I ordered a set of Adams clubs, ogio, grom bag, an umbrella and golf towel from BHM golf. I ordered over the phone. I spke with Brian and found him to be very helpful and professional. He gave me a great price on the clubs and when I asked him to recommend a bag, he didn't steer me to his most expensive unit but to the best value he could offer me at the time. I got the bag for 50 dollars less than any other vendor, even ebay was selling it for. When asked about delivery times, he was very honest and informed me that some items could take up to 10 days to arrive. I got the clubs 4 days after ordering them and the balance of the order 9 days after ordering them. He promptly provided me with tracking numbers and when I e-mailed and/or called him regarding the status of my order, he was helpful and truthful. I highly recommend ordering from BHM golf and would not hesitate to use them again.

I have had recent encounters with BHM and have nothing but good things to say. I ordered a set of Mizuno MP62 and they arrived n a timely manner, and with the changes I requested.
I also just recently decided to buy the newest Mizuno irons (yes, addict I know!), and called BHM. I didn't have the full amount just yet, but as a repeat customer they made some arrangements with me to pay over three months. So, I gave them a $250 deposit. Unfortunately, my car suddenly needed $1000 work on it, and this meant I could not get the clubs now. I called BHM back, explained the situation, and with no issues told I would get the refund, and when I could I would get the same arrangements to buy the clubs since I am a repeat customer.
So, I have had good experiences. I have talked to them several times, and they have called me even more to work with me and meet the customer needs. I do know, from what they have acknowledged, there have been issues with vendors and other business related issues that have caused some bad customer relations. They are, at least to me, taking responsibility and wanting to set the ship right, so to speak.
I am, of course, supporting them and encouraging folks to buy from them. But, before you do, call them and talk to them. Unless I am singularly unique, you will find a willingness to make things as you request. I believe in second, third and fourth chances, especially where there is acknowledgment and interest in making new changes in business practices.

I ordered a Taylormade putter that, even though it was within BHM's delivery guidelines, took 17 days to reach my home. BHM was very empathetic to my queries and tried everything in their power to acquire my putter in a timely manner. They followed up immediately in a very professional manner with accurate information to my inquiries. My putter arrived packaged appropriately. It's a beautiful putter that I plan on using for years to come. I would recommend BHMGolf.com to anyone looking to purchase golf equipment and plan on visiting their website often. UNBELEIVEABLE! A BHM GOLF STORY WITH A HAPPY ENDING!
At the end of August I ordered a set of golf clubs from these folks after I googled the set and found that they were fifty dollars cheaper. Dick's wanted 299.00 and BHM listed them for 250.00. Of course when I saw this exorbinately lower price I lept without looking and ordered the clubs from BHM thru paypal. Brian at BHM quickly processed the paypal transaction and I received an email saying that I should allow 15 days for delivery. The fifteen days came and went and still no clubs, so I called BHM Golf and talk to the customer service rep. Becky who told me she would have to call the golf club manufacturer representative and would either call or email me later that day with the information. She neither called nor emailed and after two days I called back and asked about the status of my order. She said her computer system was down and that she would call me back in 45 minutes to let me know about the order. She never called or emailed, so later that day I called back to inquire. Becky informed me that a tracking number was sent to my e-mail. I checked my e-mail and no tracking number but when I checked it again two hours later the tracking number was there but when clicked upon the status was "no record". About a day or so later the ups tracking number she provided said that the package was in transit. A week later ( this is a month later now from the original order date) the tracking link showed and exception, which means problem, and that the package was in limbo in Pennsylvania some where. I called UPS and checked to see what the problem was. they told me that the address listed was my street address but that the city, state, and zip on the delivery was addresed to Pennsylvania. I gave them the correct address and then decided to google bHM Golf as all of this was sending up numerous red flags. My heart sank when I found the thousands of complaints lodged against Brian Meyer and BHM golf. I quickly called them and told both Becky and Brian that I would prosecute them for fraud and theft if I did not receive my clubs. I got a couple of emails and a call with no message left from Brian, but no confirmation on my order. I figured at this point that I was just another lolly in a long list of suckers who has been fleeced by this shister. I could not beleive my eyes when the UPS driver showed up at my house with a box of golf clubs! I gave the driver a short version of my order history and the reputation of BHM golf and asked him to witnes me opening the box in case I had to go to court and needed a witness. He agreeded and I opened the package half expecting a blowup doll or a bag of dog crap. I coudltn't beleive my eyes when I looked inside and found the clubs that I had ordered in brand new condition. I went to the driving range later that day to try them out and had no problems. I gave BHM a somewhat satified rating because I did receive the clubs in excelletn condition. There is no doubt in my mind however that if I did not contact ups directly myself and had instead kept dealing with BHM, that I would still be waiting. In conclusion I just want to warn everyone not to do business With BHM Golf.

