I was extremely happy with the order I placed and the service I received from BHM Golf. The club and hats ordered were exactly as promised and the order came in a timely fashion. I plan on ordering from them again and soon. Sorry to the nay sayers but I had a pleasant first time experience. Jim

THIS IS NOT A REAL BUSINESS
DON'T GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD
Please read this story carefully, and if anyone (other than Mr. Wonderful himself) finds fault, please let me know. I did not agree to the order, I sent a shipping price request. I was extremely clear as to what was willing to pay in the email request. He didn't have to call me back, if he couldn't ship a hat from Chicago to New York for $5, he could simply have deleted the request.
BUT NOOOOOO.
When I didn't simply accept his exorbitant shipping fee, he proceeded to flip out. And when I say "flip out," I mean he called me 6 times and sent me a text on my cell within one hour, threatening and yelling at me. "I'm gonna bomb you," "I'm gonna kill you," "I'm gonna sue you,"F&%k you," "F&%k your mother," "You piece of F&%king sh&t, c&ck-s&cking, mother f&cker," "you cheap New York F&gg%t."
Who talks to potential customers that way? I'm an easy kinda guy, if he made any compromise, he most likely would have gotten the sale, but he lost his effen mind. It was hilarious at first, but eventually, I realized I was dealing with a foul-mouthed 5-year-old child. This guy wigged out like that little retard on youtube that tried to shove the remote up his bum (if you haven't seen it, look it up). BHM Golf is run by a mindless lunatic that should be locked up in a rubber room. I hope it's a one-man operation, because I'd hate to think about him with employees. This troubled salesman has no business in the public retail economy.
MAN am ever glad I didn't give him any cc info. His low prices are subsidized by overcharged shipping. I know this because I sell stuff too, and ship things out all day every day. I wanted a deal, and paying $22.75, for a hat I can get locally for $16.99 didn't seem like a good deal to me.
I don't care what anyone out here thinks of me, but I sincerely hope I can warn a few people before they get sucked into the world of crazy that is BHM Golf.

I cannot belive this company is still in business in this economy. I ordered three hats from the website for what should have been a total of $46. Two of the hats arrived with an invoice for all three, and a total charge of $92. Obviously concerned, I called BHM on 01/05/10 and spoke with a male who identified himself as Ryan (based upon the reviews here I believe this actually may have been Brian). Ultimately it was determined I was charged the appropriate amount for the three hats, although the third had yet to arrive and he could not explain why the invoice showed a charge of $92. However, while dealing with him he was dismissive, rude, and uninterested in my satisfaction with this transaction. He interrupted me, sighed repeatedly, refused to respond to several questions, and conveyed disgust with his tone of voice. His attitude was so poor I asked to speak with his supervisor, to which he replied, You're talking to him. I asked if he owned the company and he said no. I asked if I could speak with someone above him and was told there was no one available. At this point he quit responding to my questions and left the line open. After attempting to get a verbal response I hung up, called back only to connect with him again. I told him I wanted to speak with a supervisor, he asked why. I replied, To make a complaint on him and how he have handled my questions about this order. He again stated there was no one available, but he would take my number and have someone call me within two hours. No one called. I felt so strongly about this that I wrote a review on BHM's website, but surprisingly it has not been posted.
My complaint does not involve the products, but the service. Dealing with BHM was the worst customer service experience I have ever had. Fortunately, I was only dealing with a matter of $46, but BHM will not get my business again. I strongly advise against spending money with this company - if something goes wrong, you will not be satisfied with their response.

Totally unreputable. I purchased ECCO shoes and originally placed incorrect shoes. I corrected the order, and was sent the wrong shoes, I returned the shoes, the received the correct shoes. I was triple billed: The correct shoes cost $184.00, but I was charged for the shoes I returned, and, plus the order change (no shoes sent). I was promised a check on 10/01/2009, never received it. I would advise anyone who shops for Golf equipment to stay clear of this company.

My review is really a neutral review. I did receive the golf bag ordered, it just took a month. Also, since the bag failed to ship on time the 3rd party payment company refunded to my credit card (but kept a $1.70 processing fee which was not disclosed up front). The bag did finally ship and I received it. I then made payment by money order. The item was as described. Read the other reviews and order at your own risk. I had a mixed experience and would not order from again.

We are sorry that this customer ordered a Sun Moutnain Golf Bag that was on backorder from the manufacturer. our new management in customerservice contacted him several times to let them know of the backorder. They finally said they wanted a credit and we refunded the transaction asap. However the bag shipped after the refund took place. BHM GOLF Trusted this customer to recieve the product and then send a money order or personal check to us for payment. Their payment came 2-4 weeks after we shipped the product.

