I ordered a set of Adams clubs, ogio, grom bag, an umbrella and golf towel from BHM golf. I ordered over the phone. I spke with Brian and found him to be very helpful and professional. He gave me a great price on the clubs and when I asked him to recommend a bag, he didn't steer me to his most expensive unit but to the best value he could offer me at the time. I got the bag for 50 dollars less than any other vendor, even ebay was selling it for. When asked about delivery times, he was very honest and informed me that some items could take up to 10 days to arrive. I got the clubs 4 days after ordering them and the balance of the order 9 days after ordering them. He promptly provided me with tracking numbers and when I e-mailed and/or called him regarding the status of my order, he was helpful and truthful. I highly recommend ordering from BHM golf and would not hesitate to use them again.

I have had recent encounters with BHM and have nothing but good things to say. I ordered a set of Mizuno MP62 and they arrived n a timely manner, and with the changes I requested.
I also just recently decided to buy the newest Mizuno irons (yes, addict I know!), and called BHM. I didn't have the full amount just yet, but as a repeat customer they made some arrangements with me to pay over three months. So, I gave them a $250 deposit. Unfortunately, my car suddenly needed $1000 work on it, and this meant I could not get the clubs now. I called BHM back, explained the situation, and with no issues told I would get the refund, and when I could I would get the same arrangements to buy the clubs since I am a repeat customer.
So, I have had good experiences. I have talked to them several times, and they have called me even more to work with me and meet the customer needs. I do know, from what they have acknowledged, there have been issues with vendors and other business related issues that have caused some bad customer relations. They are, at least to me, taking responsibility and wanting to set the ship right, so to speak.
I am, of course, supporting them and encouraging folks to buy from them. But, before you do, call them and talk to them. Unless I am singularly unique, you will find a willingness to make things as you request. I believe in second, third and fourth chances, especially where there is acknowledgment and interest in making new changes in business practices.

I ordered a Taylormade putter that, even though it was within BHM's delivery guidelines, took 17 days to reach my home. BHM was very empathetic to my queries and tried everything in their power to acquire my putter in a timely manner. They followed up immediately in a very professional manner with accurate information to my inquiries. My putter arrived packaged appropriately. It's a beautiful putter that I plan on using for years to come. I would recommend BHMGolf.com to anyone looking to purchase golf equipment and plan on visiting their website often. Well, all I know is, I ordered a set of Nickent ARC irons with stiff shafts, along with an ARC 56-degree wedge, from Brian, and they just got delivered -- in four days via UPS, with free shipping. Honestly, I received exactly what I ordered. I must acknowledge the myriad bad reviews about BMH Golf here, but I had no problems whatsoever, and got the best price on the ARCs in all the land. Plus, Brian gave me $10 off the 56-degree wedge. Caveat emptor is always good advice, but BMH Golf and Brian took care of me, for sure. Now if the snow will ever melt here in Maine, I'll actually get to use my new dolls in the spring. Golf on. . . .

I had ordered a fairly hard to find club from this store without reading any of the ratings before hand. After ordering, I did a little searching and found the ratings, and what people had to say about it. I was very disappointed in my lack of planning and research. Calling BHM, I tried to cancel and the person I talked to said the club had already been shipped. That was about 45 minutes after the initial order. So,I waited. I was almost excited to see if the ratings were true, and I would end up with a womens RH driver, instead of my LH fairway wood. I received a tracking number shortly after the purchase. The club showed up on the date promised. I ordered it on a Friday after noon, and it showed up Monday early evening. Not only was the shipping fast, but it was the correct club. The headcover was a little dirty, but the club itself was brand new, and exactly what I had ordered. Maybe I got lucky, or maybe the bad ratings, and lawsuits have turned this place around. I am not going to put all my eggs in one basket, but in the future, if I find what I am looking for here, I might consider another purchase. Thanks

Contrary to other reviews, I have received excellent service from BHM Golf. I ordered a spectator seat for my husband, then another for my son. Both items arrived within the time promised and in good condition.