This guy is unbelievable! I ordered a Sun Mountain C130 bag. Immediately received notification it shipped. However, when it was received, it was an SCB, not a C-130. Called this guy and he tells me I can keep it, it is worth $40 more than the one I ordered (which on his own website is $10 less, so he must have thought I was an idiot!). I told him it was not the bag I wanted, so he said I needed to return the item and place a replacement order. So, now I've paid twice, and all I have received is three shipments of the original wrong bag he sent me.
When you call him, he is rude and pretentious. I've been trying to get my money back for weeks now to no avail. The credit card company is trying to recoup the payments, but what a poor business and even poorer excuse for a human being! Do yourself a favor, don't buy from BHM!

We apologize for our Sun mountain vendor at the time. They often shipped the wrong items direct to customers and customers got upset. Then they told us they were taking care of the problem and they continued to mess up. That really messed our reputation. We apologized to this person and offerred him a solution. He wanted his money back and we issued refund on all monies charged by BHM GOLF |

I placed an order 07/25 for a Sun Mountain Speed Cart V1. He jerked me around for a while. But since I paid for it with PayPal, I opened a complaint in the Resolution Center which included my incomplete transaction and comments I found here. Within an hour he called and said the money had been refunded. Two minutes later he called again and asked why I said those things and hung up. Pay with PayPal. But then again, don't order anything from this scammer!!
08/01/2009 It's funny and sad how his response indicates that I'm not a valid BHM customer, and its not a valid invoice. It was my first and only order from BHM. And if you delete this information, of course it's not valid..... Brian, do us all a favor and get out of the golf equipment business. I ordered a golf club from them and they said it would be delivered in 10-15 days. They charged my credit card without sending the product. It's now been over 45 days and I still haven't received the product. When I call them, they say it was "just shipped" and then it never shows up. Then they say the same thing when I call back a week letter.
UPDATE: After informing Brian Meyer that I was reporting him to the Illinois District Attorney's Office, he admitted that he never sent me the product and issued a full refund. I now consider the matter closed and will take my business elsewhere. This review was modified by its author, goodmaja, on

like most of you who read these comments about BHM golf I am totally disgusted that he can get away with it.At the moment I am bombarding him with insulting e-mails,which is a bit sad if I am on my own but if everyone who has been ripped off starts to do it we may make his life a bit more miserable than it is and with luck tip him over the edge into the pit he rightly belongs.
I e-mail his 3 accounts including his blackberry.As I live in Spain I can do it quite comfortably in the middle of his night...morning coffee time for me.
I would telephone him as well but it is a bit pricey from here unfortunately

for those of you new to the BHM rip off store register a complaint with the Illinois DA"s office
BHM have posted a reply which is total fabrication...they never sent the 3 wood or the putter I ordered by UPS or anyone else.He is now trying to say that I refused to pay the excise duty and /or taxes.NOT TRUE any import taxes would be paid here in Spain and anyway this is the first time it has been mentioned.A poor attempt at an excuse to justify his rip off tactics.All you have to do is to follow the threads to see how he rips people off.What he is trying to do now is damage limitation because he is being sued by The Illinois DA office.
I have just ordered a Cleveland Driver from Rockbottom golf..a great price,delivery to Spain in 4 days at sensible price,no hassle,no bullshit,no "taxes or duty".
Still waiting for Mr Rip Off at BHM to return my money.

BHM GOLF is not a rip off store. This customer is from another country and BHM GOLF shipped the product , a macgregor mac tec 3 wood. This customer refused to pay duties and taxes and wanted BHM GOLF to pay. BHM GOLF refused to pay because no where it states on our site we pay duties and taxes into the country of the customer. That is the customers responsibility. Now he has filed a complaint with everyone. We still want to try and resolve the matter. BHM GOLF is out the golf club and shipping of the merchandise over to Christopher Strickland. |