It states on our site that you must tell your credit card company that you purchased from BHM GOLF in the State of Illinois. I ordered a set of Adams clubs, ogio, grom bag, an umbrella and golf towel from BHM golf. I ordered over the phone. I spke with Brian and found him to be very helpful and professional. He gave me a great price on the clubs and when I asked him to recommend a bag, he didn't steer me to his most expensive unit but to the best value he could offer me at the time. I got the bag for 50 dollars less than any other vendor, even ebay was selling it for. When asked about delivery times, he was very honest and informed me that some items could take up to 10 days to arrive. I got the clubs 4 days after ordering them and the balance of the order 9 days after ordering them. He promptly provided me with tracking numbers and when I e-mailed and/or called him regarding the status of my order, he was helpful and truthful. I highly recommend ordering from BHM golf and would not hesitate to use them again.

I have had recent encounters with BHM and have nothing but good things to say. I ordered a set of Mizuno MP62 and they arrived n a timely manner, and with the changes I requested.
I also just recently decided to buy the newest Mizuno irons (yes, addict I know!), and called BHM. I didn't have the full amount just yet, but as a repeat customer they made some arrangements with me to pay over three months. So, I gave them a $250 deposit. Unfortunately, my car suddenly needed $1000 work on it, and this meant I could not get the clubs now. I called BHM back, explained the situation, and with no issues told I would get the refund, and when I could I would get the same arrangements to buy the clubs since I am a repeat customer.
So, I have had good experiences. I have talked to them several times, and they have called me even more to work with me and meet the customer needs. I do know, from what they have acknowledged, there have been issues with vendors and other business related issues that have caused some bad customer relations. They are, at least to me, taking responsibility and wanting to set the ship right, so to speak.
I am, of course, supporting them and encouraging folks to buy from them. But, before you do, call them and talk to them. Unless I am singularly unique, you will find a willingness to make things as you request. I believe in second, third and fourth chances, especially where there is acknowledgment and interest in making new changes in business practices.

I ordered a Taylormade putter that, even though it was within BHM's delivery guidelines, took 17 days to reach my home. BHM was very empathetic to my queries and tried everything in their power to acquire my putter in a timely manner. They followed up immediately in a very professional manner with accurate information to my inquiries. My putter arrived packaged appropriately. It's a beautiful putter that I plan on using for years to come. I would recommend BHMGolf.com to anyone looking to purchase golf equipment and plan on visiting their website often. I give GHMGolf.com FIVE STARS!!!

I ordered some Adams golf clubs (1" longer than standard) from Brian at 6pm central time before I read all the review about BHM. Once I read the reviews I decided to cancel my order, so I sent BHM an email about 8pm that same night and asked to cancel my order. Brian wrote back the next day and said it was too late because they had already shipped. We emailed back and forth and he kept insisting there was no way to stop the order because it was already on it's way. I called my credit card company and he had not charged my card yet so I told them to cancel my credit card number and reissue me a new card. The next day I get an email from Brian saying that I could not order the clubs with the 1" extension like I wanted so he would cancel my order. Not sure what kind of game he is playing but I would not do business with this company. Pretty shady...
Right... He's telling the truth and all the people who have written in here went out of their way to make up lies about BHM. I just hope if you are reading this you strongly consider taking your business to a reputable seller. customer inquired about a price of adams package set. it does not exist. this customer went beliagarnt toward BHM GOLF and we did not answer his phone calls. We attempted to try and take care of him with a price but he told us a retailer was offering him a custom set of packaged set that does not exist at the company. They do not offer the set at all, I informed the customer and the customer went bilagarant and started to yell and scream at us with foul words. We have cleaned up alot of action and are under new management. This customer was not only lied to by the retailer that was taking their money but placed a custom order with BHM GOLF and BHM GOLF the order was non cancellable. He then wanted the order 2nd Day air. and we placed the order immediatly with our sale rep outside. he stated 2 days later the set was not available. We never charge any order in 2009 until we know we shipped the product or it has shipped or is available. We do apologize for the wrong of this customer, but this customer is in the total wrong. he cancelled the order with BHM GOLF because of what he read.
BHM GOLF IS NOT DOING ANYTHING. THE CLUBS ARE NOT AVAILABLE THRU THE MAKER OF THE COMPANY. THE OTHER RETAILER WOULD PUT PLUGS INTO THE END OF THE CLUBS. THIS CUSTOMER IS A BEGINNER AND DOES NOT KNOW MUCH ABOUT GOLF AND WE SPENT 30 MINUTES TRYING TO HELP HIM OUT. |