Just received the last of my orders through BHM for my Tour Edge JMAX Ironwoods. This order was placed on May 12 and I received part of it Wednesday, the 17th and the other part (which was drop shipped from the vendor) on Thursday, the 18th. This order was received in less than a week. My experience over 3 orders has been very pleasant, Mr. Meyer even went out of his way to get me a head cover that I was missing through Tour Edge. The price was much lower on this item than any other internet dealer. If I need anything else, I would definitely use BHM again.
Just received 2nd order from BHM that was placed on Tuesday, 5/9 and received on Friday, 5/12. This order was received even faster than the first one placed with them. I have not experienced any problems and have been extremely pleased with the price and service.
Placed order through BHM Golf for 2 TourEdge Bazooka JMAX Iron-Woods on Tuesday 4/25, received in Delaware the following Tuesday, 5/2. Ordered golf shoes on friday and received them on the following thursday. 2/24/06 - 3/2/06. Got e-mail tracking # with del. date. The price was the same as other web sites but he had a color that I wanted. Have done business with several on line sites. Would do business with him again. After shopping around and comparing, I ordered a set of Mizuno MX-23 from BHMGolf, after speaking with Brian. We had a pleasant conversation, although he did ramble a bit. I was just surprised he gave me such a good price, compared to what I'd seen. After I placed my order, I did not get an order number, and started to worry. I did some research, found this site, and just about got sick to my stomach with some of the reviews I read. I was really scared that I got scammed. Anyway, I established a 'not pushy' approach with Brian via email, touching base time to time, and just hung in there. Low and behold, he came through. I must admit I did contact Mizuno directly to determine if the order was placed, which in fact was, exactly to my specs. Clubs arrived yesterday (Feb. 3), and I am extremely satisfied, albeit relieved. He even gave me a nice Mizuno thermo shirt, no charge. I never received a tracking number (more worry), even though he said I'd receive one via email. Anyway, perhaps I dodged a bullet, but I guess you just need to ease up on the guy, and have a little faith. He's a little 'out there' sometimes, but he did come through for me. I guess you just can't tick him off, and that's the approach I took. Reading the other reviews, and after talking with Mizuno, it could be 50-50 with him. Hope it works out for you as it did for me. I've read these review and DO NOT agree with them. This is my second order with this company and so far everything as been above my expectations and the service that I received has been better than the service you get these days from real world stores.

UNBELEIVEABLE! A BHM GOLF STORY WITH A HAPPY ENDING!
At the end of August I ordered a set of golf clubs from these folks after I googled the set and found that they were fifty dollars cheaper. Dick's wanted 299.00 and BHM listed them for 250.00. Of course when I saw this exorbinately lower price I lept without looking and ordered the clubs from BHM thru paypal. Brian at BHM quickly processed the paypal transaction and I received an email saying that I should allow 15 days for delivery. The fifteen days came and went and still no clubs, so I called BHM Golf and talk to the customer service rep. Becky who told me she would have to call the golf club manufacturer representative and would either call or email me later that day with the information. She neither called nor emailed and after two days I called back and asked about the status of my order. She said her computer system was down and that she would call me back in 45 minutes to let me know about the order. She never called or emailed, so later that day I called back to inquire. Becky informed me that a tracking number was sent to my e-mail. I checked my e-mail and no tracking number but when I checked it again two hours later the tracking number was there but when clicked upon the status was "no record". About a day or so later the ups tracking number she provided said that the package was in transit. A week later ( this is a month later now from the original order date) the tracking link showed and exception, which means problem, and that the package was in limbo in Pennsylvania some where. I called UPS and checked to see what the problem was. they told me that the address listed was my street address but that the city, state, and zip on the delivery was addresed to Pennsylvania. I gave them the correct address and then decided to google bHM Golf as all of this was sending up numerous red flags. My heart sank when I found the thousands of complaints lodged against Brian Meyer and BHM golf. I quickly called them and told both Becky and Brian that I would prosecute them for fraud and theft if I did not receive my clubs. I got a couple of emails and a call with no message left from Brian, but no confirmation on my order. I figured at this point that I was just another lolly in a long list of suckers who has been fleeced by this shister. I could not beleive my eyes when the UPS driver showed up at my house with a box of golf clubs! I gave the driver a short version of my order history and the reputation of BHM golf and asked him to witnes me opening the box in case I had to go to court and needed a witness. He agreeded and I opened the package half expecting a blowup doll or a bag of dog crap. I coudltn't beleive my eyes when I looked inside and found the clubs that I had ordered in brand new condition. I went to the driving range later that day to try them out and had no problems. I gave BHM a somewhat satified rating because I did receive the clubs in excelletn condition. There is no doubt in my mind however that if I did not contact ups directly myself and had instead kept dealing with BHM, that I would still be waiting. In conclusion I just want to warn everyone not to do business With BHM Golf.

I ordered a driver from this company.. but after seeing this web site I begun to worry.It took a while for my order to be filled, however the club I ordered was not available so I was offered an upgrade at no additional cost. BHM answered all my emails and was not rude on the phone. All in all I am satisfied with their service. As well as saving $100 on the upgrade.

This is example of how we had satisfied customers. But the way our site was updated and people hired doing customerservice communication with the buyers, the buyers were extremely frustrated!!!

I had a reasonably good experience with BHM Golf. I ordered a SKY caddie about a week & 1/2 before fathers day. The price was cheaper than anyplace else & he said he had it in stock, promised delivery by 6/9. Nobody else had it in stock.
Didn't know his firm but the web site was done very professionally & he accepted Pat Pal. I reasoned that Pay Pal would make things right if it turned sour.
I subsequently read all the negative comments about this dealer on this site, got nervous & called him when delivery did not arrive on the date promised. He was polite & courteous & promised delivery a few days later.
Long story short, it arrived the Fri before fathers day a week after originally promised. In his defense, it was a hot item that nobody else could get to me in time.
I called (politely) at least 4 times & got through easily & was treated politely for all the calls (even the one where after I wrote down the wrong tracking number, he had to give it to me again).
I sorta felt I was dealing with a different person than the one described in the negative comments on this site. Go figure. I'd buy again if the price was as good as the one I got on the Sky Caddie SG4.
I had called him about 4 times during the process, 'cause all the negative comments freeked me out.