This site is great. I only wish I would have seen it before I placed an order with BHM. I feel badly for those on this site who got burned, but at least I'm not alone. Some of the comments are downright hilarious. I especially like the suggestion that you order a bag of tees from this guys for like $10, get your friends together, call this guy on speaker phone, and listen to him go mental. I may get my order, after waiting much longer than he promised to ship item he sent me a tracking number. Not sure if its the actual tracking number for my order or just some random number he used to throw me off. Guess I'll find out soon enough. I'll give it a few days and if no delivery I'll try to cancel through my credit card. I called him at 7:00 p.m. PST and he didn't answer but called right back. He sounded paranoid. He wouldn't let me finish a sentence. Advised "its really late out here" (it would have been 9:00 p.m. CST, I suppose that's late if your 85 years old). Asked him for the tracking number and he said, "its your email address." I advised that doesn't sound right, and he said he'd send me an invoice containing the tracking number. I got the email but there was no invoice, I emailed him back advising the same and he sent another email this time only containing a tracking number. I put the tracking number into the UPS site and per UPS it was shipped 2 days ago. Again, probably a bogus tracking number. I read the report from the Illinois Attorney General about this guy. I'm a lawyer in Las Vegas, I can only hope the Illinois AG is more aggressive than the Nevada AG because in Nevada this guy would never face the music. Even if he's prosecuted in Illinois he'll likely never have to pay any restitution to the thousands of people he's likely screwed. Oh well, live and learn. In the future I will always, always, google search for site reviews before placing an order.

I can't figure this place out - how do they stay in business? I order some hats they say are in stock and ready to ship, they charge my PayPal account. No hats. After they ignore numerous emails and phone calls, I file a complaint with PayPal and suddenly BHM tells me "He has spoken with me". When? Where? In Oz? In a dream? I still can't get my money released by PayPal because this guy won't do the paperwork (which might take 1 minute, tops). Very bad reseller...

Mark anderson ordered tour high visors on our site and BHM GOLF made a mistake by not having the site updated. if this customer reads this we are willing to try and take care of him in a way to change his view of BHM GOLF. I ordered some wedges from him thinking they were new.After they were sent to me he said they were used. I received them only because he had them in his shop.I ordered golf shoes that were not in his shop.(he told me they were and I would receive them in two days) They had to be"drop shipped"he said. Later after 1 month of phone calls about 15 calls total, whats funny is he picks up the phone every time and tells you what you want to hear and says he will do it by the end of the day. The shoes never came. I called him again and said just give me a refund, he said as usual "no problem". I then decided to pay him a visit in person. He was kind of surprised to see me but I told him in person to credit my charge .He then said "he did that morning". He was very passive but uncomfortable. I then saw a pair of golf shoes for less than what he owed me. I told him I was going to take them and as soon as the credit hit my bank I will come back and square with him.He said,"no problem" He still owed me about $50.00. The credit came the next day for $15 less than the amount I paid. Then the next day the credit disappeared. I called the bank and they said the merchant did not provide proper info for the refund and that the merchant pulled the refund back. WOW! I then paid him another visit.I am square with him now! I had my bank put a claim in and canceled the card.You will get absolutely no where with him on the phone. I paid him a visit and he still lied to my face at the same time he cooperates as he lies to your face.Strange man. I think he has a clinical problem. If anyone out there wants me to try to square them away with him,just send me an email beadoeroftheword@gmail.com. I might be able to help by paying him a visit for you. Just provide me with proof etc. It would be an honor to hold him accountable.

Wow..How do I even start? This Brian guy has some serious SERIOUS issues. All I want is a confirmation and a tracking number and on Monday he tells me it shipped on Fri and on Tues it shipped on Monday. He tells me to email customer service. I do, no response. I call, straight to voicemail. I continue to call Brian throughout the day. I figured he is ignoring me, so I'll make it impossible. It is now Wed. and I called him multiple times today. A few where I was put on hold a very long time or just hung up on. When I did get to talk to him he told me I was driving him crazy, started cussing and telling me to have a Merry ****** Christams and so forth. I told him he needed mental help and about the reviews I seen online. He assured me my damn product has shipped and then he starts screaming and screaming like a crazy loon!! OMG What the hell is going on? I felt the need to almost console him. One redeming fact was that after the screaming fit, he said he would have the tracking number...after hanging up he called back to apologize for getting upset. So, I will give him a couple of hours more before I start calling again. I don't care what he does or says. I'm getting my damn gift and it better be in time for Christmas. At least it's being drop shipped from another location! Please stay away from this nutcase. He is stressed and needs help.

Long story short. If you want more details just ask and I'll send the whole story but this is when I started recording my conversation with Brian the owner of BHM golf LLC. This was our second converstation. The first was much the same before he hung up on me. At this point he has tried to get PayPal on the phone in a 3-way conversation.
BHM- “Verify what you have.”
ME- “Verify what.”
BHm- Verify your account or whatever.
ME- I have to give my password and all that?
BHM- It’s on your f***ing phone I can’t do anything.
ME- I guess I’m not understanding.
BHM- You have to give paypal your f***ing information.