I ordered a sun mountain speed cart v2 on bhmgolf.com. After my order, the site informed me that I would receive an email with the tracking number. Three days later, I called bhmgolf.com and the person that answered the phone was rude and cursed at me. When I asked him if he was cursing at me, he replied, "No. I was cursing at my doctor!" As we continued, I informed him that I did not receive an email with the tracking number. He informed me that it would probably be in my spam folder. So, I checked that and did not find an email from bhmgolf. When I called him back he start cursing and yelling at me, which caused me to respond back at him. Finally, he ended up sending me 4 copies of my invoice that contained the tracking number.
Although, he called me back to say that he was at the doctors office in severe pain and apologized, I decided to look up bhmgolf and to my surprise found that I am not the only person he has treated this way.
Finally, he did not send me my free hat that was advertised with the purchase of the cart.
****UPDATE****
Believe Brian if you want, but it was he who called to apologize. If I had provided a wrong email as he claims, then I wonder how was it that he sent me notice of the order the same day that stated, "upon shipping, we will send you a ups shipping number.", then 3 days later claim I typed in the wrong address in my order. In fact it was he that read me my email back. I never told him this over the phone. In addition, what I read about BHM golf was after I had exchanged profanities with this guy.
Also, he threaten to have me arrested for harassment for calling him and text messaging him. However, it was he who initiated the calls and text messages, calling me at 1:30am his time and texting me. Believe me the attorney general will have all of this evidence.

let me tell you the story about this customer. this customer order a v2 cart on the same day and BHM GOLF shipped the unit the same day. UPS sent the ups tracking number to the customer's email address from UPS not BHM GOLF. It is in his spam filter I told him first. Then I find out after customer was cursing BHM GOLF out, that he wrote the wrong email address down on the order id on the order form used to order goods on the internet. BHM GOLF told we had emergency and was not in the office. Customer went beligant at BHM GOLF and starting swearing. JUST because he reads something doesn't give him the right to do to this to a merchant that has made strides to improve. This customer was wrong and he later apologize Firday , august 14th, 2009 and said I am sorry because he noticed the email address wrong on the website. He only rec'd the emails after he gave BHM GOLF the correct email address over the phone. BHM GOLF took alot of abuse from this customer |

BE AWARE ! Called to see what was in stock and was essentially yelled at "THIS IS ON MY WEBSITE". Was so rude I hung up. He called back my number and SCREAMED PROFANITIES for hanging up, he then threatened me personally, do not call this number or he will swear and harass you. Brian is a crook full of misinformation and lies do not do business with him. I can bore with a long story but it is the same as you can already read in the cases above. Best plan is to cancel your order, demand a refund, post your experinece here, refer the case to Illinois Consumer Fraud Bureau, and dispute the charge with your credit card company with the details.

as you can tell Brian has finally found this website and wants to continue telling his half truths and lies... Brian if you will send me a ups call tag, (as I have told you in many emails and phone conversations) you can have the wilson clubs you sent... Yes that's wright folks he sent the wrong clubs. Clubs I never ordered, clubs I don't want, and they are still in the box sitting in my garage waiting for a ups call tag. This was after you promised, promised, and promised the set of TopFlights would be here soon/nextday/etc.. You tried to get me to take wilsons I said no. You sent them anyway! Your problem not mine. I am dam sure not paying to ship them back to you. I ordered TopFlite's from Dicks, the same clubs I originally ordered from BHM that were "in stock" lol, got them in two days from Dicks! Brian give it up all your responces sound alike. If everyone is so ridiculous and your so great why is the state after you and their are so many compliants against you. If I don't get a call tag from you within 30 days you will forfiet your clubs for the storage fee.
Call UPS send the Call tag I am done with you. I suggest no one ever order from BHMgolf!

I am ridiclous now that is funny. You have never sent me an email with any call tag. I wonder what UPS would say about your claim??? I cannot believe you are still trying to get anyone to believe that in today's online world that if I order something from your website that you would not already have my email. Your website does because when I made my complaints there I promptly got emails back! So once again Brian is not telling the truth. You never tried to even fill the order I placed with you much less please me. You have been rude to me and my wife on more than one occasion.

BHM golf took my order and credit payment in Feb. 2008. I never received the merchandise. There was always an excuse about the supplier or the standard,we will mail it by Friday. Needless to say the push cart that I ordered was never sent Finally I contacted, The Better Business Bureau of Illinois (BHM never responded to the inquiry)and my credit card company to proceed to obtain a refund. It was beyond frustrating dealing with this company.
