us anytime to get the best prices on the internet 630 279 7505.