BHM- “You know what you just f***ed someone. I was willing to f***ing give you $30 off because I already f***ing ordered it. And you said, “It’s Sunday night it can’t be f***ing ordered” well sir yes it is because I order everything via email. When I f***ing place orders via PO by email. You should know f***ing by UPS that they work electronically. You should know by f***ing if you really work for UPS.

BHM-“UPS is a central f***ing office because everythings done electronically.
ME- “Yes, but someone has to pick the parcel give it a shipping label and only then is it picked up by UPS.
BHM- “Guess what Sir…everythings done by electronics and it all goes in the process. You know what that process is already ordered. Ya, you know that unit is already ordered and if you get that unit I will sue you if you don’t return it.
ME- “So are robots going to…”
BHM- “I don’t have you card. I don’t have your charge…I don’t have your number. I refunded the transaction but I still have your address.
ME- “OK.”
BHM- “I can still sue.”
ME- “That’s fine.”
BHM- “And that’s what I’ll do.”
ME- “I….I’m glad that you have my information. That’s…that’s good. Uh, I can give it to you again if you don’t.”
BHM- “Ya, ya, you can call me back at this other number…630-279-7505. You can call me back at that number…goodbye.
Anyway, he called me back again when I did not call him back…more swearing and name calling. I then told him that I recorded our previous conversation. He said it f***ing illegal to record conversations. Swears somemore then hangs up. He has now called back several times apologizing to me. He has offered the product at cost. I read the reviews and knew what was coming when I asked for the refund. I did call paypal and my credit card company and he did refund my payment.
I think everyone should this as often as possible...Invite some friends over for a few beers. Order the cheapest product on his website like a bag of tees or a glove, whatever. Drink a few beers with your friends then call and cancel your order using speaker phone. His antics could be the nights entertainment. If you don't get the refund you're out $10 but your friends will get hours of entertainment listening to him go on and on. Trust me it’s funny.

DON'T BUY FROM BHM GOLF!!! I ordered TaylorMade clubs on Oct. 24, 2007. BHM processed my payment immediately and sent an e-mail saying that the clubs would ship by Nov. 7th. After receiving no notice that my clubs shipped, on the evening of the 7th, I e-mailed Brian to check the status of my order. He e-mailed back, saying that he would call me. Or course, he didn't call, so I called him. He was curt, saying that he sent an e-mail (to whom, I don't know) and that he would let me know when he found out something.
After reading reviews on BHM Golf (research that I should have done before I ordered) I realized that I was probably Brian's newest victim. On Nov. 10th I e-mailed Brian to request that he cancel my order and issue a refund. On the 12th I received from BHM a copy of my invoice stamped paid. I e-mailed BHM, reminding them that I had cancelled my order and requested a refund. On Nov. 13th I receive an e-mail stating "refund issued". By the 16th, when no refund appeared in my account, I e-mailed Brian. He replied, saying that it could take 1-2 weeks to appear in my account (we all know that's crap). I replied, expressing my doubt, but he insisted that a refund had been issued.
After I threatened to file a dispute with PayPal, Brian called me on the 19th, first telling me that my order had shipped, then he told me that my order was on back order. I reminded him that I had canceled my order over a week ago and that he had already told me a number of times that he refunded my money. I contacted PayPal to file a dispute. Brian quickly resonded to PayPal, informing them that he had issued a refund. Armed with this false information, PayPal considers the matter to be fully investigated and they promtly closed my dispute. By the way, there is still no credit in my account. Tracking #: 1ZYR89490350962639 is the tracking number from our taylormade supplier that shipped direct to custom late , that is why she complained. We do apologize for the delay. We have changed our methods and have updated our site on products based on how fast our vendor gets our orders so all consumers are notified. |

I placed an order April 2007 and I am still waiting, and fighting for my refund. I never received my order and have been promised a refund since June. Brian keeps promising to refund but it never happens. WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EVER!! I am going to an attorney who specializes in INTERNET SCAMS, that's what Brian Meyers does best, scams people!! Stay away from BHM Golf!!

virginia tech titleist hat/ we had 144 coming in but titleist pulled it and then re did it and cancelled order. made alot of customers unhappy. this is BHM GOLF fault and we have made a new policy not to sell anything we can not get. We confirm getting the product before it goes on our site in 2009. |
